Very rude and miserable person who works in the evening. He simply does not accept Hermes packageless return and he tells me to pack it in a parcel or go to a different shop ! I showed him that Amazon website states: "You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. Your QR code will be accessible on your Amazon app and you will also receive an email of the QR code. Take your QR code to a Packageless Hermes Parcel Shop and hold it towards the camera on the Print In-Store device. The Print In-Store device will help you create a label. Hand over the label and your product to a member of the store and they will do the rest for you.", but he doesn't care. I don't understand why they let someone like this work in the shop and alienate customers. I'll never go to this shop again. I believe those 5 star reviews are fake. There is no way someone can give this shop more than 1/5 stars, unless he works there.

This place is awful for Hermes returns. Wouldn't take a parcel to return which was not large at all. Explanation given was they would rather take lots of small parcels rather than one big one as they are paid by parcel. While I was in the shop a customer came in with 5 small parcels which took up considerably more space than mine. Person behind counter said he was happy to take them. The other customer even said it was ridiculous. He was extremely rude to me and didn't care I was there with young child. Complete farce and shouldn't be able to advertise that happy to take Hermes parcels when they only take some of them. Will never shop here again for anything. Short sighted view.

Bunch of liars. Do not use this shop if you have a Hermes parcel to send. The owner will tell you modern day old tale ‘system is updating’ hence can not accept the parcel. I went in this afternoon to drop off my Hermes parcel and was told the delivery system is updating and will take around 40 minutes for it to reboot. I checked in again after 2 hours - same story! I finally had to resort to another shop in Finchley to drop off my parcel and their Hermes system was working just fine. I have reported this shop to Hermes for their attention.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting service- allegedly cannot accept a Hermes return due to lack of space and a shopkeeper solution is “ come tomorrow come too, no take” Shame some people don’t have the word sorry or any other manners in their repertoire

Rubbish for myherms service. Didnt give my parcel when they had it...had to make a complaint...very poor service Also when I wanted to give them a parcel. He rejected it ....saying the internet wasn't working. But only will take small parcel....huh?¡ Madness

I would give it zero stars. Went there twice to drop off Evri parcels, both times the owner says the Evri machine is broken but when I got into the shop, I see that the machine is actually working!!! Absolutely horrendous service and a total waste of time!!!

Very rude owner,told us to bring our parcel back the next day before 5pm,we went back the next day and he refused to take it because it’s too big and he said “take it somewhere else,I don’t care!” Don’t spend your money at this shop!!

There are several staff members and only one has manners. The others are rude, unhelpful, often cannot communicate, and act as though they're doing you a favour by selling you stuff. Avoid if possible, there are other shops nearby

The staff are usually rude or quite literally do not speak enough English to do their jobs. One staff member said I was taking too long to browse for items and told me to hurry up. Avoid if you can

A neighborhood minimarket with a selection of daily consumer goods. Fresh vegetables and fruits usually arrive on Friday. Convenient that you can buy close to home.

Went there to send a parcel. Scanner doesn't work so couldn't send. Staff was unhelpful and grumpy. No help at all. Waste of time.

Tried to return a Hermes parcel but he couldn't, awful customer service and rude. Went to another place and returned it easily.
