Employees are not experienced and they are always speaks each other and not at all working. Worst part is no one is there to manage those people. Even night time is worst part customer has to wait for billing even though employees are there they are not ready to take the ownership. Second part is keeping our bag with out side the market, the security guy who works on morning shift while entering in the market he asks the bag in such a way that we are going to steal something. And he never stands in the door, he roams every where every time. I feel there is no proper management has been taken.

Mercados has delivery option also. So I ordered via WhatsApp in morning at 9 a.m. and none of them told that it get delivered after 12 only. Staff lied for about 4 hours and delivered the same at 1 p.m. Really disappointed they lied every time I called stating the order will get delivered in 15 mins. I asked staff name but she denied telling her name and after several attempts she told her name is Kiran.

Store visit is completely fine but it has a zero reliability for water delivery Last time for 2 days they couldn't deliver water despite just 5 mins distance, this time despite of telling in the early morning they didn't deliver water even by afternoon. Om top of it they will stop answering phone. You can't trust them with basic necessity deliverables. For other things it is a good store.

Ordered water can. Took 10 phone calls, 3-4 text messages explaining the address, and quite a lot of time after those attempts to get delivered at a place just a minute away from the mart. Absolutely the slowest and annoying delivery service.

They are charging for small paper bags too. Even if we buy veggies. All supermarkets in the city gives paper bags to carry. Employees are not friendly. They look at you as if are stealing something from the store.

Water delivery is not at all good service. They don't lift the call at all. They do not even inform when water is unavailable also.

Pathetic water delivery service. No one is picking up the call despite having placed the order in person. No delivery yet.

Always wrong billing. Guys check the bill before you leave the counter especially with the vegetables and fruits.

Relatively costly in comparison to Reliance and Star bazaar nearby. Mint Bazaar is also nearby.

Neighborhood super market. All items can be found, located within springdale layout.

They sell everything at MRP. Not a single rupee less in any product.

Pricing is somewhat on a higher side when compared to other outlets.
