This centre recently sold to joint venture partners Angelo Property Group and Rathstation Group, who are property development groups that focus on the development of commercial and residential properties and intend to enhance and redevelop the Centre. According to headlines it is "set for a $150million redevelopment". At the moment, there are several vacant shops including the recently vacated woolworths supermarket. I wouldn't be surprised if they knocked the whole thing down, put in proper basement parking, and built as high as council allows to include residential apartments whilst accomodating the existing retailers plus a convenience store like IGA. Maybe a cinema?

A little bit of everything, the place has a friendly feel. It's a bit busy. They have a ramp for prams and scooters, no highchairs at the eateries at the time I visited, though. They could do with more toilets. They don't have a big parent room, but they have a one-person small room for changing nappies or breastfeed if needed, which doesn't have a toilet - if that's needed with bub, mums need to use the single disabled toilet, as a pram would not fit into the main women's restroom.

Aaah..another gem of shopping delights awaits to tempt your senses!!...Such style and variety a mixture of extreme casual couture paired with slow paced, everday humdrum display ofockerdom! -that will pinch your beige nylons into a butt twisted mayhem of unbelievable ecitement!!!‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

5 stars because it's close to my area. It's sweet, quaint & easily accessible to Main St where all the shops (including a library, take away food, health shop, a pet shop & more) are no more than a sunny10min walk away & most shops in Main St have shelter from the rain & Main St is child safe & dog friendly.

Not bad for its small area. There's a Woolworths, Aldi, butcher, bakery, bottle shop, hair dresser, photo store, Reject Shop, News agency, big pharmacy, bed linen & towel shop, Telstra shop and toilets. Parking outside is big and there's also a very small underground parking area.

Love this place. Happy memories of the beach, the park and other things !! Used to be bit old world... NOT NOW.. great variety of shops And eating places... beach Nearby for fish and chips with Kids or grandkids... swing park Toilets... lots of SHOE SHOPS which i for one ❤️

I went to Mornington this morning and they had a market set-up in the main street I spent 2 hours browsing through the market and found it very interesting and relaxing also bought some things good market not sure how often they have it but it is worth checking it out

Went to Mornington for the first time in 20 yrs. Main st has gone yuppy outdoor cafe style. Very few shops. No boats along Pier, just foreigners catching fish and leaving them on the pier to die and leaving their rubbish everywhere. Aussie beach charm gone.

  • Frank S

Small shopping centre in Mornington. Great location with underground parking. Woolworths, ALDI, PharmaSave/Chemist, Reject shop are the majors with a lot of other smaller stores. Centre is on 2 levels with escalators between and disabled parking.

I LOVE SHOPPING IN MORNINGTON.... The range of shops is so very diverse, I love the strip, plenty of wonderful places to enjoy lunch or just a coffee. Parking is a breeze. Upmarket and standard retailers give the place a terrific feel.

  • Abbey Carlson

This place could definitely do with an upgrade and some better accessibility for people with mobility issues however a good little shopping Village with most things you could need. The bakery there has wonderful and friendly staff.

  • mike poke

Very friendly and close knit community shopping centre, doesn't give the feel of an icy cold big corporate fake centre like Central or Bentons. Absolutely wonderful centre management staff as well, delightful and so helpful. 5/5

  • Claire R

Not a big shopping centre just a supermarket, aldi, the reject shop, a chemist, the basics like a bakery/newsagent and a few other shops. Great if you need a few thing not so good for an afternoon of window shopping and coffee.

  • Freddie Farnarkle

Lots of shops. Great food and cafes. Friendly place to shop or just sit and chat over a coffee or a bite to eat. Plemty of parking above and below ground. Wednesday's Mornington's Main St Market. Plenty of stalls to browse etc.

  • Clemens Unger

Bit dated but with the option of Aldi and the "old" Mornington Woolies well worth a shopping visit. Ample of parking and btw the Woolies team in this shop is miles friendlier than at Benton's...less stress I suppose

  • Jessica Olerhead

The parents room in here is disgusting. A dirty old broken lawn chair to sit on for breastfeeding, and a wobbly fold down changeable that I wouldn't trust to even be able to hold the weight of my baby …

  • John Hambly

Packed at 10am on a Sunday morning Wouldn't call it panic buying, but lots of people stocking up in case of more severe locking problems..Many empty shelves in Woollies, particularly fresh Fruit & Veges

  • Robin Fuke

Good for quick shopping visits, not a lot of stores but ticks most of the boxes for a family shopping visit. (Chemist, grocer, butcher, bakery supermarkets, bottleshop, newsagency etc)

  • Mounika Vukkadam

It’s good and less time consuming to have all these shops at one place if you want to buy different things from different shops. Not so busy but sometimes it’s hard to find parking.

