More is one of the supermarket chains that has been hell bent on closing down. Over the past few years, they have gone from bad to worse, which makes me suspect that they’re either a front for something sinister or just don’t know how to do business. My initial dislike for it was when they would ask a customer’s mobile number to bill, a practice that’s there till today—this not only creates an issue where people can hear you announce your number, making it awkward for women to bill in peace to the possibility of unsolicited marketing messages and calls. The next red flag was that they had this rating system where customers are asked to rate their experience on the spot, in front of the billers, a practice that defeats the purpose of rating. Most of the times, I would ask the biller to rate themselves. But today’s shopping experience is farrr worse. More has managed to rebrand from supermarket to fish market by adding a broken radio that keeps announcing offers non-stop like a madman, enough to give headaches to shopping customers or scare away potentially new ones. Where credit is due, is the pricing and availability of some items and the politeness and helpfulness of some of the staff, which I found slightly better than other supermarkets in the vicinity, which is why I’ve given 2-stars. I’ve also had bad billing experience with some staff before but I will ignore that in this review. And the consistency by which they are hell bent on ruining their image as a supermarket probably deserves some credit. Based on how it is now, I would not recommend anyone to going here, except if they have nefarious intentions of causing headaches to anyone they are with, in which case this is a perfect destination.

I am regular customer for this more supermarket of Fraser town branch everymonth and also throughout the month.. Prices are very high compared to fresh super market. Mainly Today I had bad experience as I selected some biscuits about 60 rupees and I gave 500 rupees note as I don't have change.. At the billing counter they demanded exact change and said no change for 500 .. And if I am unable to give change of 60 Rs.I can leave the biscuits with tthem without buying .. Really it's horrible experience.. I didn't give them 500 for purchase of 10 Rs Or Rs 20..but I purchased biscuits of 60 Rs.. and finally I left biscuits with them and went to nearby small general store and they gave change for 500 Rs for the same purchase of biscuits of worth 60 Rs. It's like disppointing customers.. And they didn't asked for payment options like card, phonepay etc.. Staff needs to be guided on procedures to follow

More Supermarket on the road in front and on the left of Frazer Town mosque is like the standard More supermarkets but much smaller in size so a summary of products is available here. It has groceries, fruits, vegetables, toiletries etc but the variety is limited nonetheless they have squeezed in as much as they could hence some discomfiture in moving around the place, billing etc. Nonetheless at least this shopping store is available in a convenient place. More Supermarket, Old Madras Road is gigantic and has much variety with excellent discount schemes, bakery with small stand and dine in also electronics available. On the whole this little More is good and thanks for having one here.

More has made customer experience Extremely difficult, especially by not refunding money back for goods that customers do not require anymore.Also ,they have added a policy that requires you to say an OTP before billing any product ,which completely makes no sense in the customer’s pov and do not have an option to edit customer’s number in situations where they’ve upgraded to a new number .I also contacted the Admin team ,and spoke to a person named Amit ,who could not be of any help and also the store manager named Suresh blamed it on the software and denied billing my products for just an Otp that wasn’t available. Location: Good Staff: Below Average Billing: Poor I have got excess bill almost every time when the number of items exceeded 10. Please do read through what you are getting billed for. Once, I got billed for 1 Litre Ghee instead of 1 Litre Curd. Upon questioning, they will unapologetically refunded the amount. Recently, I got billed for 1 Kg of Brocolliwhereas I had bought only 350 gms. Staff is lame and some of them hardly know how to bill. Spend your time reading the bill and making sure you paid what you bought. I was conned multiple times.

Worst staff very bad service always having problems with belling today also they put extra 30 in my bill and I went back to them they told me come evening and take some items for the 30 rupees it's a very bad experience for me. And i select oata about 256 rupees i give 500rupees note as I don't have change they demanded exact change and said no change for 500 i don't give them 500 for the perches of 50 or 60.i am unable to give them change and i leave the oats it's not a first time many times it's happens with me.

Multiple instances of staff misbehavior. These people are employed to make shopping a convenient experience. Instead, they show attitude. They make you wait at the cash counter as if they are VIPs and we are beggars. The cleaning staff does not have the manners to say "excuse me", they'll just push you or brush you with the broom. If you ask them for an item which you're not able to find, they respond rudely.

