Reason for 1 star.. I bought 2 saucepans a few days back, I took them back with cardboard still wrapped around each of them, they would not accept them, policy changed this week (5.9.20) that says if no longer required was not a good enough reason, I did not even have them a week. Last time I shop at Woolworths Mernda. They say shop local, yeah right. They do not deserve custom..

The staff is getting more rude and unaccomodating. Woolys have taken the covid to their advantage to stop returns and exchanges to Thier own benefit. The manager lady here is very adament on showing you the black and white rules and showing no customer service values. Same is cascading with counter staff. I choose to shop at Coles now.

My local shoppong centre. Woolworths used to be open until mignight. Closing hours are now reduced to 10pm. Chemist Warehouse is popular , though we now have a 2nd one elsewhere in Mernda. I don't like the shopping trolleys littered around the shopping centre perimeter. Woolworths should go back to using the trolley tokens.

MERNDA village the most horrible place I've ever lived !! People nasty viscous!! Don't ever move here if you want peace and quiet !! This place is one big crime spree !! Police have no control and don't care about your safety!! My advice stay away !!

Its a nice place but i wish it was bigger, the reject shop is pretty empty and the places there are not what i was expecting after all this hype but it is a nice place to visit for a little shopping and snacking

Not only is there a Woolworths, there is also a Bakers Delight, a Ferguson Plarre, a Chemist Warehouse, a pizza shop and a few other small businesses. Toilets are also provided.

It's getting grotty, now it's been here a few years. Note to the council - if there's a clear and obvious pathway that people have worn by walking it, put a proper path there!

Good range of shops for the location. Great to walk to for lunch or some small shopping. For a more diverse shopping experience, a larger shopping centre is a while away.

place well below the average standard surrounding is filthy needs a face lift truly disgusting not a good management ... all it needs is a gurney bleach and bit of paints

Not a bad little local shopping centre but it is starting to look neglected. Woolies, Chemist Warehouse, Bakers Delight and Ferguson Plarre are the main tenants.

Great customer service from chemist wharehouse and woolworths ,found everything except i needed wrapping for gift items which were llimited stock

Easy to get into despite the roadworks along Plenty Road. Plenty of shops and the butcher shop outside Coles has awesome quality products.

A great new shopping centre in Mernda. Parking is readily available, a good variety of businesses open, with more to come.

Always busy, parking is super tight and complicated by pedestrians crossing and weaving through parking and moving cars.
