The Public Ministry memorial is located in a historic building on Rua General Vasco Alves, 432 in the Historic Center of Porto Alegre and houses a huge collection that tells the institutional history of the State, through documents, artifacts, objects, photographs, writings and multimedia files.

The MP Memorial is a historic building, completely preserved and renovated, which houses the museum of the same name. In its rooms, the institutional history of the State is preserved. I suggest the guided tour, which provides very interesting additional details.

Through the Caminhos da Matriz Project, we attended a lecture with the historian guide, where the facts were reported and photos of what Praça da Matriz was like from the beginning to the present, as well as the Memorial building also known as Fort Apache.

Extremely pleasant and well maintained place. At the time of the renovation, they left some original walls and some glass details allowing a glimpse of the past. It's worth the visit.

Beautiful place and open to visitors. It's worth checking out when you're in the center. There are beautiful legends of hauntings in the building, ask the watchmen!