Quality products at reasonable prics. Staff are helpful in finding the products, they follow social distancing and insist customers to wear masks, covid norms Products are of having more than 75% of its shelf life. The staff help old, disabled and senior citizens to keep their purchased items in their vehicle or find autos for them Keep up the good work. All the best Aditya Birla group

Everything is just awesome here.. parking facility is also good.. in thr center of the buzee locality where u can find anything and everything.. I prefer this outlet rather than other outlets which I have been and this is really good and easily accessible items.. but I'm taking this one star as they don't accept Yes Bank cards!!! Rest all gooood!!

Customer service has always been pathetic and I don’t think it will change as I have been a customer here for many years and every time I visit this place with a hope that it will be better, I come back disappointed. Staff here are rude and inexperienced. Would suggest you walk a little further and buy from other supermarkets on mosque road.

The supermarket is very small. Has daily household items. Has a section for fruits and vegetables. Pretty good quality and marginally low price. If you expect it to have a variety then that is limited. This was my first visit though. But the billing counters are hugely crowded and require some coordination.

Good neighbourhood supermarket with almost every household needs. Layouts are changed too often which is an inconvenience to customers. Slowly trying to push private labels by removing well known brands from the shelves which is really annoying. High turnover of billing clerks makes shopping experience bad.

If i had option to give option less than single star i would hav preffered that..i am regular coatomer but today only didnt had change so their a girl on billing made me ashamed in front of lot of costomer.. Never coming back again.. If this is last supermarket also

They cheat customers. They have one newly appointed sale's person who knows nothing at the billing centre. She makes mistakes and then say I always do this so I am in the habit, I am helpless. This place gets ruined by the inexperienced sale's people.

Worst service yesterday we taken groceries and left the rice bag in shop, we ask them to give home delivery since one day over still not received also I'm trying to call customer care but half an hour not getting conncet. Shop near mosque road

Well stocked small outlet with reasonably priced fresh vegetable and fruits. Need to organise billing queue management. This is my first visit in this outlet. However I am familiar with MORE super markets as I frequuent the Calicut Outlets …

Displaying rate are very less than the billing rate, shop people were think that they are clever. They are cheating customers by giving wrong bills which is more than the quoted. Please do all compare the rate of display and the cash bill.

MORE super market has variety of things and its staff very helpful. Do remember to carry a carry bag else one need to pay Rs15 extra for a carry bag for groceries. It also has a marked down counter for some items closer to expiry date.

Items were billed but not all items were handed over by Divya (biller) this happened twice when my mother came home and checked 1 item was missing. I went back to the more Frazer town store and complained then they gave me the item.

Convenient location, courteous and helpful staff. They have the best offers on Wednesday’s. Check for additional offers with staff and they have a small section of soon to expire or clearance stock that are heavily discounted.

Never find anything that you are actually looking for. The workers do not know anything about where the items are actually located and just say it's not available. But it's close by to my house hence not too many complaints.

All your grocery, fruits n veg and home needs under one roof. During both Covid enforced lockdowns they were vert helpful in delivering stuffs to your door step. One need to go earlier to shop for fresh fruits n veggies.

Price what you see when order online is different from when they deliver. Website DOES NOT guarantee the price, it depend upon WHEN they pick item to deliver. This is not about the weight, it is about the Unit price

Even After being the good name this mall doesn't have the daily use items like Chili Suace, Corn flour. Staff is also denying for these items not available many racks are empty. Bad bad bad Don't visit again

The one in Fraser Town is spacious and well-stocked but it's not a Mega store (doesn't have certain categories of items) .. most of the staff busy in their own conversations: very poor staff response !

It's good place for house hold items, like groushrey, jeans, T shirts,silpers, Nice place. They hv many branches in city. But Yeshwanthpur & kodigahalli r quite big.many very good discount they offer.

The worst supermarket I have ever seen in my life in dealing with customers I think they want to get rid of customers My advice is to find another supermarket, at least they can serve us with respect

I always love More location and services. This is the I have visited in Bangalore. It's small super market. But you can only buy daily house hold item not the cloths, or kitchen ware etc.

Don't often visit this place to buy vegetables. But weneva I go there, I get disappointed with stale vegetables and rotten mushrooms. End up buying really few items, if any.

The store is offically to be closed at 9 pm but they shut it at 8:30 pm itself.Either change the timings on Google or inform the staff to work till their shift timings
