"It states on the internet that the opening times are 7am - 11pm"
"Book an appointment online to have a antibody test and paid up"
"I am pretty sure they are charging illegally for private prescriptions! Tried to charge me over £20 for one box of 20mg Omeprazole when it only costs them 78p to buy in and standard prescription price at just over £9! So why the excessive "
"I am so grateful and so impressed by this Pharmacy - particular deep gratitude to a lady Freda - who walked , in a heavy wind and rain storm on Saturday 16"
"Refused to provide 111 urgent supply service as the "system was down", asked me to go to their neighbouring branch who "don't have it in stock""
It states on the internet that the opening times are 7am - 11pm. I have arrived at the pharmacy at 7:10am it was not open. I then proceed to go to school run and come back it is now 7:56 and it is still not open. This is not very good for us who need their medication.
Book an appointment online to have a antibody test and paid up. I drove one hour to get there. The chemist was shut. Was told by a member of staff we are close. I showed her my email. She said nothing I can they have gone home due to lock down. Very poor service.

I am so grateful and so impressed by this Pharmacy - particular deep gratitude to a lady Freda - who walked , in a heavy wind and rain storm on Saturday 16.3.19 to my medical practice in an attempt to locate a prescription that had gone ‘
Refused to provide 111 urgent supply service as the "system was down", asked me to go to their neighbouring branch who "don't have it in stock". Very disappointed in the clear breach of NHS contracted services and unwillingness to help.
ive been using this pharmacy since it opened. it started well, then a few months later it went down hill as i found the staff not very helpful and rude. The staff there now are helpful and very polite. Hope it stays like that. thank you.
It is useless to go or call for any kind of help, at least the man there who worked today is not decisive at all and was rude. He did not give any kind of help for an 8 year old girl. Honestly quite a nasty deal.
The staff didn't seem to have much medical knowledge. I described my symptoms (stomach pain) but he didn't know what to suggest, and ended up reading all the boxes on his shelves wondering what to sell.
Very polite people and always maintain medication in stock. Great service and always help without getting tired of questioning them that was really nice. Would recommend for best service in pharmacy.
Millennium is the best pharmacy in South west London. All their staff are professional and always happy to help. Thank you Dein for your great customer service approach and support.
This is arguably the best pharmacy in all of UK. The staff are one in a million in terms of reception and service and have a wealth of knowledge in the medication at their disposal.
Currently stood here at 7.26 on a Friday morning waiting for an urgent prescription for severe pain. Embarrassing they can’t open on time causing delays to my day and others
One of the worst services I have ever had. Staff is not polite and does not help you with any options to your prescriptions. Should not be operating under these standards.
The service there is just unacceptable. You seem to annoy them so much. Not smiling at all, not helpfull at all. I do not recommend this place.
Their staff’s are very professional, they respond to their customers As quick as possible, I will recommend them to friends and family’s.
This is my local pharmacy and have been using it almost since it opened its doors. Always good service and pleasant counter staff.
Every prescription takes at least 2 visits as they don’t seem to bother to order anything on receipt of prescription from the GP
Staff are hard working and very polite ,because they are friendly i am happy and my first choice to visit millennium pharmacy.
Pleasant staff, always go above and beyond for me. Also stock a good range of products that are usually hard to find.
Pharmacy was closed early, which seems pretty irresponsible for a place people rely on for medicines.
I am impressed with the quality of service received at this pharmacy. The assistant was very helpful.
They are friendly yet professional at all times and they always do their best by their clients …
Incredibly rude staff. Asked if they have a nutrient, the staff said no then hang up immediately.
Reasonable service previously. But don't trust the opening times - can knock off early.
Great new location more with more space for the staff. Always willing to help!
Very helpful staff, thank you for good advice I received, highly recommended.
Davina was a star at sorting out my issue went above and beyond thank you!
I like that they have a lot of things to and it's clean and welcoming
Open all hours. weird staff though, They seem to resent being there.
Great pharmacy staffed by wonderful, helpful and friendly people.
They are open from 7 am to 11 pm. Reliable and friendly service!
Wasn't even open at 7.20. Unacceptable.
Very bad service. Staff was miserable.
Staff are hard-working and polite.
Helpful and lovely to deal with.
Don’t go here
