The online booking was super quick and easy. I needed an appointment ASAP and they had one the next day. On the day of my appointment, I was running late and I called to let the clinic know. I was kindly reassured that it is not a problem as they have a 15 minute grace period. Upon arrival everyone was very kind. I waited maybe 5 minutes for a room to be prepared. My tech was Jocelyn who was very friendly and helpful. She provided me with 2 cost estimates for services before proceeding. I paid under $200 for vaccinations, first exam, and flea medication (good for 3 months.) Dr. Rodriguez is the one who completed the check up and vaccinations. She also provided additional service as a courtesy. She was patient, kind, and very informative. They even custom engraved the rabies tag with the fur babies name. Upon checkout, Veronica assisted me. She was also very patient and helpful. They provided me with a complete record of the visit and a detailed receipt. It’s a very nice facility with great staff at a very affordable cost. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Metro Paws!
I can't fully express the appreciation I have for Dr. Lavender and her team at Metro Paws Oak Cliff. I've been bringing my sweet Feather to this office for the last 6 years. I first brought Feather in with hope, that after three other vet offices, they could tell me what was wrong with my baby dog. This was the first place that diagnosed and treated Feather. She lived a happy and healthy life for years after that because of them. About 2 years ago, we learned that Feather had cancer. I knew she would be in the best hands for treatment with Lavender and her team. Dr. Lavender is the exception when it comes to veterinarian care. She truly had the best interest of Feather and us throughout the entire journey. It was such a sweet gift to receive a card of condolences from the staff, when we went one final time to pick up Feather, as we retrieved her remains. We will continue to trust Lavender and her staff with the care of our other fur babies. Thank you Metro Paws Oak Cliff for taking such good care of Feather and of us ❣️
I’ve been taking my dog here for a couple of years. Overall, they have been pretty good and staff has been nice. However, there always seems to be confusion for what routine testing/meds are needed- I‘ve caught things that would’ve otherwise would’ve been missed when getting meds up at the front desk. It gets very confusing and the med reminders they send out are not always correct. In the future, I’ll likely manage myself and go through a third party pharmacy. I would recommend better training for front desk staff and better documentation of routine meds, testing, and reminders needed. I have to agree that I have seen some upselling during appointment and have ended up buying things that were not always necessary. Prices are also on the higher side, but it’s conveniently located so it’s been worth it to me. Overall, they’ve always been patient and kind with my dog and I, but feel they could improve on some things.
The treatment my animals got there is decent and there are a few good vets that work out of here. Two stars if for the constant price gouging that goes on here. I have stopped bringing my dogs here because they charge me absurd prices for things my dogs don’t even need. They will make things inconvenient just so they can charge you a waking in fee, even though you are they for your appointment. 900$ quote for spaying of my dog. I got both of my dogs spayed at a clinic for 65$ and was able to donate 20$. When my dogs were sick they prescribed dog food that you can buy for 1$ a can…12$ a can. They won’t bother to tell you that you can buy this for a dollar, nope they will send you home with 3 cans of it. This is just a small example of the typical price gouging that goes on here. The staff is ok… none of them seem happy to be there. Go somewhere else, the extra money doesn’t buy you anything.
Don't even waste your time here if you have a big dog. Vets are easily spooked and do not know how to approach a dog. Was turned away because my dog (Great Pyrenees) was barking. Just a bit of research on the breed and you know this is normal. After barking for a bit, my dog stopped while the vet was turning us away and my dog calmly approached the vet. The vet told me to back my dog away. Vet never once tried to introduce herself to my dog or me. As soon as she came in the room she was talking about coming back another day. I left after waiting 20 minutes in a small room. I finding unbelievable that someone who went to school for this did not know how to approach a dog and was sacred of a bark. My dog has been to this location multiple times and never once turned away. Either they were being lazy or just did not know what they were doing. Either way Metro Paws lost my business.
