It pains me to write this review because I really used to love this place. There are some absolutely wonderful people who work there. This review is strictly about competency when it comes to complex cases. I had a previous bad experience with them where they missed a hemangiosarcoma on my dog that ruptured and he passed away 26 hours after being in their office. Four years later, I am hesitant to take my new dog there, but he is young and I figured it wasn’t a complicated issue. He was lethargic and refusing to eat. Ran some blood work, did a fecal, sent home with antibiotics and dewormer. Blood work comes back with elevated calcium and kidney values. They recommend X-rays or ultrasound. Given the missed sarcoma on the X-ray with the previous dog, I opted for the ultrasound to be extra sure if cancer was there it could be identified. We had to wait a week to schedule that. In the meantime, my dog continued to decline. Nothing was being done to treat the kidneys or pancreatitis, just managing pain. Results of the ultrasound come back and there is nothing of note. Doctor tells me we’re not on a cancer hunt, come in for recheck in 2 weeks. Dog continues to decline. I take him in again, this time for an X-ray. We’re already a month into this. The X-ray shows a mass in front of his heart. Why wasn’t it caught on the ultrasound? Their ultrasound only covers the abdomen (the first I heard; no one told me or I would have taken him elsewhere). I transferred him to NVS. They know by end of day that he has large B-cell lymphoma. The mass is the size of a grapefruit and he is in kidney failure at this point. This was a HUGE MISS on Mobleys part and wasted precious time that my dog didn’t have. Lymphoma is typically very responsive to treatment and prognosis is great when caught early. Now my dog is fighting for his life and he may not make it. Mobley, you have failed me for the very last time. Owners, if your pet has a complex case do not take them here.
Outrageous price increase from 2021 to 2022. Photos attached. And they were rude about it. I’d understand if Mobley’s had decided to increase their prices by 10%, or maybe even 20% in order to cover costs. But I went in for a travel certificate to fly my dog home, and last year this same visit cost $114 — today this same exam and certificate was $206. That’s an 80% price increase in one year. I was a bit stunned by the price and asked the front desk about why it was so different from last year. The receptionist was pretty irritated immediately and said the vets set the prices. Someone else chimed in and said the state of TN sets the prices for the health certificate. (Which I don’t think is true, I called another vet after this - Banfield - and their health certificate was $57 plus a $55 visit) Even if this were true, the vet visit price increased by 60% alone. I wasn’t hostile, but I wanted to know why this was nearly double the price only one year later, and instead I immediately felt like the reception team was frustrated with me for even asking the question. The receptionist went back and asked the doctor and came back saying “yeah that’s just the price, there’s nothing we can do about it.” Unfortunately I don’t want to keep using Mobley, because something like this shouldn’t happen. Raising prices a little bit, I understand, but this is outrageous. I shouldn’t have to try to make sure prior to an apt that the prices haven’t DOUBLED since a year ago. Really sad this is how they’re treating their customers.
We took our two dogs here because of the proximity to our new home and I wish we would have stayed with our old vet and drove the 20 minutes twice/year. First, the front desk staff need a lesson on customer service. I understand we have been in a pandemic and there are staffing issues but that’s the case everywhere and that does not excuse rudeness. I would call and immediately be put on hold every single time to the point where after ten minutes I would get sent to their voicemail. It would take an entire day or two to even get back to me and when they did, it was served with a side of attitude. Additionally, I called to ask a records question about my pet and the front desk person was “so busy” she literally told me the wrong information because she was looking at a completely different chart and it affected a grooming appointment I’d had to book 5 mo in advance. The facility is old and not clean at all. I can understand you are caring for animals but it has to be clean. I took both my dogs in for their annual physicals/vaccines last year and they both ended up contracting an eye infection from this place (we go no where but our home and to the vet). We have since moved and will no longer be recommending this place to friends and family who ask. Just drive the extra few minutes and go to a better vet. Trust me.
Absolutely awful customer service. Not only are the receptionists rude and short, they act as if I am an inconvenience bringing my sick animal in. Brought my 1 year old cat in for a skin reaction to something and was left with no answers, just a steroid shot. Reaction happened again and left a message for his vet to ask about next steps, never heard back. Called again the next day and left a message with the *rude* receptionist, never heard back. Called a third day in a row and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Tried making an appointment request online to just go in and skip talking on the phone, NEVER HEARD BACK. You can only request appointments and then they contact you to confirm it, so therefor I needed to hear back from them to get an appointment. How has no one gotten back to me in 3 days about my sick cat I’m trying to get seen within the week? The lack of care is really concerning from this vet and I would not trust them with my pets. I have given up on getting an appointment and found a new vet who will be able to get me in tomorrow. Getting in contact with them should not be that difficult, it comes off that they have zero compassion for your pets. Not to mention their prices have drastically gone up and customer service has drastically gone down. Find a different vet!!
