Terrible. $53 special to drain my water heater. Guy comes out, confirm he’s going to do the water heater drain. I’m working, not paying much attention but checking in. He comes over after a bit, says he’s going to go do a courtesy check of all the sinks/faucets in the house. Comes down, tells me all is well but a little old, definitely need my garbage disposal fixed as it’s very old and needs it replaced as soon as possible. Amazing, because I just had it replaced a month prior (I have the work order). I’m so annoyed, i don’t think to ask about the water heater. He leaves, I realize I never saw him drain it. Called in, talked to a lady who then reached out to the tech, confirmed he forgot. Lady wants to have the tech come back out, I stayed no thanks and that I’d like my money back as I don’t trust the tech or the company at this point. I’m told a manager will call be back. Fast forward months, I had forgotten about this until I saw a flier for the company, realizing a manager never called me. Called in today, I’m told that the tech doesn’t always do the service if it doesn’t need it. I reiterate, after being interrupted a doze or so times, that’s what I paid for on the flyer, was that service. She then states that her notes confirm it was complete. All calls are recorded she confirms, so I ask her to pull the calls and she can confirm that the lady told me the tech forgot and they wanted to come back out. She tells me the manager called me and left a voicemail. Funny, I never remember getting the call but maybe I forgot? I ask her if she has that recording, immediately I’m advised that the calls by managers aren’t recorded because it’s outside the system (how weird, those calls especially should be recorded). So I don’t think anyone tried to call me. I was advised I’m being transferred to someone I spoke to prior, she just talked to him. Suprise, she transfers me and it goes to voicemail. Hour later, no call. How does saying “ if we Didn’t live up to your core values and asking for it to be made right” per your company mission statement recording work? Because I called in and asked for you to make it right and I’m getting the run around. For $53 and service not provided. Am I a one off or is this their standard? Let’s see how they rectify the situation! Greg, stand by your mission statement?
My wife and I would like to thank Scott for his professionalism and support from start to finish through the process of our main waterline to the house busting and flooding our lawn. He communicated everything to us and kept us informed on all changes. Then Matt and his team came out and did an amazing job on the repair of the line and replacement of dirt and concrete. I've had other work done outside by another company where they only did the repair and left me to clean up. This time, I came outside to a clean driveway and smooth lawn. I can't thank the Mr. Plumber team enough for making this difficult process easy!!!
I had a problem with flushing my toilet where water was coming from the base of the toilet. I only have one bathroom in my house, so I called Mr. Plumber. They sent out Zoe and she was amazing. She did her best to try to restore my main line and she got it restored. Everything that was done she explained the reason for it. I am very appreciative of the quality of work that was provided. I don't know how me and my family would have used the bathroom if I had waited on my home warranty provider. Thank you so much Zoe for all that you done.
I am impressed with the dedication of the apprentice that they sent out to us, but he was only equipped with a one size machine with one attachment, was unable to locate the clog in our line, and we had to take off our toilet/all other prep work for no result. I cant really say anything about service other than the kid didn't just say I can't do it, he got beneath it house and looked at our pipes, and provided us an estimate. Something like $5000 for me plumbing. We cannot afford that at this time. Guess we are stuck with a clogged drain
We have used them before and called on Mr. Plumber once again for a problem. They were responsive and showed up right away. Kent Whitinger was our technician and he was terrific. His work is high quality and he is professional. This wasn't the cheapest fix, but it was done right and looks great. I consider their work to be very high value. I had no doubt that only the work that needed repaired was being worked on. I will use them for every plumbing need we have going forward.
Fantastic Service! Had an issue with basement drain overflowing. When we called, representative was friendly, assured us we could use the mailer coupon, and able to get a technician out to us the next morning. The technician was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, when explaining our options. He was able to quickly assess the situation and had it fixed within the hour! Will definitely use Mr. Plumber again if any other issues arise.
Zoe Logston and trainee Justin were prompt, courteous and efficient. Zoe discussed details of my plumbing issues, recommended further investigation for the issue and was kind enough to assist me with replacing my toilet seat. My arthritic hands were not strong enough to do it myself. I felt true compassion from them both. I feel like they cared about me as their client. This kind of customer service rarely exists anymore. I called Mr. Plumber today at 1:30 pm to clean out a very slow-draining shower drain. A very personable and skilled plumber was at my house by 2:55 pm and the drain was running perfectly by 3:30 pm I could not have had a better service experience! I have used Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber for years now and they have never failed to provide prompt, efficient and accurate service at my home. Thank you Mr. Plumber!!!
Zoe’s service was OUTSTANDING! Delivering 12 bags of water softener salt was no small feat, but Zoe did it while taking extra care to take it to the basement and place it where we wanted it stored. Zoe even offered to put needed bags in the salt storage bin. This was the best example of wonderful customer service I have had in a very long time. Also, Zoe’s attitude of doing this big delivery was terrifically positive.
Mr. Plumber has been my go to company since moving back to Indiana in 2014. They are professional, help deal with your specific issues and are willing to work around busy schedules to meet your needs. Their quality of work is higher than any plumbing company I have used in the 20 years I have owned a home. Best of the best.
Other than needing a plumber to start with It was a great experience. The lady plumber was great, very professional and personable. She unstoppable the drain explained everything along the way. She let me know about other services I might want, without any high pressure. I will recommend her to anybody.
I've been using Mr. Plumber for over a year now, most recently for a drain cleaning and garbage disposal replacement. In the past 12 months, they have repaired or replaced many of the systems in my home (which is now 20 years old). Excellent work, very professional service techs, always responsive.

I had a pretty large block in kitchen sink plumbing. Justin had it taken care of within an hour. He was EXCEPTIONALLY polite and courteous. Overall, Justin and Mr Plumber were very professional, reasonable and honest.
