I received my valentines flowers 3 days late, after numerous of phone calls. The order was a flower basket with teddy bear but I received a simple bouquet with a vase, no teddy bear, no basket. First phone call to see when the flowers would be delivered, on valentines day, they informed me that the driver was on their way. 2 hours later, no delivery. I called again and spoke to the gentleman from flower shop, why the delivery could not be delivered, he got defensive and started arguing with me, telling me all kind of excuses regarding the 20 min drive for delivery, then he said he had no delivery guy. He suggested I could pick them up myself, after paying $15 in delivery charge. What a joke!!! I will never order flowers from them again, do your self a favor and pick another place!

Good service the staff communicated with me during my first delivery. I came across This shop through 1-800 flowers their arrangement was so beautiful I called the next time I needed flowers for same day service and it was fulfilled. The staff carefully listened to my suggestions and they tried to accommodate me as much as they could the price was reasonable. I’m glad I saved their number and address. Thank you Brianna !

I ordered a large standing arrangement and medium bouquet from here the night before I needed it delivered. Brianna and the gentlemen that helped me the night of were so patient, sweet and efficient. They also made sure to get my flowers delivered on time during rush hour and they were beautiful. This will definitely be my go-to store for arrangements!

Absolute legends. The loveliest most helpful staff. Called them from Ireland to request a plant to be delivered to a friend in need of a pick me up, and they were right on it and just so helpful. Couldn't recommend enough. Straight to the point, no frills, no messing. How local business should be. Support them. Big love

Orders placed and paid but they are always forgetting one of the products that you paid for. Online companies such as Teleflora or 1800-FLOWERS, should NOT use this Florist. In addition, to forgetting your items they are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL when you call.

I used Merry Flowers for my wedding and they were gracious, professional and prompt. Reasonable prices and fabulous bouquet arrangements with a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend for all your floral needs.

The price varies depending on language spoken, ethnicity, length of eyelashes or whatever. I really don't know what to expect each visit. Merry, not.