I cannot share enough how grateful I am for this vet! i have been to several different clinics since i got my dog as a puppy 7 years ago, and no one has ever cared as much for animals and humanity than this group. They understand emergencies are stressful to the animal, and the parent, and the parent’s bank account. They find every way to make sure all parties involved are comfortable and well informed of their choices. Which I’m thankful! Many times have I been pressured into a costly and unnecessary decision from vets to get their money. I trust this vet to board my dog a week at a time while i’m out of town, and my dog is EXCITED to go…. and so tired and happy when he’s picked up. Can’t thank them enough! If you’re a person who loves your dog but can’t always splurge hundreds and thousands of dollars for basic care…. This is the place. Affordable, comforting, and the best!
I would like to thank all the staff at Metro Paw for always being so helpful and loving to my fur babies needs! They have always been good at explaining everything that is going to happen and what really needs to be done. I want to thank you for listening to my concerns and addressing them. I have never walked in and felt doubt. Animal care is expensive like human care, however they do offer insurance which really can help if your in and out of the Dr's much. My young baby was neutered; very simple sugary, but they took good care of him and the incision was very clean and no irritation and even though he didn't need the pain medication it was still provided. Which was very much appreciated! I would definitely work with mend Metro call Oak Cliff for all the Care because of the heart and passion that they have. So I thank you for taking care of my fur babies and me!❤
Plain and simple, this place is incredible! Metro Paws OC saved my dog’s life and I am so grateful we were sent there for my sweet pup Georgia’s emergency surgery. Dr. Lavender, Dr. Donaldson, and the entire Metro Paws team went above and way beyond to save my pup and provide her with the best possible care. After surgery, my pup was surrounded by love and attention from so many wonderful people that clearly love what they do and the animals they treat. Every single person in that clinic, from the doctors to the wonderful volunteers, were invested in her successful recovery. I received constant updates on her condition day and night, during clinic hours and well beyond. From the time we arrived I was always confident that we were in the best possible place for the best possible outcome. I cannot thank the crew at MPOC enough for everything they did for us!
Metro Paws has been hands-down the best vet experience I have ever had. My eight week old puppy broke her entire leg and I didn’t think she was going to be able to recover and live a normal dog life. Metro Paws had the innovative technology and experience to nurse my dog back to fully healed within just a month. Every staff member treated my puppy like their own and worked with me through this tough time. I especially had such a great experience with Dr. Lavender. She was so attentive and caring. She was with us through every step of the way of my dogs recovery and we couldn’t have done it without her. I was able to put all my trust in her and with that the recovery process was even quicker than we expected. I wouldn’t recommend any other vet within the Dallas area and I would happily make that 20 minute drive to know that my dog is in the best care.
We love metropaws oak cliff. I took my cat there several times before he passed. They were amazing with him and went above and beyond when he got sick. They sent a condolence card after he passed even though he passed at the emergency vet, not in their care. Now I take both of my dogs there. They’ve given great advice when I call. They can usually get me in the same day if it’s something concerning. The techs are very sweet and caring and always seem excited to see the boys. When my dogs have been sick (parvo, needing stitches, GI issues, and most recently my older one chewed up a battery) the vet and techs spend a long time answering all of my questions and explaining all of our options. They call and follow up to see how they’re feeling. I will say that it’s a little pricey compared to some other vets but it’s worth it for the good experience.
Disorganized. Wait times are bad - just waited 50 minutes for a urine pull on my incontinent dog. Because I couldn’t let her pee before the visit that meant she had a full bladder and leaked all over the floor and had to sit in her own pee for an hour in front of other dogs and people. On past visits I have to call several times to remind them I need prescription refills and/or test results. My emails with lab work ordered from a surgeon went unanswered. I had to remind them multiple times that bloodwork was also needed during an appointment and they almost missed it anyway. I can sympathize with being short staffed but don’t over-book appointments if you don’t have the capacity to handle it. We already switched our cat to a new vet and will be switching our dog as well.