First time I'm writing this, but the very first experience I had with Mobley was 2 years ago when we had to put our cat down. We were in the thick of the pandemic and the staff really took the time to make sure I was comfortable given the madness of the world and the madness that was about to happen. After he was put down, they again were super kind and let me stay as long as I needed to. I didn't stay too long, just sort of gathered myself up a bit and then headed out, but they probably would have let me stay there all day if I needed it... Again, this is my first experience with them...it was not like we had been going there for years, so that said a lot. About a week letter, I received a hand written condolence card from them...signed by the entire staff. Again, no idea who these folks are, but they made me feel like family. While I've never written about it until now, this was really helpful in a tough time. I knew that if we ever got an animal again, this would be our vet. It's now 2 years later and we just adopted two kittens (to match our two toddler boys) and we have gone back. My wife took the kittens in and again, the staff could not have been any nicer and my wife saw what I had mentioned two years ago...this staff cares. Thank you.
I would recommend the standard vet services where you are able to schedule an appointment to be seen. The vet techs and vets seem to be knowledgeable and caring. However, I do not recommend any walk-in services. After speaking to a woman on the phone, I was advised Mobley offered walk-in services such as grooming and decided to head over only for a nail trim. Upon arrival, the front desk woman said that she would check us in and call us when ready - I asked if there was any idea on wait time, and she simply said no. After 35 minutes, I went back to the front desk and politely asked if there was any ETA at that point as I did have afternoon obligations coming up. Another woman confronted me and said it would be a matter of when a tech is available and they have no control over it, said it could be another 35 minutes for all she knew. No regard for the customer's time and poor communication/transparency, in addition to the front desk personnel being rude and confrontational (have experienced this over the phone a few times as well). Went to another local business that offered walk-in grooming (Spots), and was in and out of the door in 18 minutes for a lower price than Mobley with extremely friendly interactions from the employees.
This was our first time at Mobley Vet Clinic. We usually take our lil doggie CALI to Value Vet. But She was not feeling so well and her Doctor at Value Vet was in vacation and not in the office till next week. The nurse we know at Value Vet recommended The Mobley Vet Clinic to check on Cali, since it is an emergency. We did go without an appointment as walking-in. Once the nurse saw Cali can't breath well, they took her inside immediately, Dr. Kristen Hendrickson checked her and did an x-ray for her (her lungs were clear, no cancer) and a test from her lymph nodes (under neck) they were so swollen and Cali was miserable and the result will be out soon in couple days - I am crossing my fingers to just be a viral infection in her lymph nodes and not cancer. Dr. Hendrickson gave her 2 medicines, we didn't even have to go to any pharmacy to pick up the meds - all were at the Mobley Clinic. Thank God, Cali is feeling much better on the meds. Thank you Dr. Hendrickson, all the nurses and the receptionists - They are all great and doing awesome job. WE APPRECIATE WHAT THEY DID WITH CALI SO MUCH. Thank you Mobley Vet Clinic
This clinic is WONDERFUL. Every time I call I am received kindly and compassionately, and they do their best to work us in as soon as possible. Our dog is having some health issues, and when I called and spoke to Tracy yesterday at the front desk she was able to quickly get us in the next day, which was my earliest availabilty. She was knowledgeable and sincere and patient with me as I expressed my concerns. We always see Dr. Shepherd. She is AMAZING. Our german shepherd has anxiety and she literally sits on the floor with him to examine him and help relieve his stress (and he promptly sat in her lap today... dogs know good people). The assistants and techs are so sweet, understanding, and professional. The follow up has always been quick and heart-felt. Watching how patient they are with our giant fur baby eases my concerns. They have always been up front about potential requirements to diagnose and treat. We have been going to this clinic for years, with multiple animals that have had random medical issues, as well as for routine visits. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this clinic. Thank you to all of the staff!
