5/5 star rating. Beautiful potted arrangements of blooming plants, be it a single plant or in dish-garden. Great customer service by Ian and Claire who are helpful in suggesting alternatives if an initial selection were not available. The quality, freshness, and neat presentation of the flowers and plants encouraged me to come back for more orders! I placed online orders from overseas 4 times already (three times for potted plants and once for a gift basket) and the recipients were very pleased with every delivery. This made me happy to have shopped at Mostly Roses--Toronto and to have entrusted them with my online orders.

We are very impressed with this company. They went to great lengths to get a hold us for the delivery. We were also asked if we would like a garden container planter that would last instead of fresh cut flowers! No one has ever asked us that before and it was really appreciated. Also, they double-checked the spelling of my name without being prompted. A small thing but an important one. Customer service was excellent and we were not disappointed in the planter. I would highly recommend this company and will plan on using them myself in the future. Thank you and well done!

This company work with blossom delivery. They rebooked delivery to next day. Confirmed on website that order was sent. Call my friend only to be told I got no flowers. I call to follow up and was told your friend booked delivery for Monday. Shocker , she was never called and as I wanted to cancel her order, she is being called and then told sorry my colleague was suppose to call. Poor service on your end and poor partnership.

Spectacular is the best word I can use to describe the flowers for my son's wedding, then breathtaking, then stunning! So many beautiful and unique blooms, it was one surprise after another. I am so grateful to Claire for the care, professionalism and attention to every little detail. And to make it even more amazing, 5 days later, the flowers still look perfect! Highly recommend!! I ordered flowers a couple of months ago. The friendly, knowledgeable woman on the phone was excellent in helping me choose my purchase. The flowers were delivered promptly and the recipients were overjoyed!! I’ve ordered another bouquet today! Been here only 2 times. All I can say is the quality and freshness of the flowers are spectacular lasted longer than expected. Price is very reasonable for the quality you get. The wrapping and arranging style is very appealing. Ian was very helpful the first time I ordered with the different styles and color tones that were available. Would highly reccomend.

I had a beautiful arrangement delivered Friday afternoon from a client/friend. The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, fresh and smells incredible. Receiving flowers is a love language — and this business did not disappoint. Will definitely consider using them in future for client, friend and family deliveries. All I can say is, WHERE HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! Extremely happy with the bouquet that I ordered for my friend to cheer her up as her Mother passed away last year and this was her first Mothers Day without her. She absolutely loved it! My partner living abroad asked me to pick a flower from here which was amazing, the customer service was good and delivery was good too! The only thing was I didn’t get 2 chocolate boxes he gave me 1 Chocolate and 1 teabag despite calling me to confirm the order. We were a little disappointed but the flowers was fresh and blooming