If I could give Zero stars I would. Bottom line if you love your pets DO NOT bring them to Metro Paws. They are sloppy with the documentation and keeping up with pet vaccinations and medication. They’re careless approach to documentation caused my dog to not be tested for Heartworms and he got the infection. Since I was careful enough to ask for all his medical records and noticed they did not do a test that they recorded as performed, they provided the almost $2,000 treatment at no cost to me. I am guessing this was less expensive than a lawsuit for careless medical record keeping. The comments here are right about the attitude of the front desk staff. They are not thorough and you have to guide them to get the information you should be getting from them.
The front staff is always welcoming. During our last visit the vet was scared of my dog. My pup is not aggressive, she’s anxious and scared. The vet never introduced herself to my dog before grabbing for her hurt leg. My dog got defensive and growled (of course) The remainder of the visit, the vet was standing against the wall as of my dog was going to attack her. When it was time to check out, they made us wait in the room because the vet said “she didn’t want anyone to get hurt” I didn’t appreciate how that vet treated my dog. My dog can be reactive but she is very loving and sweet once she knows you’re not a threat! I have never been treated like this before this appointment. I will be specifically requesting the vets that we’ve dealt with before!
I was very pleased with the treatment of my sweet German Shepherd Zeus from the Metro Paws- Oak Cliff team. I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday ( which is RARE to find a place even open & have availability last minute) He was seen for his initial check up with Dr. Alvarez & he was excellent and answered all of our questions. The procedure had to be done under anesthesia, and we were able to take him in that next Monday morning. I was very pleased with his treatment they even called to check up on him a few days later. I also must add that they are very reasonably priced and the facility is very well kept and clean. I feel confident to return to this location if ever needed for my pups. Thank you Metro Paws :)
This place treats Julio like if he were their own. Dr. Lavender, the techs, and the receptionist’s that we’ve encountered have ALL been wonderful. They take the time to hear my wife and I out. They take into consideration of Julio’s needs, and they’re always accommodating. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough to our friends, family, and coworkers! Everyone treats us as family and I’m so happy that we chose this place. Dr. Lavenders been available throughout all hours and always answers our questions no matter how small they may seem. Julio loves everyone and is also thankful for everything everyone has done. Thank you all for the part you have played in Julio’s recovery!
I brought my cookie for an emergency visit. After being turned away from other 3 vets. I was literally in tears after the 3rd vet. turned me away. He hurt his neck jumping off the couch one morning and I was desperate to get him to the vet that morning he cried the entire morning in pain. They made space for my cookie that morning Gabriela Castillo is amazing knowledgeable and compassionate she answered all of my questions and they treated my cookie so well. He is all better now thanks to the time and attention given to him by Gabriela and all the great staff at Metro Paws Animal Hospital. I would recommend them to everyone. I have found my new Veterinarian
This was the first vet that didn't want a muzzle on our 4 year old Belgian Malinois. He is not aggresive at all, but he is a bit vocal and usually gives 2 or 3 quick barks when someone new enters a room. Past vets would always require a muzzle if he barked. MetroPaws staff listened to me when I informed them he's just saying HI, and to pet him on top of his head and he'll be your best buddy. I have no problem with muzzles IF they are needed, but just to put a muzzle on a dog because he "looks" intimidating only creates more anxiety for a dog, so I appreciated the opportunity that my Mal was finally give a very positive experience for a vet visit!
Metro Paws took good care of my two cats for a few yearly checkups and sets of vaccinations (and a very scary cancer test for one of them), as well as boarding over a holiday at one point when I could not find a sitter. The techs and vets are always really sweet with them-- my cats are well-behaved, but some places really act like they hate seeing feline patients, and I never got that here. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment at a convenient time since they are open on weekends. I would definitely recommend Metro Paws for veterinary services, especially now that owners are allowed to accompany their pets into the clinic (post-COVID).