I called Mobley on Saturday morning, because I had gotten two kittens just 10 days before., and one of them was clearly sick with a respiratory problem. They asked me to bring her in, even though I had never been there before, and there were no appointments available. They said that perhaps one of the doctors could take a look between patients, and then they would call me. Shortly before closing time, the doctor called with results and I was able to pick her up. She had a severe respiratory infection, and her records showed that she had tested positive for FIV (feline AIDS) at the animal shelter. She gave me antibiotics and I consented to a second FIV test, which was positive again. The doctor talked to me about her care and life expectancy, and answered all of my questions gently and competently. I took my other kitten up the next week, to be tested, and he is negative, at least for now. Dr. Henderson is an incredibly wonderful vet, and I recommend Mobley Veterinary whole-heartedly.
I have been bringing my pets there for years and each time it’s a different vet that never took the time to review their charts. Now that we’ve started to encounter serious health issues - they’re unhelpful, give no answers or next steps, and never return phone calls! They’re so expensive. The staff is rude and terrible at communicating. When you walk in, they act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there and you never know which person to talk to to check in because they all ignore you. My last straw was when I brought my almost 3 year old dog in for her annual visit and the vet said “has anyone ever told you she had a heart murmur?” BUT I HAVE BROUGHT HER THERE FOR HER WHOLE LIFE SO NO NO ONE AT YOUR OFFICE TOLD ME THIS! Terrible terrible place! It needs to be shut down before they kill someone’s pet due to negligence! Terrible people!
I would say I had a good not great experience with Mobley Vet Clinic while they were my dog’s vet for about 3 years. Cons: -very very hard to get a sick appointment for your pet. Think weeks. To me this is terrible because the whole point of having an established vet is to get them in quickly if they are sick and need medical attention. -I felt like they were money grabbers. They never reviewed cost of things before taking action. Once when my dog was there for routine vaccines they asked if I wanted them to look at my dog’s hotspot that he had come in for a few weeks before. I said I thought it was fine and they insisted so I said ok. They checked and agreed it was fine but still charged me for a $30 “partial visit” Pros: - I liked the vets I interacted with -front desk staff is very responsive at sending records as needed
Mobley was the best vets visit I’ve ever experienced. Warm, kind, friendly staff on reception. They took in my boy even though there was no appointments and said the vet would see him throughout the day or if there was a no show/cancellation. Less than two hours later I get a call from the Dr. She’s extremely friendly and helpful. Goes through all my boys details. He’s a sharpia mix so he suffers from skin allergies etc… he’s all messed up this summer especially. I arrive to pick him up all medicines are ready he’s ready and I was taken into a back office to be shown how exactly to wash out his ears because of an infection. I couldn’t tell enough people that this is the place to take your pets. Service, staff, efficiency and just general care was AMAZING. I’ll never use another vets as long as I’m in Nashville.
We've been taking my dogs to Mobley for years, but instead of feeling like they are growing and providing excellent service, it seems that the more corporate they become, the worse their service gets. I won't go into details, but I've taken both of my dogs there for different reasons, and they simply tell us everything is fine after charging us hundreds of dollars or wasting our whole day for nothing. One of my dogs has been very sick, and they only briefly examined him before suggesting we bring him back the next day if he still wasn't acting normal, that was it! No explanation, no reason for our dog to be acting like that, nothing! It's disheartening to see that they prioritize charging fees over the well-being of our dogs. We are extremely saddened and disappointed.
I see Dr. Weaver and Dr. Shepherd regularly since we have older pups with health issues. They have both been more than amazing every time I’ve seen them. They are always kind, compassionate, and understanding with each of our pets and their specific needs. They go above and beyond to answer any of my questions. I have only been going to Mobley for a little over a year, but have gone through a lot with my dogs since then and they have been extremely supportive in every situation. The techs have all been great and the front office has gone out of their way to help us get scheduled and seen as soon as possible when needed. I don’t ever really write reviews, but Mobley has been that great with our pets that I feel like I needed to.
Summary: Front desk is rude, dismissive and incompetent. Not having my dog treated here. Been treated here one time. Vets are OK. Front desk is terrible. The long hair blonde is rude and dismissive. 1st time I went him she never acknowledged I was there. Finally someone else said can I help you. Today, I made an appt an online, system said someone would call to confirm. I ended up going in; young girl said said appt not available, I said it was online, there were 3 appts available. The blonde smirked, I said is something funny, she said, "there are no appts, that's their lunch time" OK. Young girl said, "Dr. Cole doesn't work on Thursday" OK, I tried to get the blondes attention, she just ignored me.
