Unfortunetly it's under new ownership & using their services doesn't meet standards of an auto maintenance mechanic shop. Just by entering the place, the older gentleman lacks customer service & makes you feel uncomfortable just by checking in. I've been coming here for years but never after my experience. They did my oil change, an hour after i left the lot the "low windshield fluid light" came on. I called them inquiring how come they didn't top up the fluids during the oil change & found it odd it would be empty right after. Another person on the phone not same older man said to bring it back in the next day to have a look. When i went back that same older man (which I guess must be the new owner or manager) says of course not he doesn't top up fluids as it cost him 6$, he needs to make profit. He said at best I can give you 1L... hmmm it's not a favor, it's standard oil change & courtesy check for peace of mind driving. I told him it was dangerous to not top up fluids or at least tell me that fluids are low. They didn't think it was a big deal. Given it was about to rain, getting caught like that on highway would be a big deal. I also mentioned that my wiper blades were not streaking as they told me I needed new ones for that reason on the previous day I had the oil change. That same man told me it's just a suggestion not necessarily accurate, the boys just write stuff, you take it or leave it... what!??? Bottom line unprofessional, complete lack of customer service & lack of customer care. Doesn't meet standards of an autoshop.

on January 20, 2022, I supplied transmission fluid in order to exchange my transmission oil because I only wanted to pay for the labor. 6 months later, I felt the rpm of my car fluctuating while I was on the road. Turned out that the level of transmission oil was twice the amount than the way it should have been. Apparently, the technician forgot to drain the old one before topping up the new fluid and didn't even bother to check twice. Because I trusted their work, I didn't even bother to check the level of transmission fluid until I found there was something wrong with my transmission 6 months later. I had to pay for a hand pump out of my own pocket and drained almost 4L of an excessive amount of fluid by myself. Now they are saying there is nothing they can do to compensate for this and it is all on me because I provided 3rd party fluid and 6 months have passed since then. I am highly disappointed by the way this branch handle this issue and I highly dis-recommend this place as they messed up the easiest task you could possibly imagine in terms of car maintenance. WELL DONE.

Came here to get all my tires replaced. Had appointment for 2pm, waited till 5pm. No big deal. What I'm dissatisfied with is when I asked for then to reinstall my spare tire underneath the vehicle. The worker tried but he clearly didn't know how to do it. They told me I'd have to come back to get it reinstalled which I thought was ridiculous. No point in arguing as I had to go to work that evening. Them being backed up and overbooked clearly played a part in telling me to come back. Will not be back because they clearly don't value customer satisfaction. I will spend the 15 minutes to do it myself. They also left quite a few dirty finger prints around the doors. I suggest you don't come here either if customer service is important to you.

A NIGHTMARE!!!! Went in because the heater in car was not working . FRANCO failed to completely do his job as promised in fixing the car... they kept car for one and a half day only to tell me different things at different hours that at the end they didn't fix the problem they wanted to take more money from me so I had enough !!!it sounded very sketchy at the point so I took my car back and went to another mechanic. The other mechanic told me exactly what was done and Horrible job that it was done .. really you guys added gas in a part where it's not supposed to !! HOW DO YOU GUYS SLEEP AT NIGHT!!! Stop damaging cars and telling YOUR CUSTOMERS Lies to get more money!!! That's horrible customer service

Really impressed by the integrity, professionalism, price and service quality of this store. Been with them for several years and compared them with several other mechanic stores around when my car had issues. They never let me down in terms of honesty, price and service quality. They always treat me courteously and professionally disregard size of the job. I never felt over charged and the front desk manager Arun has been particularly helpful in letting me know issue of my car and how to deal with the issue so that I can delay a repair. You don’t easily find a mechanic store so honest nowadays. I have no hesitation to highly recommend this store to my relatives and friends.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company as I have taken an appointment but still, they told me to wait for 45 mins after I reached there. So what is the purpose of taking an appointment if they made me wait for approximately 1 hour for just a oil change.Unfortunately, they haven’t service my car after that too. In fact, They didn’t order the filters for the car after asking the model of the car. I requested them to pour Synthetic oil but instead they put normal oil in the car. Overall, the service was quite bad and will never recommend anybody to take service from your company.