I have a little Chihuahua, who recently became pregnant and it was a surprise. So I called into the office to check on exam and x-ray cost so that I could take my little baby in. JoJo answered the phone and was very vague about pricing.. When I explain to her that I just wanted to be prepared for the cost because I know that I wanted to get her exam and sonogram or x-rays. She continued to be rude with me and tell me that she couldn’t give me a price for the sonogram or x-rays.. Then she got an attitude with me. I won’t be taking my little baby here because if they rude on the phone, I can only imagine how they are in person.
Metro Paws was clean, friendly, and well-run. We took our kitty, Bo, in when he couldn't stop vomiting and our usual vet was closed. I definitely prefer this place to the usual vet now. To give you an idea of what to expect, grand total was about $350 and included blood work, rehydration fluid injection, anti-nausea injection, and medication. They were able to work us on same day which was fantastic since we were coming up against a weekend and would have ended up at emergency care. Kitty recovered well and was back to his usual acts of piracy within 24 hours.
Metro Paws is a great place to bring your dogs (or cats) for any health issues. Dr. Lavender is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She helped us with our senior dog Frank, now 13,. After some x rays and or mri's, she found a tumor in his bladder. We still take him for daily walks in the park which he loves. Dr. Castillo was very helpful with all the follow up information. My only recommendation would be to increase front staff as they are all as busy as they could possibly be and still managing to stay focused, professional and friendly.
I took in a stray cat because he was missing an eye ( but his left eye was still functional and treatable) I was under the assumption that the vet and I were in agreement that his left eye worked and they would leave it be but instead they took out his eye without letting me know. I didn't know they would be so eager to gouge out his last good eye without an explanation or apology. I thought I was helping this poor cat but now I regret taking him to this vet since they will lop off an eye or limb as they wish when it could be treated
Very sweet and kind people . I honestly tried go to two different clinics before I ended up here but I’m glad it worked out that way. I brought in a stray who’s odds weren’t looking so great no more than 24 hours to be exact , but I was determined on giving this little kitten a real chance and given a crash course on how to take care of her and let me tell you 72 hours later she’s doing great . Her name is no longer kitten it’s Stormy and she’s her to stay. Thank you guys so much! Here’s even a before after picture :)
Our dog baby had to have three kidney stones removed. Everyone we encountered was AMAZING!! We were all tired and a mess after having to pick him up from his overnight stay at the emergency vet and bringing to be taken care of by this awesome team. They explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with all of the decisions concerning his care. The follow-up calls and the details of his aftercare were very much appreciated. We could not have asked for a better experience during this stressful time.
I have had to put down two of my dogs here. This is not a bad review. This is a good review. Every person on this planet that has had to go through the experience of putting down a best friend, a companion knows that it is one of the hardest things to do in life. When I had to put down my second dog one year almost to the date of putting down my other fur baby. I chose Metro Paws Animal Hospital. Twice during the pandemic, I lost so much. But this animal Hospital gained my business and my trust.
Traveling with family and dog when my Gia started breathing fast and shallow. She started to not act likes herself so we took her in. The staff was wonderful in explaining what was going on with her and the test/treatments she needed. Sadly, we had to make the decision to not prolong her suffering. EVERYONE was exceptional! We were treated with compassion, her care was affordable. Although we didn't have the ideal ending, we are extremely satisfied and can only give praise to this clinic.
I recommend this location to anyone looking for a life time vet! Dr. Lavender is outstanding, she really took the time to care for my pet like no other, any questions or concerns were all taken care of as well with ease! This facility has been nothing but helpful to not only me but my pet. This staff pays close attention to you and any needs your pet may have. Customer service is excellent and they update you on your pet very frequently. Thank you so much Metro Paws Family of Oak Cliff!!