It’s important to trust your pet is in good hands and I know we have that at Mobley clinic! We bring our lab and golden to Dr. Weaver, we are always happy for her care. Dr. Weaver is knowledgeable and very caring. Our dogs love her as well, dogs know good people. She always takes her time to hear our concerns and provides education. We have to have our lab sedated for nail trims and she gives him extra attention to help calm his nerves because she knows how stressed he is when it comes to his nails. Thanks to all the supporting staff as well. We have also boarded our dogs here and had no issues and the pricing was fair. It feels better to have them where they receive their primary care.
This clinic is the most caring I’ve ever found. I had a sweet stray cat that I tried to take care of for months. But he ended up very sick. My regular vet did nothing to help me. I was desperate to get him help. I called Mobley after calling several vets who would not take him fast for me. And mobley was the ONLY ONE who told me to bring him right in!!! They were kind and caring and knowledgeable!! And I am now a Mobley customer! For life!! I’ve also told everyone I know the horror story of that day, and several have told me they will be looking into going to Mobley too. Any pet parent can relate to how urgent this was. And so many vets just didn’t care.
The staff at Mobley is excellent and cares very much for the animals that come in. I have a 10 yr old dog that is a sensitive case/has extreme anxiety and they go above and beyond every single time to make sure he is cared for and loved. Truly one of the very few places I’ve trusted with him. They also are diligent and consistent in communicating how he is, his behavior, eating habits, their interaction with him, etc. when he is in their care. This stems from the vets, to the front desk staff, to the individual techs. Thank you guys so much for the love and attention you give to Kevin! Would be lost without you!
What a positive experience! We were visiting TN from Ga, got an airbnb and upon arrival to the rental home I let our pups out in the backyard only to have our 75 lb dog get attacked and scratched in the eye by a feral cat. I immediately called around and came across Mobley and they were wonderful! Despite being booked, they worked him in, saw and treated our fur baby within 35 mins. He had a torn cornea and ulcer to the eye, as a result of the scratch. We had meds in hand, a thorough treatment plan and the cone of shame for adequate healing within an hour. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic!
Dr. Coles has saved two of my cats just in the last year. She goes to great lengths to pinpoint the problem and then provides customized treatment plans that suit the individual patient. She has never just made any assumptions that have lead to an improper diagnosis for my cats, who she knows are my heart and soul. She works around the clock and truly cares about her patients and clients. I'm not one to recommend veterinarians lightly as I have had many bad experiences with those who guess based on a few symptoms or use outdated treatments. Your pets will be in good hands with Dr. Coles.
The entire staff was amazing! My dog usually bites and has a very horrible time at the Vet when he goes. I took him here because a friend recommended it and was glad I did. He didn't bite anyone and I was able to get the muzzle on him with ease without me even being bit and there were several Vet techs in the room to help calm him down and assisted me on what was best to help him stay calm, overall everyone there was friendly, easy to understand what was needed and they handled animals very professional but at the same time as they are their own with love and care.
I had to take a sweet neighborhood stray cat in when she was unwell and unfortunately had to have her put down to end her suffering. Every single one of the staff were unbelievably caring, professional, and so helpful. I am so very grateful for this place, they are absolutely the best and they really care about your beloved pets. RIP Whiskers Thank y'all so much you guys are amazing, we were so happy today to receive our paw print memorials completely free of charge, much respect to these amazing people in a hard time. Y'all helped so much
I was given a same day appointment the day before I was to board my cat for 4 days.. He was not himself, walking as if he was in pain, not eating, and sleeping longer than normal. The vet that attended to him,, had a bubbly personality and she was very professional, as she explained what she was doing as she examined him. I felt at ease and trusted her concerns. A couple of injections and meds to take home, he did an amazing turn around that evening, I am grateful for the execellent care given to him on short notice.
The front desk people are rude. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged, no hello or any kind of greeting. I paid my bill and no thank you or have a nice day . The woman I dealt with barely looked at me. I was friendly to them, and they couldn't be bothered to be even remotely nice. The vet staff is great, and that's the only reason I'm not giving one star. The front desk people used to be a lot better, so I'm not sure what happened. Won't be back unless I don't have a choice because of an emergency.
