Michael Lee has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I broke the back glass on my car - one call and I had an appointment and it was covered with only the deductible. Amazing customer service. Dealing with head office on a financial matter and I needed assistance. Even though it wasn’t related to insurance the insurance acct rep Elissa helped me with a solution to overcome a technology issue. Understanding that not everything can be done over a computer due to firewalls, Elissa assist short notice and solve the dilemma between myself and head office.