We had to put down our 17yr old chihuahua and it was an extremely hard time for my family and I. The vets and staff were extremely empathetic, kind and made us feel as comfortable as possible. We just got our little lady's ashes today, which were put in a beautiful box with her name on it, along with a mold of her paw print and a card from the staff with their condolences. Thank you so so much to all the wonderful staff. You made this family extremely happy during this difficult time.
my puppy has had his 2 puppy appts and vaccines here so far. Prices seem fair, but this is my first puppy so I don’t have anything to compare to. We saw two different vets and technicians and all were great! The facility is clean, our appts were mostly timely. The first appt felt a little delayed but it was the afternoon, so I wasn’t too surprised. Getting in first thing in the morning went a bit smoother. All of the staff are friendly and very informative!
I took my own dogs in for vaccine update, they gave my dogs the wrong vaccine. One dog got rabies that didn't need it and the one dog that needed it I had to bring in the next day to get but I have no certification bc they didn't record the lot number. Management staff is a disappointment, they don't care about their staff they have. New people coming in and they the ones that been there treat them like they know nothing, also traing someone new is a joke
I been here 4 times and every time I go I feel happy my puppy is in good hands. They genuinely care and love dogs. I don’t have a designated vet to see which is my favorite so I get a new each time and it doesn’t matter who you get they are all well versed and so kind. I took a picture of my puppy to show how calm he is. They also take dogs on puppy tours so they don’t correlate “shots” and the Vet as a bad place. Highly recommend this vet.
OMG how can I say this without being so dramatic. These people are heaven sent for animals period. My dog is a handful and the last time it was such a smooth appointment nothing crazy... well this time around was a whole different story. Moral of the story if you're looking for patient and understanding vets this is the place to be hands. I hope Misty and I can return after she acted a complete fool LOL. Thank you for all you guys do.
My husky girl left this earth this past week. Metro Paws has been our go to vet hospital for 13 years and will continue to be. She came here for all her sick check ups and surgeries. The service is always professional from beginning to end and the facility is well maintained. We originally began receiving care at their Skillman location and were super grateful when they moved to Oak Cliff. I strongly recommend them to any pet owner.
The team at Metro Paws was very thorough and considerate when handling my cat. I forgot her name but the doctor did an excellent job quickly identifying what could possibly be wrong with peanut and helping to get the right treatment. This will be out last time at Metro Paws because we're moving out of state but we've never had a bad experience and hope we can get the same quality of care in our new city. Thanks for all your help!
My dog's got into a fight a couple years ago and one of their ears was badly damaged. This place helped us out beyond belief. They were really nice to us especially during the pandemic when it was hard to get an appointment. They gave my dog some stitches and told us exactly what to do to take care of her! I highly recommend coming here, they care. We have been to other places that don't so this was amazing experience
Our dog developed severe vomiting and dehydration, so we called for an urgent visit and were able to be seen the same day. We really appreciated Dr. Spillers and the entire medical team taking lots of time to explain medical workup and plans in detail — they were honest about treatment options, transparent about pricing, and gave us frequent updates after admitting our pup for overnight monitoring. Highly recommended!
Our little feral kitty "Cordell Walker" who adopted us two weeks ago became ill .Staff and Dr's were wonderful .He spent several overnights with lots of care .He is home , active, loving , like nothing happened .They kept us updated at all times. Also its very close to our house and that is a big plus! Can't say enough good things. Our other cats have been patients there too .They also spay/ neuter for our TNR colony
I would NEVER recommend this place, my 90 year mother took her dieing dog there. She asked in advance if she could pay the bill in payments and they said it was fine. Then she gets a invoice in the mail which was fine but someone I'm thanking the vet took the time out to write on the bottom with a pen that if she didn't pay up then she would be reported to the Dallas police and she would get LOCKED UP!!
My partner and I are long term clients at Oak Cliff and I have never seen a Manger as involved as Amanda. She takes time to introduce herself to us as the new Practice Manager and is always willing to answer the phone or even perform services on the patients. You can tell she goes above and beyond, I really hope to see some changes here at Oak Cliff with a manager who really cares about her clients and patients.
