Everyone has a bad night but what I encounted last night was the poorest of service and food quality ive ever encounted. We booked 15 people for my pre wedding get together. Not one meal came out together some came straight away, but most meals we waited over an hour and forty minutes. For schnitzels we waited over an hour!! The place wasnt even full it was a tuesday night and most people got meals after 8pm!!! We had to send back many meals, repeatedly. People were angry and it ruined our night. My meal didnt even come. I had to walk to the bar over 1.5 hours later to ask for it again. I asked for a schnitzel with just vegtables. Seriously, how can you screw that up there is no simpler meal. Then when it came the vegatables were inedible, soft, mushy overcooked. They sent somone over to apologise after hours. So after one of the worst dining experiences of mine and my parties life they offered me a free beer. I dont need a free beer! Get your act together. Small business if going under due to covid and this is what you serve up to people! Why should people come to you and pay their hard earned money for this, especially when there is plenty of competition who look after their customers. I won't ever be back and I will let everyone know neither should they.
