If you want good old customer service when it comes to your health care needs, go to Monbulk Pharmacy.  The team at Monbulk Pharmacy take pride in getting to know their customers so they can offer nothing but the very best care possible. My family and I have been going to Monbulk Pharmacy for decades and since Ricky and Luke took over the business, more and more services have been offered. They always look for continuous improvement to offer the Monbulk (and surrounding) community the very best. The team are always attentive, listening closely to our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met.  They know us all by name and always warmly welcome us into the store.  If they don't have what you are looking for, they will source it for you and try and get you the best possible price. If they can't offer you what you are looking for at a reasonable price, they will be open and honest about it and let you know you could source it at a cheaper price.  Going so far to recommend where you might get it cheaper. I cannot agree with the negative reviews posted.  Prices for prescription medications at Monbulk Pharmacy are comparable to other pharmacies.  I don't get any govt discount on any of my medications, I pay full price and the price at Monbulk Pharmacy is the same at Chemist Warehouse and other discount pharmacies.  As for not being able to take medicines home when you cannot pay for them, well think about the shoe being on the other foot or better still, go to Woolworths fill your tolley with groceries and then expect them to let you take your shopping home when you haven't paid for it. The team are all extremely knowledgeable and should be extremely proud of their business and the service they provide. You don't see service like this anymore. They won't treat you like a number, unlike Chemist Warehouse and other pharmacies who wouldn't know you from Adam.

Got to agree with previous negative but true posting. This place like others are absolute con artists used car salespeople that are not transparent, caring or provide value. I asked the lady do you price match or beat Chemist Wharehouse etc, she was so snappy tom time about it! I guess I know why as they want to protect their empire which needs destroying, OMG, I paid $18 for a measly 15 valium for chronic pain until Dan Andrews Health system sort themselves out and I usually pay aroun $5.8 at Chemist Wharehouse or a Chemist Direct Outlet. So go figure, this place like woori yallock, launching place, healesvillle and yarra junction are all tripple and then some the cost. This empire that the Balloney Guild have established needs to be DESTROYED, what a total rip off disgusting!

Without a doubt the most helpful staff.. wonderful service.. definitely an integral part of The community-helping to make Monbulk a fabulous shopping hub. I’ve had to collect scripts and various items from this shop for years-have never had any issues-actually the opposite-whenever things don’t run to plan with connecting services the staff here have done everything to help find a solution to the problem. Monbulk would not be the same without this great local pharmacy and all of its amazing staff.

Terrible customer service. Their EFTPOS machine won't pick up my card on my phone. As a customer of 10 years, I couldn't be trusted to go home with $38 script and pay with card over phone. NO 3 tablets handed over with a return visit using my petrol and my time over $38......Pathetic "Customer Service" The sales girl was also super defensive, Im in a chemist, I need care for my health, but hey your customer service staff are more concerned about themselves....pretty ordinary "care" yet again.....

After the chemist in Emerald had closed at 630. We called ahead to Monbulk and the lovely girl on the phone took the prescription details we had only 10 minutes to get there before they closed and she stayed open so my son was able to get the urgent antibiotics he needed. Thank you Monbulk Pharmacy we will definitely be coming to you next time.

Open 7 days a week Sunday - until 12:30, Saturday until 2pm. They offer personal service and everything that large commercial groups seem to over look. Staff will go above and beyond to work with you and your dr to make sure you are getting the right treatment. Parking is accessible out the front although can be a challenge during peak times.

Love this little pharmacy. It's in the Monbulk spirit to support small business and this Pharmacy do everything to support their customers. Don't support the big guys like chemist warehouse, you'll never receive the same warm and lovely service. Do what you can and support the little guys.