I don't usually make these posts but I have to for this one. This entire staff from the moment I was on the phone with them to the actual visit was nothing but kind and courteous for my baby who was sick. They helped us with everything we needed and most of it was right on our budget plan for an emergency like today. They will definitely be having my business for my fur babies ❤️
The lady who I spoke with on the phone was rude. I was trying to schedule a new patient exam so that the vet can meet my dog and review his history before I bring him in for a dental cleaning but the lady seemed to be very confused, condescending and have an attitude. Decided not to bring my dog here based on this first encounter which is a shame because this place has good reviews.
I was helping a client with her dog. I had a great first impression of the place when I walked in, I didn’t really speak with anybody but it seemed like it was running efficiently and clean. I also like the abstract dog and cat sculptures in the front lobby. For a second I thought, “ this place is closer to my house than the usual vet that I go to, maybe I should change vets?”
Dr. Adamson is the best vet I have ever had (from a lifelong dog owner). She takes the time to research, review case history, makes you feel comforted and validated in your concerns and always provides thoughtful recommendations. She is the only person who was able to identify what was wrong with my dogs back and has helped us navigate multiple other health issues. Thank you!!
Unprofessional staff when it comes to getting back to you when you need paperwork. It has been 2 days of calling for signed copies from the doctor, they say they will call back and don’t you have to keep up with them or they won’t get back to you at all. Previously have not had bad experiences but there is zero accountability when it comes to talking to someone on the phone.
My cat wasn't feeling well last week and I called all around Dallas for a vet. Metro Paws was the only place that answered and was able to see me that day. We saw Dr. Maria Badamo. She was very nice. The rooms were very clean and looks like they are cleaned after each visit. The cost of the exam was $71. To run a urine lab was $81. Antibiotics were $36. Pain meds were $34.
The entire staff at the Oak Cliff office is amazing. They are always so gentle and kind. Chewy actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot for our appointments. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Lavender for saving me sweet angels life. It's not everyday a complicated case comes in like his and this team stepped up to the plate and has everyday since.
We love Metro Paws! Their staff is absolutely phenomenal and their vets have always spent plenty of time with us answering any questions we have. They are always so up front about pricing/don’t push anything on you that you aren’t in need of, and make sure you see an invoice before any services actually start. We would recommend Metro Paws to any pet owner
We had a surgery done here that we were told upfront would not be an easy recovery. They were correct. We had several follow ups and Dr. Lavender truly stepped up and turned what could have been a bad experience into an amazing one with a very happy pet. Trust Dr Lavender, they will do a great job and do whatever it takes to make you and your pet happy.
I was delighted with the service I received very thoroughly, and the staff and the veterinarian listened to and addressed all my concerns. I changed from my previous veterinarian because of the deteriorated service I was receiving. I was at that veterinarian for 13 years. I am glad I decided to try out Metro Paws Animal Hospital. It was a good decision.
Metro Paws Animal Hospital is a wonderful hospital with wonderful staff. The doctors work with your budget and provide the best care as they see fit. A couple days after your visit, they text and ask how your pet is doing which further proves just how much they care. Overall, I would recommend this veterinary clinic to all of my friends and family.
Drs. Adamson, Alvarez, and Spillers, as well as the entire Metro Paws staff, are knowledgeable and compassionate. They helped us diagnose and treat our two FeLV+ kittens. Their support through such a difficult time is everything. They take time to listen and share their own experiences in the most helpful way. I can’t endorse them highly enough.
My only complaint is I’ve taking my pup there at least 4 times and not once did the veterinarian come speak with me about my dog. I appreciate the techs, but would have like to have seen the doc especially after he had been neutered. I’ve been to other vets and I have never experienced a lack of interaction between pet owner and veterinarian.
My family took our pup Tex here today and it was a fabulous experience. The way Dr. Badamo explained how she came to her conclusions and decisions on treatment made it such a great visit despite this dog-momma being scared going in. He goes back next week to check on his recovery and I’m so relieved to have a plan for my pup’s treatment!
