The website required a delivery address, I put. The one handling the WhatsApp asked for a location, I sent them. I ordered on a Saturday, I was told my items will be delivered on Monday, then it did not come. On the day of deivery, Tuesday, the driver called me for the exact location, I gave him the floor and shop’s name, yet he kept calling me. He even went to other shop and asked them to call me, that person was disturbed. When I complained on WhatsApp, someone answered me very rudely (deleted the message immediately) then blocked me. Very, very poor service!

Worst service ever!! they are not able to deliver on time, only because of this people I lost one valuable client, they keep changing delivery date daily, without proper updating!! and finally after breaking promise for the 4th delivery date I asked for a refund and that too they cant!!! don't trust these people, if anyone need evidence for this review I can share the screenshots and payment details, emails etc.

I had a terrible experience at this business. The staff was rude and unhelpful, never trust them thay tells too much lies for example it thay told you that we deliver your items at your location in 5 minuts its mean they will deliver in 5 days . I would not recommend this place to anyone. …

Its a so terrible to do business with these people, 1st they will never deliver on time even if we pay full amount as advance, second they don't know how to talk in polite. The guy to whom I ask fo refund was so rude. I will never suggests anyone to buy from here.
