The are is intimidating at night with the loitering and solicitation. However I mainly patron during daytime hours because the owner is always so polite. They have a big selection of everything and are little pricey. But no lines and most importantly...no waiting for a person with the liquor cabinet key. So, more cost for a lot more convenience and less time consuming

Stopped at the taco truck in parking lot. Got 9 mini chicken tacos and 2 drinks for me and my crew for $30 . The tacos were small, bland and barely had any onion and cilantro on them. I was pretty dissapointed and so was my crew but it was healthier than burgers …

This is more of a convenience store look Dan a liquor store look on the in side. There is often a taco truck in the parking lot. The prices are reasonable. It is not something special about the store it is open late but the neighborhood is kind of shady.

This place has a great selection of beer and wine but as an added bonus there's a taco truck in the parking lot. Not sure when it closes but the parking lot can b a little scary after dark. Prices r a little high but did I mention the taco truck!

It's a decent area. The only problem is the homeless around the area that like to be scandalous. Not always though. Overall it is a cool place to grab a quick bite and get some tacos or buy your drinks that you want inside the liquor store.

Prices change day by day..they charge .79 to use debit card and they never show you how much each item is or how much they charge you...friendly service most of the time

They're just too many homeless around you can still do what you want to do to me I don't like no one asking me for money because I work hard for it that's all

Monterey liquors is outstanding, it is like a mini Wal-Mart, a little bit of everything and the beer is cold and the ice chest is full most of the time.