Waited almost an hour and a half to be seen, my kitten was having difficulty breathing. Once we were finally called back we were almost immediately forgotten about. We waited another hour in the room and multiple people walked into our room surprised we were in it. Unfortunately my kitten didn’t make it, but I can’t help but wonder if he had been seen faster if he would have had a better chance. Additionally, we were told we wouldn’t be charged for an X-ray and then it showed up on the bill anyways.
I've been here many times with multiple dogs and this last visit was the absolute best. I was so worried about Mr. Bubbles I forgot the doctor's name, but she was thin with a thing in her nose. Super impressed with her. I'd like her to see all my pups. A complete professional dealing with a Napolitan Mastiff & the treatment she prescribed literally had massive improvement on day 2 after visiting!!! His swelling was down drastically & I cannot love this woman enough!!! She knows what she's doing!!
We recently made two additions to our family after there humans passed away. Our girls previous family wanted to have them vetted and we were introduced to Mobley Veterinary Clinic. We could have not been more impressed with the love and care we witnessed as we navigate acclimating these sweet girls into our family. We will continue to bring our girls to Mobley it will continue to be there home away from home. Thanks for making the new pack members (us) feel like a part of the family.
Mobley has seen both of my dogs, Goose and Maverick (daschund and black lab). Their office is very welcoming and the staff is incredible. They took their time to discuss with me in-depth about each breed and how to ensure the best quality of life for each of them. They also gave me a follow-up call 2 days after the appointment to check in to see how they were doing after their annual shots. Also, their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mobley to all animal lovers!!!
Horrible! If you care about your pet GO ELSEWHERE! I read the reviews and assumed that the pet owners were being dramatic. Unfortunately these people are somewhat rude, always short staffed , and lack care. Unless you are out of options, this isn’t it lol! I’m ok with the ridiculously high prices but I won’t beg or tolerate disrespect at all. I called 3 times and quickly realized that I would have been disappointed regardless so there is no need to waste time in person. GARBAGE!!!!
Mobley is by far the most caring and understanding place I have taken my pets. I have always had wonderful experiences. When I lost my cat, the vet called me on more than one occasion because she felt like there was more she could do, but there just wasn’t. Cats can hide things so well. Even if you are bringing them in every couple of weeks, when they decide they want to go, they will. I could go on and on, but even the customer care people are wonderful. Highly recommend!
We switched to Mobley about six months ago after being clients at another veterinary clinic, in the Five Points area, for many years. We have felt so much more cared for at Mobley. Our dogs see Dr. Carey, and we love her! She is intelligent, kind, and thorough. She has recently solved serious problems for both of our dogs. She diagnosed something on our Golden that made the surgeon later say we were lucky we saw Dr. Carey because it wasn't an easy diagnosis to make.
We came in with our barely 6 week old rescue puppy who weighed 2.8 lbs. They did a good checkup, she got her first shots and was checked for worms. Then today, the vet called me to make sure she was doing okay. These vets are great and baby Ivy will be coming back! UPDATE: she is now almost 4 months old and finished the last of her shots. Mobley continually has that family feel. They are big and busy, but they remember Ivy, and remember what care she has received.
It's been years since I've used Mobley due to moving from the neighborhood but they saved me in an emergency situation where I was leaving town on a Friday morning & my cat needed to see a vet right away. They were able to take him in as a drop-off, which was quick and efficient. The expanded facility is great now. Dr. Weaver was incredible to call me on the road with updates and thanks to an amazing friend, he was able to be picked up that evening.
It was my first time visiting, so naturally I was a bit nervous. My Goldendoodle is 13, and gets a bit anxious himself. The doctor was so incredibly kind and thorough. She patiently allowed me to give her a synopsis of his health issues and previous treatment. She was compassionate and gentle with him and followed my wishes to not do anything too invasive. She exceeded my expectations, and has a new patient for as long as we are in Nashville.
Seriously the best Vet. The whole staff is friendly and so accommodating to a busy work schedule. They make simple vaccines and nail trim appointments so easy! My dogs appointments are always quick and the vets are very knowledgeable and great at what they do! From yearly check ups to my dogs knee surgery, they have been the best! They even call to check up on her which shows how much they care! Can’t recommend them enough.
The vets are lovely, but the front desk staff are very unhelpful—won’t call you back if you leave a message, won’t answer questions, etc. Also, when I got my cat spayed, they didn’t put the cone on her before handing her off to me. She licked her stitches in the car on the way home. I know how hard of a job it is to deal with people worrying about their pets, but support staff is perhaps a bit apathetic.
