I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Mor Furniture, primarily due to the false promises made by their sales representative, Dustin. I was enticed by the offer of interest-free financing for 2 years, which seemed like a great deal for my purchase. However, the reality turned out to be far from what was advertised. Dustin assured me that I could enjoy 24 months of interest-free payments, allowing me to comfortably manage my finances while acquiring the furniture I needed. I made my purchase with this understanding, but much to my dismay, the interest-free period lasted a mere 9 months before I started receiving hefty interest charges on my statement. This blatant deception has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. It's incredibly disappointing to trust a sales representative and the company they represent, only to be misled and let down. The fact that Mor Furniture allows their employees to make such dishonest claims raises serious concerns about their ethics and customer service. I urge other potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Mor Furniture and especially when interacting with their sales representatives. My experience with Dustin and the subsequent misleading interest-free offer has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling into the same trap.

We entered Mor Furniture in search of new furniture to complete our bedroom needs. We were met by a sales representative by the name of Luis. From the moment we met, he was pleasant and courteous and helpful, showing us different options for selection, and providing information to our questions. Throughout the entire search in the store he was very helpful and very attentive to our expressed desires. Upon finalizing our decisions he continued to be helpful in the entire process of payment and follow up with delivery as soon as possible. In fact, we were extremely impressed with the attention he gave to follow up delivery requests. We were very pleased with the entire process at Mohr Furniture, and we were specifically very pleased with Luis and the service he provided to us. Happy to recommend Luis and Mohr Furniture.

Very friendly salesperson, Hekim Hatipoglu! Extremely v helpful and for a commissioned salesperson, I have to say he was not too pushy! We weren't ready to purchase today, but when we are ready her in a month or two I will most definitely be returning to purchase from HIM. They have a great selection and an amazing showroom. I highly recommend! Update: Came in two weeks later ready to purchase. Hekim immediately recognized and greeted us, remembered what we wanted and immediately set to helping us out. He walked us through the credit application process, got us set up for delivery and again was an amazing salesman. We decided to also buy a mattress for my son's bed here just for the ease of it. We will definitely be returning for future purchases!

My sisters and myself went to Mors on SE Stark Portland Oregon to purchase living room furniture. I had purchased furniture previously from them before and was happy with my salesperson and the service he provided. The salesman, Luis was very personable and patient. Answering all our questions and making suggestions. He is a REAL ASSET to your company and I just want you to keep him and acknowledge the good customer service that he puts forth representing you. He was absolutely wonderful. Not pushy and supplying us with all we asked for. Allowing us time to make decisions. This is what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like. Luis is a keeper. Thank you.

I stopped by this Mor store in SE Portland. Luis was a pleasure to work with in terms of showing me all of my options for a recliner. He was extremely patient with my questions as I was purchasing it for my dad. I didn't need one with all the bells and whistles. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a more expensive model. The store had lots of options and the whole process was completed within 15 minutes. Bonus is they were having a sale and the price listed includes delivery and set up cost. Would definitely recommend.

Mor Furniture had the best selection, pricing and Luis was very friendly. We purchased a reclining love seat and was told it would be a 2 week delivery. After two weeks we called for an update and was told the item wasn’t available. We were offered something we specifically said we didn’t want (loveseat with console) and ended up canceling the entire order since the product we purchased was no longer available. Very confusing, frustrating and apparently a waste of time.

We were looking at sectionals and either a dead bed bug or parts of a roach were on the armrest of the light brown sectional with power recliners. No toilet paper in the ladies bathroom and when we walked in I don't know if it was a movie or music video but it looked like strippers on the screens that the salesmen were watching when we were walking in (see video). Salesman introduced himself and then went back to the counter, no help.

It started with a hello, and I thought great, another pushy sales guy. But once I gazed into his eyes I knew that Hector was the sales person for me. Hector simply asked what I was looking for, then made some great suggestions that lead me to my final purchase. He was so patient and understanding and very knowledgeable on all the options we went over. Thanks Hector I will definitely be back to see you soon.

I absolutely love purchasing from this location! Not only do they work with you on the price but they are fabulous about getting it to you as quickly as possible. I love the financing options that work for anyone and anyone's credit. Even if you just want to look around they are so incredibly helpful and never make you feel pressure to purchase anything at all. My definite number one stop.

We love this place! We have purchased alot from this place. Every time we have to get new furniture we go shopping around and Mor Furniture is always the place we end up finding the items we want. We had a good experience shopping, bought a nice loveseat and we were told it would be 2 weeks before delivery. Waited a week n half and checked on delivery status. They said they didn't have what we ordered and offered us a different product. We declined the offer and now will be shopping elsewhere. Very disappointing.
