Horrible Place! So many homeless people sleeping there that it's nothing but crime, violence and drug dealings. My brother war recently pistol whipped there in plane daylight, he could of died. Thank God he did not. There is absolutely no lighting, long spaces of empty pitch black darkness! It's a disturbing nightmare!

Awesome spot with a great staff and good people who were there for Boot Camp and Volleyball play. My first time here and if I am able to be on this side again, I will come back. I was welcomed and treated well. Thank you to the fellas and ladies that were there tonight. I really enjoyed myself.

Great scenery but I worry about bringing kids. There are homeless people that sleep in the gazebos. I was here on Easter having a BBQ with my family when a homeless guy walked by shouting profanity. It wasn't directed at us, but still profanity in front of the kids, nonetheless.

This is a place where Community comes together. The playground is wheelchair accessible. There is an awning in the front that will shield people from the rain while waiting for transportation walking trails, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and it's all accessible.

This has been my park i have been raised around this area and so far we enjoy our selves to play now safe tennis and keep social distance this park has history with my parents when they were inmigrantes but we are blessed to be here still alive to come to this park

Great place for a family event, picnic, etc. Lots of picnic tables, it has a swimming pool, soccer field, basketball court, large open space, lots of trees, walk trail, bbq pits, playground, also has portapottys and several parking lots which is very convenient.

Great place to run. One loop around the park is close to one mile. Be sure to plan ahead, once it gets dark the park is not well lit. The park also has a couple of playgrounds and a community rec. center. It's not the best part of Houston, but safe enough.

My daughter practices and participates in a soccer program called soccer for success. The coaches and league are just starting up and getting their bearings so I have no issue with them. The fields they practice in are in good condition but

Me and my brother came here worked out once everything was ok but than I guess they didn’t like that we where (black)so the next time we came in they gave us problems asking us to sign more papers when the lady before said that everything

IT'S A GREAT PLACE THE FIELDS ARE WELL KEPT FOR THE VARIOUS TYPES OF GAMES THAT ARE PLAYED, IT'S NOT THE A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN SUN BATH, AND I CAN ATTEST TO THIS FIRST HAND MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WERE TRYING TO GET SOME SUN AND SOME KIND OF

Play area is good for the kids. They have a tennis court and have a long trail to walk also they have a baseball fields. They have a public pool that opens once school is out. And they have a community center that hostess different things

Wow, I must admit this is one beautiful park!!:) The staff at the community center are very friendly and helpful, the community in of itself is very friendly and helpful! Plus its right next to the Redline train-which is accessible right

Pretty nice facility. It has a gymnasium, a few rooms, vending machines and a workout area. I was there for a conference so I didn't get to explore it all that well, but from what I saw the community center can be used for many purposes.

My daughter kenna wanted to swim so I loaded my SUV with her & all 7 of her friends to enjoy a swim on a very hot & sunny day .They had a blast at Moody Pool .I highly recommend parents to take their children here b/c it was very clean.

There is a pool here for the children. It's a community place. They have places to barbeque and playgrounds for the kids. They have open BBQ grills, soccer fields, basketball courts and an ice cream vendor can usually be found near by.

  • Joan Briceno

Lots of wide open space. Little playgrounds for the kids. So many homeless people though. You would find them mostly by the public pool by the baseball field past the basketball court. Definitely wouldn't swim here at the public pool

  • DediK8ed Slaya (DediK8ed Slaya)

Clean. Wide open spaces. There's an outside basketball court, baseball/softball fields, the swimming pool was closed at the time. A playground for the children. There weren't any public restrooms available but, there were a couple of

We teach Danza Mexica aka Aztec Dance classes to the community Monday & Wednesday evenings 7:30 pm inside the gym. Free membership to our classes and many others as well as the workout space. Just check the schedules and sign up.

Nice and clean. Adrian Garcia's Town Hall Meeting took place at this location. Great Meeting!!! Don't forget to vote for Adrian Garcia on October 22, 2018 for Harris County Commissioner Precinct 2 set your calendar reminder.

Come to the park wth a walking stick.might run into some zombies or some park residents. They just like some wild game.they don't bother u .u dnt bother them.i damn sure won't take a date or kids there. That's a big no no..

  • Renae Rainman

Today we voted at Moody Park Community Center. It was very well organized and clean. They had quite a few people there to help manage the line and direct people. We went between noon and 1:00 PM and there was no waiting.

  • Lisa Ping

Considering the neighborhood the facility is amazing. Meeting room was clean and pleasant. Parking was easy to access but the MetroRail line made it interesting to leave and get back to the freeway.

  • Al Rios

PeacE! Great Staff! Very Clean inside weight room! But 2 many transients. Concerned for safety of kids outside not just my kid. Otherwise I would have given higher rating PeacE! El Awakened 1 …

  • Stephanie Hernandez

The park is very peaceful, with the green grass, tall, shady trees, and picnic tables for family gatherings. It also has grills so that you may cook hot dogs, hamburgers, or flip a steak or two!

  • Marcus Beck

It's a great place for kids especially now in the summer time with the pool being open... I personal go to the Rec Center to work out in there weight room, which is clean and very well kept. ..

  • Matthew Carter

A nice park. It's big. Outdoor places to throw the meat on the grill, two baseball/softball parks and two full tennis courts. Big covered basketball courts and playgrounds for the tikes.

  • Robert Henry Jr

Awesome experience. Perfect programs for healthy activities and plenty stuff for the kids to do. Ive been going there for three decades and its still a great place to free my mind.

  • My Family of six

Zumba at 6:30 pm is awesome. Very friendly instructors, however, the older women in front act as if they have their names written on their spots. Since I'm younger I let them be!

  • Haitham Abdelmoaty

Great facility but only if you can see through the tall grass. The city never got their mower back from joe's repair shop since he filed for bankruptcy and went out of business.

  • Donald Avera

Very nice. Very well maintained. Super friendly staff. Light rail has kind of messed with accessibility these days. That's not Moody Park's fault. It's just one of those things

  • Carrie Melson

Moody park is a large park with lots of room for events and dogs family but not so great for when there's a small family with 3 kids...not enough playground equipment …

  • Tiffany Landry

Moody Park crawls with homeless activity after hours. During business hours it's a great place for families with kids. Occasionally, police have to be called to the park.

  • Bernabe Encarnacion

The park was nice. The potatoes potty were nasty. Being that there's a couple of baseball fields you would think they would clean it often. Disgusting to say the least.

  • Jr. S.

Didn't see that many bums so it's wasn't too bad. But be careful when on the trails by the projects on the south side there's a chance you might run into trouble.

  • Cesar

This park is beautiful and has a lot of potential but the homeless have taken over and it feel unsafe at times. I wish someone would do something about it.

  • James Ibarra

Honestly to many homeless people ruining the park with their make shift homes and trash. Park has potential but that element ruins it. More

  • Spaze_Purp

Peaceful and quiet had a pizza in my car homeless out of sight I wouldn't use the portable RR's ,watch you're 6 and always protect yourself

  • Gilda Lambiase

Took care of my early voting within 10 minutes. It was full but still had plenty of parking spaces. Everything was clean inside & out.

  • Reagan “Mr Wizzle” Giles

Great community center. Used to be kinda rough but it's really cleaned up. Have a good and affordable kids summer day camp program.

  • Sandy AKA

Great place to bring kids. The staff are very friendly and professional. The greenspace/park grounds is spacious and pretty.

  • Gilbert Gonzalez

It's clean there, quite. Lot's of running routes ,and a water park to cool off. Also a big play round for the kids.
