Whether I'm depositing or withdrawing at the Scottsdale location or Camelback staff professional genuinely personable and welcoming. Give them a try you won't regret it you'll love this bank.
I have been banking here for years and the service is excellent. Christian Silva helps me with our personal and business accounts. And, he takes care of two of our children that have checking and savings accounts here. The team service on the PPP was over the top for our small business.
There really isn't much that differentiates one bank from another except the customer service experience. This Mid First branch is incredibly well managed, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and always professional. When I actually need to do in person banking, it's always a pleasure.
Exceptional experience every single time I walked through the doors. Being able to have a personal relationship with my bank and the professional bankers is paramount to me and this branch of MidFirst, and Christian Diaz in particular, have made me a customer for life.
It's an really nice bank. The staff are friendly and helpful and always ready to talk to you about changes or problems. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that some of the tellers take forever to even acknowledge the drive up never mind make the transaction.