Absolutely amazing experience, I had an appointment at a Midas location but I had came to the wrong address and they were booked up, they said another shop they’d recommend would be on Burnhamthorpe and that they will take care of the car as if it’s their own and they weren’t wrong at all! Franco and the staff were amazing, recommended what was needed and didn’t have no pressure at all to get work done right at that moment. Had a quote online for brakes and oil change. I got quoted for a full brake inspection and oil change. Upon my arrival for my appointment, Franko and team explained everything once they had my tires and brakes off my car with a courtesy inspection to show me the extra work that was required which I was unaware of which I will go ahead with. Very honest and trust worthy team. I also noticed the place went under renovations in the waiting area and inside the shop is almost fully completed so the team has a safe and clean working environment. Booked an oil appointment, team was on point with efficiency so I was not waiting too long. They completed a courtesy inspection with the oil change which I was told is free of charge. Franko's team noticed a few items, few basic such as my engine/cabin filters and based on my milage I needed a few maintenance items competed which I went ahead with. The team showed me inside the shop to my car which gave me the confidence I needed to trust this Midas location. I will be returning back and will let all of my friends and family know! Took our old van there owner said come Thursday at 0800. They didn't touch it until 4 days later. Brought our own rad. They replaced it let it idle 1 hr took it for a drive. Something is leaking will cost 1900 to fix. They did something and it's my issue to fix. Paid them 400 got the van. It broke down 2 blocks away. It was driven in and just needed a rad. They did something to the oil line. It's our problem they killed the engine.stay away from here.they will make everything your problem and you'll lose a day's pay

Love my experience at this Midas. Today I had an oil change at Midas (among other things) and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Midas conducted free inspection and suggested what needs to be done to keep vehicle in safe condition. Took great care of vehicle. After the work was done on my car, the mechanic parked right in front for quick pickup and I left feeling confident that my engine is in excellent hands. Great customer service.

I've been going to this midas location for 20+years. This location has changed hands a few times and now a new owner has taken over. I've had a few big issues with my car over the last year as it's about 13 years old now. Franco and his team are amazing. He takes the time to go over each of the issues and explains the situation. He isn't pushy. In fact he is very straightforward which I really appreciate. I trust this new Midas team at this location over a few others that I've tried. Thanks again!

Very poor service, the front desk person are very unprofessional. Went there to change my winter tires they cracked my two wheel hubs. It doesn’t fit on my winter rims. I literally saw them banging the hubs against the rim and they wrote the hubs are cracked during inspection. I had to go and stop them saying these doesn’t fit. This shop was good initially but now it’s very poor and they have very unskilled technicians. I would have rated 0 if I had a option to do so

Went for a full synthetic oil change and had a coupon for $20 off, guy at the front desk tells me that they normally charge $100 when their listed price is $79.99 and that the deal was already applied. Why even have a coupon at the first place? They also tried to spin a yarn about an oil gasket leak and it needs to be replaced, funny enough I had my usual mechanic service the engine a month ago with no prior complaints. Don't go here.

Under new management and it shows - Franko is customer-oriented, honest, friendly, and fair. My truck sprung a severe oil leak while driving on Burnhamthorpe and I managed to pull into his shop. I discovered a team of professionals, who then carried out what was a reasonably difficult repair quickly and affordably - I had my truck back within less than a day. With me they've earned a return customer.

Very careless service provider. I just had my winter tire changed here, and they did not even give me new plastic bags to wrap up my tires. Instead, they reused the old damaged plastic bags that I bought, and directly put the tires in my car cabinet, the tires made my car seat dirty and messy. I suggest one should avoid this shop.

My father in law needed a repair to his trunk latch and was turned away by two other people while he was out of town. He stopped in to Midas and it was all done in ten minutes and two screws. Best part it was something that they didn't even charge him for. Thanks Midas for the quick fix and making him feel safer when driving.

Had an appointment at 9:30 for and oil and air filter change on my dads dodge grand caravan and the service was amazing. Franco the owner, was very polite and respectful and had the job done in a quick and professional manner (i was in a rush for work). Very pleased and will definately be back again. They are experts at what they do. Went on a weekend with an appointment, had to wait over an hour for them to look at the car. Except for the scheduling issue, their service is superb. Very knowledgeable and pros at everything brake related. Clean waiting area, with complementary coffee. Would recommend and go again.

Got a tire change from this Midas location. Pertab was very courteous and friendly. The team itself was also professional and efficient and got the change done on time. They also made sure to hand-torque it afterwards to ensure a quality job. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get car service done.

Front staff is very professional, costs are very affordable. Had some issues with a brake job that was slightly frustrating and very time consuming to get addressed but it was taken care of at the shops expense. Other work I have had done at the shop has been done flawlessly though.
