Azad at Motor City Auto repair gave the best customer service I’ve ever seen at an auto mechanic. Whether it was for my service or the other customers around. Everyone had great service. I am from out of town and my car’s fuel pump died while visiting Dallas. For me personally he went above and beyond to try to find parts that he could get same-day. While no one could get one to him, he prepped my car the night before so when the parts came in the repair was already in-process. The pricing was very good and if I ever need another repair and I happen to be in Dallas, Motor City Auto is where I’ll be headed. Azad’s employees were also very nice as well as skilled, multiple other customers came in and were helped and were serviced quickly.

Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop or mechanic in dallas or anywhere else. The guys had a lot of work to do and still promised (right before close) to get my brakes done same day. They delivered! These guys were polite, professional, very hospitable and kind. Straight forward communication and honesty. They also have a really good rate for full synthetic oil changes and are clearly trustworthy. Awesome group of people, will be referring this shop to everyone I know and absolutely going back to them anytime I need work done. Bless you and thank you!

The mechanic man was called Hazard. You can tell he has a good heart. He laugh and smile a lot. I went there to change my belt. He said i should go an buy one and i did after I came back he repair my old belt and said i should return the new belt that it was not needed. it took him 5min. The cool part is he didn't even ask me for money. I felt bad and gave him a biscuit. I have never leave a review in my life before but this man kindness make me come to google to show my appreciation to him. Please use him just because of his kindness to me.

I had a 9a appointment but the shop did not open on time so I left and went grocery shopping, but once they examined my vehicle, everything went right as rain. Even though I was not expecting the return of my vehicle until Monday evening, it was ready on a very busy Saturday afternoon before 5p. The oil was changed, all the fluids were either replaced or topped off, new spark plugs, the back brakes were completed, air filter was replaced, my door handle was replaced, a nail was removed from one of the tires and plugged.

I was recommended this place by friend I am always leery to use a new company to fix on my car but I’ve heard really great reviews so I took the time and took my car up there when I tell you the owner was very helpful he put my car first and he took care of everything. The price was at least 40% cheaper than anywhere that I have ever took my car is too! I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone else to come up there because they will definitely take care of you! Not to mention my car was done the same day

I went into Motor City Auto Repair with two problems (brake lights wouldn’t go off, and my car wouldn’t shift into third gear) Z fixed both problems in a timely manner and their prices are amazing!!!! Horrible service. They kept my cr for 3 days to fix the ac and on the 3rd day told me they couldn't fix it. I went over daily to check on my card it was just sitting there and no one was working on it. They also called on the 2nd day and told me they would be able to fix it and it would be ready the next morning, but it wasn't. Called a mobile mechaniic and told him the issue and he can fix it in 2 hours.

I drive a Mercedes Benz and my fuel pump went out. I got my car towed to them they put a pump on at a much much more reasonable price than The Mercedes Benz Dealership. I have becoming here for 3 years. I have never had to come back for the same problem for repairs. They are very Professional and very friendly and nice. They are passionate about taking care of their Customers.

Brought my truck in for a intake replacement and was told it would take a week or two but then weeks passed and they told me it would be done the next day every time I asked but I didn't receive my truck back until a month later then when I got it back it had more problems than it did before and now it doesn't even start properly. Would NOT recommend coming here.

While traveling to dallas, our car broke unexpectedly. We went to multiple shops and they were trying to sell us unnecessary procedures and were trying to take advantage of our situation. We came to this shop and they got us fixed up that very same day. They were incredibly kind and did their job very well!

You can tell immediately if a person is a good mechanic. Over the phone I explained what my situation is, and what I believe I need done. He told me that it doesn't sound as bad as I believe it is, and quoted me a decent price. I'm going to try them out and report my experience.