I had an appointment set up for my pup, but she seemed to have gotten sicker the couple of nights before so I had to ask to have her seen sooner, and the folks in the clinic were kind enough to have her seen that same day. She was seen and the Veterinarian was very caring and explained her findings with me and the possible treatment. I am very please with their professionalism and caring attitude.
Mobley has been great for my dog. For routine things like nail trims or allergy trims they are quick, well priced and efficient. Annual immunizations and exams are reasonably priced with reasonable appointment times. For urgent matters they are also efficient. I also really like their new computer system that shows my dogs vaccines at the top of every bill so I never have any questions.
My pup Monty and I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Mobley's clinic. We needed urgent care for Monty's severe upset stomach and two full days of IV fluids but we got him back to eating and drinking on his own. And I was even allowed to sit with Monty during his IV for cuddles & care. We felt understood and well taken care of. I can highly recommend this vet clinic! Thanks again!
I absolutely love Dr. Shepherd (and it’s not just her name). She’s extremely knowledgable and has such a loving and personal way of connecting to my three (two cats and a dog) and as a consequence they are always relaxed at their visits. Her tech (?Melissa?) was also wonderful but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the techs there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have decades of experience in counting on Mobley to partner with me in taking care of my animals. All the professionals there have been kind and caring. My recent experiences with Dr. Shepherd have not disappointed, but have taken that partnership to a new level of trust. She is an outstanding veterinarian who will provide the utmost care for your fur babies.
Absolute best Vet in Nashville. They always take great care of my girl Elli and Dr.Hendricks and her assistant Jake went above and beyond to get me my travel certificate in time after FedEx had a little blunder. They saved my vacation and I can’t be more appreciative. Do yourself a favour and choose the best veterinary in Nashville for your family member! A+
Mobley is my go-to vet and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. Most recently, my dog was sick and while they didn’t have any appointments available last minute, they were offered to squeeze me in two days in a row. Not only that, they were able to do last minute surgery on my baby. I knew he was in good hands during his post-op overnight stay!
I had a great experience. It the first time I have found some relief for my cat who is both allergic to topical flea meds and flea bites! My 13 year old cat is suddenly frisky and bright eyed! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish the lobby had a Dog free zone for waiting with a cat. I am not sure it stresses the cat, but it did stress me.
I understand this is a business but charging 70$ for a consultation to be able to sell me anti inflammatory pills for my dog with spondylosis is not the right way to go about things. He had already been diagnosed and just because I’m from out of state is no reason to try to take advantage, wouldn’t even sell me simple dog food without becoming a client!
The clinic is either recently renovated and/or kept up incredibly well by the staff! All of the staff (technicians, front desk, vets) were all incredibly friendly and Dr. Hendrickson kindly answered all my somewhat dumb endless questions from being a first time cat owner. We’ve been twice with no complaints, and I will be boarding my cat here as well!
Mobley Vet has taken amazing care of my dogs over the last few years. Dr. Shepherd is awesome!! She is so kind and caring. She made the process of putting our 15 year old dog down so much easier to deal with. She really cared about him and it showed. We board our dogs here often and they take such good care of them. I would highly recommend Mobley!
Had a sick pup that they were able to slot into someone else’s missed appointment. Very fair on pricing and never tried to push unnecessary tests (in our case the doctor offered blood work or X-rays, but sensing our hesitation to do both she mentioned how bloodwork would cover most bases) so that’s an A+ from our former vet. Will be using again!
We love Mobley Veterinary Clinic. They have been so helpful and caring. All the doctors are wonderful, but we love Dr. Hendrickson. She worked so hard with us and our boy Tyson for so long to help his seizures. She was able to find the right medicine to make them happen less frequently. We will be forever grateful for her and all she did.
Dr. Weaver was absolutely wonderful while helping me find out what was wrong with my sick kitty. She was kind and thorough while running the right tests to get a diagnosis. I'm also very impressed with the hospital staff and how quickly they were able to get me in as a new client. Will be bringing my pets here in the future!
First time dog owner and vet visitor. The staff was very courteous and the facilities were clean and bright. Appointment was on time and we were seen by vet in a timely fashion. No high pressure tactics regarding treatments. Doctor answered my questions and was kind and confident with my dog. Would certainly recommend.