We needed to find a new vet after moving to Dallas. Metro Paws was referred to us by a doggy daycare and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They were sympathetic to his past traumatic issues and made him feel safe. Curtis would uncontrollably shake during his vet visits until now, truly amazing. We love everyone there.
Took my pups in to set them up with a new vet since we moved down to Dallas. EVERYONE was kind and super excited to welcome my babies to their fur family!! My big baby had to stick around for a same day procedure and they we so transparent! From pricing to updates on my baby, they OVER communicated and I truly appreciate it!
I took my furr baby here yesterday (8-12-2023) due to her being sick. Sadly she didn't make it. All the staff members are super sweet, caring and loving. I'm glad I took my furr baby here. Best most kind people I ever meet. Thank y'all for helping me and my furr baby jenny. May God bless each and everyone of y'all.
Metro Paws has never been my favorite place to take my baby boy. However, it was the closest place to home that was open on the weekends. After years of him going there, after I notified them of his passing, they were the only ones from his other vets that did not reach out or send their condolensces.
The doctor's here are amazing. They take the time at the facility, or over the phone to go over details with you in depth. My Shih Tzu is in Stage C left congestive heart failure. They have been so responsive through this process. Amazing facility and people to truly look out for your pets!
Every time I come with my Guinea pigs, it gets better and better. From the front to the techs, and dr. Spillers is amazing. I live about twenty minutes away when traffic is light, and the drive is worth it every time. Thanks Metro Paws for loving and taking care of my fur babies …
Every single time that I call, they put me on hold and never come back. They also don't answer the texting option until 2 days later or not at all. On top of all that, they are extremely expensive compared to the other places that I've checked. I will no longer bring my pets here.
Took my grand puppy because he had ear infection. Bless his heart he is not a people pup. So I had to leave him for a couple of hours. Doctor and technicians involved were Great with getting what needed to be done accomplished in a timely manner. Very Satisfied customer.
From the moment I walked in, everyone has been super helpful, caring, informative and knowledgeable. My dog was recently put to sleep here and it was a sad day, but MetroPaws staff were the best people to help us say goodbye. I would recommend this vet to anyone!
First time visit. The staff was very nice and the place was clean. I saw a very happy dog wagging its tail from the minute I walked in/out. It is a good sign that the owner and dog are well taken care of at the Oakcliff location.
So glad you all are here! Took our new pup to get her first checkup. Docs and staff were wonderful and so kind. Made our puppy feel calm and happy. Have another appt for next week. Appreciate all you all do for our babies!
Great Animal hospital Dr. Rebecca and her team are very nice. They really care about all the fur-babies. And they were nice enough to allow my niece to shadow them to understand the daily operations of the hospital.
Amazing vet clinic. I have taken my dog here for emergencies (2x) and they did an amazing job! The staff is very helpful and understanding. We had Dr. Lavander and she is the best! Thank you so much for everything.
It was nice in there and the service was good but after that it suck cause they said my dog had porvo and he dont but they took my money and didnt do anything for him they didnt give him hes shots or nothing
We love the team at MPOC. They treat our fur babies with the best care and always send us helpful health and appointment scheduling reminders. The office is always clean and open during non business hours.
Jo was a big help. I called and she walked me through everything I needed to do before coming in. Ultimately she was extremely helpful and her follow up displayed her passion for pets and their owners.
The customer service always gets an A+. Even through the Covid period, the smiles could not be turned upside down. The employees may not like the job some days, but the customers will never know.
Close to where I live and efficient which is what I’m looking for but they aggressively upsell with every interaction so be ready for high pressure fast talking selling of non value add-ons…
Dr.Lavendar and her team are amazing! She helped us through understanding the recovery process of 2 surgeries my dog had to go through. She is very knowledgable and compassionate - Michelle
