I called yesterday with a challenging and unusual situation and the dispatcher (I think her name was Kelly) was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. Thank you for the great service Kelly and appreciation to the driver who was also understanding of the client who was experiencing some mental distress. You both were wonderful.

I've used it in the past without much issue but today, i called waited 15m for a taxi and had to call again to find out it was cancelled without notice, they sent another one and 10m later called again, cancelled. will not use them again i almost missed my trip due to this.

Modern taxi is honestly great. Everyone there is so kind, and it doesn't even feel like they're doing it just to get a high tip. The only issue is that they do take a while to arrive, so it's best to call ahead of time to schedule a time for them to be there