Wonderful veterinarians, wonderful staff, affordable pricing. I have been taking my dog Gator to Mobley for 2 years and every experience has been outstanding. Prior to Mobley I had tried two other vets in East nashville; in my experience Mobley is by far the best. I won’t take Gator anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Savannah and Dr. Keelis (I’m sure I butchered that spelling) were absolutely phenomenal! They took such great care of our new addition kitten and my 15 year old dog. I can’t say enough great things about this place! I chose Mobley’s based solely on reviews, and they weren’t lying! This place is amazing!
Dr. Hendrickson takes care of all of our animals and our fosters and does an amazing job!! She has gone above and beyond in many ways and we are so grateful. I actually already recommended the clinic and Dr. H, to our new tenant who lives across the street from us! Thanks so much - Sharon & Todd Green
Mobley is the best!! I've been at least 4-5 times, and have seen a different vet and support staff each time and everyone from reception on is so kind and on top of it. They're very busy but still make time for you if theres an emergency and you need to get in with no appointment. Highly recommend!
,mo Mobley is a great place for our dog, and us. We feel cared for, the attention is individual, and the vets and staff are really kind and knowledgeable. And they just expanded. So even more updated space for our furry friends! I really appreciate them, and I feel very comfortable with their care.
Dr. Kristen Hendrickson is the reason we go to Mobley. Knowledge is extremely valuable, but she takes it a step further with the compassion she has. We recently had to make a hard decision, but Dr. Hendrickson made it easier with both her knowledge and compassion. We would follow her to the moon.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I really like Dr. Weaver. She is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The young woman assisting Dr. Weaver was also friendly, and I liked the way she handled my two cats. Together they spent plenty of time with me and answered my questions.
I love Mobley! Luna and I have been going here for a few years now and it’s always east and efficient. All of the staff is so kind and welcoming. They don’t over charge or push you into paying for anything that isn’t necessary but also providing you with all of your options. LOVE MOBLEY
I have multiple rescue cats and I have always been so pleased with the care here! The doctors are all great and the hospital is trustworthy in terms of leaving your pet if necessary. My cat Toby has a crush on Dr. Shepherd. She is especially great with him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
If you mean a cheerful, on task professional with relevant questions, remarks and suggestions (with available options), my vet ain't bad. Back home, Frank my pooch asked if I could pack a bag and let him go to her house this weekend. Robert Trammell - 1038 Horseshoe neighbor
The office staff allowed me to take my 16 year old little dog back to an exam room ahead of time because he was shaking so badly which meant a lot to me. I also liked that the vet (Weaver)took the time to give advice on how I could improve the quality of life go my dog.
I woke up with a cat that was sneezing blood. I called the clinic and they were able to squeeze me I within an hour. My cat was seen and I was given medication and the doctor personally came out to chat. Would highly recommend to a friend or anyone with a lil fur baby
Amazing experience. Scheduling was super easy, and the staff were great. They were super sweet to our pup, and gave us plenty of time to ask questions, get advice, make treatment plans etc. They obviously love animals, and they made us feel welcome and important.
The staff is really friendly, they don’t try to oversell and they really seem to care for the animals. I went the first time because I needed to get in ASAP and they were able to get me in, after the first time I immediately switched both my dog and cat over.
Visited yesterday with a question about medication. Got good advice quickly. Also got medications for my dog who is doing much better now. Have had problems with phone communication in the past but this was during their expansion to a new enlarged facility.
Mobley is easy to schedule with and always treats our two dogs and cat wonderfully. The vets and assistants we’ve had there always take the time to explain processes and medications and make the animals feel comfortable. Highly recommend for any fur baby.
I recently moved back to Nashville and needed a vet for my 3 lovebugs. A friend recommended Mobley and I couldn’t be happier. From checkin to Dr. Singh, everyone was amazing. Thank you to all. I believe they will be in caring and knowledgeable hands.
Mobley vet was amazing. They walked us through the last year of our dogs life(a 16 year old Akita) with kindness and care. The day came for us to let him go and they went above a beyond. Please, trust them with your pet. You won’t regret it.
Thrilled to have found Mobley. Our dogs received excellent care. Vets took the time to treat each one in a way that was as comfortable as possible for them. Techs are wonderful as is office staff. Best vet experience we’ve had in Nashville.
I wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else. The entire staff’s so very compassionate and I always receive the best of care. Peyton was a patient for 16 1/2 years ; now Bailey is will get to experience the awesome care that Peyton received.
My dog HATES the vet. To the point where I dread taking her, knowing that most times we will leave unsuccessful. The doctors at Mobley are patient and went above and beyond to get what we needed done. I left feeling like she got a good,
The staff at Mobley is some of the sweetest and most understanding staff I’ve met! The vet is a huge place of anxiety for my dog and every single staff member helps to ensure that he is not put into situations which may increase his
All of your staff was kind and helpful! Dr. Weaver though, was through the roof, impressive! She was so down to earth, friendly, and just straight up a caring individual! I would recommend her care to anyone asking for a good vet.
While Abbey (pittie mix) isn’t a fan of any vet she’s been to, your office and team has always been super helpful and attentive with her health care. Y’all are our go to. Thanks for having such a great staff of techs and doctors.
Very thankful to have been seen at Mobley clinic. The staff was expeditious with check-in and getting us in a room, and the exam was very thorough. Dr Hubicz answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
Every single person that I came in contact with at Mobley Vet Clinic were very friendly, caring and professional. Huge thank- you to Dr.Singh and Dr. Hendrickson for their awesome care and kindness to my cat, Gus.
My pit is almost 6 years old and did not know she had a heart murmur until I brought her here. Goes to show how thorough my last vet was. I think I have found my new veterinarian. Everyone was super nice as well.
The place was great. People were smiling and happy to help out. Dr. Singh was awesome. He talked to me and explained things to me, and was happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this place.
Dr Serdahl was amazing! She was Very professional and very knowledgeable, Let’s no forget about Jake the technician he was very professional My entire experience was great The front staff is very friendly
Don’t know what their doing every time we go here they give us another vet technician and it’s always two then it’s three shots then four shots I want to speak with someone who knows what they are doing
First visit with our new puppy was pleasant. I called and was able to book an appointment next day. Friendly staff and East Nashville location was clean and looked newly renovated. We will visit again.
Every person from the time we walked in was friendly and welcoming. The vet tech was thorough and Dr. Shepherd was great and the perfect vet for us. I love her already! So glad we found you!
This is probably the best veterinarian clinic I've been to thus far. The receptionists were friendly and professional and vets did a great job explaining my dogs problems in Layman's terms.
Dr. Always does a good job with my dogs. They don’t mind if you call 100 times after procedure because you’re a little paranoid parent! They’re calm and collected and take the extra step.
Dr Coles is professional, caring, and thorough. She explains everything in a way that helps us make the best decisions for our old dogs’ health. They have received great care at Mobley.
Absolutely wonderful service here, Hubrix and Jake helped us with our cat. And the whole staff is very friendly and understanding. The appointment didn't take very long either! …
Great service, friendly staff. The doctor who took care of my dog made multiple courtesy calls to check in on him and provide updates on tests they had run. Definitely recommend.
Hmm…front office was decent. I had to wait for the doctor to come and I feel like we should know pets aren’t going to wait 30 min in a room w/o toys or something to do.
Vet was so kind & thorough! My dog was shaking uncontrollably, I couldn’t even calm him down holding him, and he relaxed immediately when the vet started examining him.
Both us and our fur babies love the Mobley Vet Clinic. The staff is informative and you can tell every time we are there that our pets are very comfortable with them!
I really appreciate the knowledge of the vet that I use and her trying to help with any concerns I have. And provides me with options. She also responds very quickly.
Staff was kind and helpful. We were seen promptly. In and out in about an hour which was impressive for a Sat afternoon. Addressed all questions I had knowledgeably.
Staff was super nice , polite, and concerned . The vet explained and answered all my questions, I would definitely recommend Mobley to anyone seeking pet services!!!
I really enjoyed my visit to the vet. They took excellent care of my dog. So caring. We were in and out! I would definitely recommend it to any pet owners!!
Mobley took my dog Lila in on an emergency basis and ended up placing me into a cancelled slot. I was grateful for that, as well as how they treated Lila.
Veterinary care was good. I’m an older woman with a heavy carrier. It would have been nice for someone to have offered to take it to the car for me.
Everyone was so friendly and it was a busy Saturday morning but the entire staff were super friendly! Potter and I appreciate the kindness! …
We’ve taken our pets to Mobley for over 10 years. They’ve always been fantastic. They are professional, courteous, and wonderful with our dogs.