  • Elizabeth Deacon

Great variety shops all under one roof...from groceries to haircuts, smokes, gifts, butcher's and the perfumery to rival all perfume stockists and hot coffee with croissants yum...

  • Gordon Smith

Good parking and the center as always was very clean Good variety of shops in all the ones that i have used the staff have always been very friendly and helpful

  • John Alway

The entire center needs a refurb..good traders though.. Woolworth's departure has decimated the center..only Aldi (not the best shop) and Reject Shop remaining.

  • Alan Marie

Good deals . Good place to find food at meat at a low cost to make yummy meals without breaking the banks. So much positive with all Aldi store in general.

  • Judith Cowley

Pleasant Variety of shops but how about the council cleaning up the thousands of seeds strewn all over the footpaths. Large seed pods and quite hazardous.

  • Robert L. Rudd

There are so many shopping centres like this one they all blend in but this one has reject shop and a few little specialty shops so above average

  • Lauren Grogan

It's looking a bit tired,a new baby shop on the ground floor has opened ✅️sad to see woolworths leave, still empty spaces ??? Who is coming? …

  • Barbara Smith

Nothing left there, can’t even buy a coffee! Mornington has very little variety left re shops. Empty spaces and feels so abandoned!

  • Robyn Palling

Underground parking is great. A good place to do a quick shop or have a wander around. Choice of supermarkets and specialty shops

  • Mehnaz Farah

It is a nice shopping mall with variety of stores.. you can also buy groceries from here.. they also have restroom facilities...

  • Janet Groves

Good spot. It's a shame Woolies moved as that is why I always went there. Enjoyed a coffee at the chemist. Found what I needed.

  • Mandeep SINGH

Very well located, not far from beach access many parkings available behind, but if lucky U can stop on the main street too.

  • Chris Ross

Ceased to be a village some time ago but a good place to visit. Lots of shops, places to eat and of course near the beach.

  • Barbara Dickson

It's a bit run down now. The chemist there is good. Some shops are empty. New developments are happening soon I believe.

  • Tariqul Islam Khan (Tuhin)

It's a gem at the outskirts of the city, literally far away though all amenities there. Parking is a tough job there.

  • Paula Johnston

Variety of shops including reject shop Aldi, safeway and newsagent as well as a chemist and several other small shops

  • Orna Silas

I love the Reject Shop and Telstra and if I win a million dollars on Tuesday night I will love the newsagent. …

  • Eileen Berry

Great variety of shops, you've got Aldi, Woolies, bakery, hairdressers, chemist, Reject Shop, Liquor store and more.

  • Cheryle Wight

Lovely medium size town.. from cheap $2shops to bouquet shops.. market street stall every Wednesdays..crowded..

  • John Kierath

Woolworths, Aldi, Reject Shop, huge Chemist, coffee shops and a real sleeper of a bakery - top cakes & pies

  • Chris Hansen

Grotty looking place. Woollies needs to be closed. Really dirty looking inside especially the meat racks

  • John Berry

Very convenient you have Aldi and Woolies right next door to each other and the Reject shop downstairs.

  • Michael Loverdos

Food options are limited. Highlight of the centre is a Woolworths. Not a supplement store to be seen.

  • Fran Hutcheson

Parking is a little tricky. Popular for Aldi and the Reject Shop. Super chemist is a one stop shop!

  • Taulani

a large range of shops and resturants including coles and target. great layout and not too crowded

  • Shirley Green

Had a light lunch with friends at the cafe within the pharmacy. Tea and sandwiches were enjoyable.

  • terry cullen

Great little shopping centre safeway and aldi and reject shop very small underground car park

  • Ben Howell

The whole centre needs a refurbishment very old. It's ok, the Woolworths is average at best.

  • Matt Lee

Better range of products than either Rosebud stores or the Rye store. Better parking also.

  • Bob Larkin
