This has been a terrible visit to the ER. We were transferred from another facility. No one seems to be in charge, and nothing is being done after hours. We were moved from a room in the ER to a holding cell without a nurse or anyone checking. We are "waiting on labs and a scan to be re-read" but have been waiting for hours for tests that have already been done. That was the reason we got transferred. I was told I could start my child on liquids, but there is no one monitoring the area I am in, so who am I supposed to ask? Your guess is as good as mine. At this point, I really just want them to release him since they are clearly not checking him into the hospital or treating him at all. My child has been crying and yelling, and no one seems to care except me.

Omg!! This place is a disaster.. checked in at 5 pm and it’s 345 am and still haven’t been seen.. and I came in from Baytown thinking this hospital would be better.. ‍♀️ it’s like a homeless shelter here.. ppl come in with their luggage.. take their shoes off.. and sleep.. snoring.. ppl that claim they need to be seen are rude to the staff af.. on top of that ppl here laughing and talking out loud then claim to say the nurses don’t talk loud enough.. well if they wouldn’t talk loud they could hear.. smfh! This hospital is awful..!! I hate to come out like this but why make a complaint if it will just keep happening.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE COME HERE until they clean this place up! And I mean clean up..

Let me start by saying the fat rent a cop that sits at the table screening patients is an inconsiderate, disgusting, crude, desensitized individual. People are coming in because they feel ill or are visiting a sick family member, and he lacks COMPLETE COMPASSION. If you hate your job and think it is ok to BELITTLE people, then move around because this is highly unacceptable! Date of visit 1/3/2024 Whoever hires these people needs to reconsider and reorganize because it is not ok to treat human beings like idiots to make yourself feel like a" BIG MAN. " Feel free to contact me for further details. I will gladly comply. It is not by choice that we end up in the ER .

Its been around 18hours since i checked in having post surgery complications in my left eye with severe pain and vision problems. They made me sit in a chair in walk way at medicine room 36 ER for almost 8 hours before someone seen me. And after begging for a bed they had allotted me one by the walk way. And i had to wait 9 more hours till i get to an MRI scan. And been waiting for my nurse from the past 1nd half hour to infuse me an IV. Staff around you pretend that you wont exist. At one point i felt like an “Hallow man 2.0”. Jokes apart, better go die somewhere else in a peaceful place than in here.

We were advised after sitting for 8 hrs, there would be a 11-15 hr minimum wait. I, personally can not say that it was average or absurd. I simply have had no need for an ER for a many yrs. We should have been told as soon as that bracelet was put on the patient at our arrival, it was a 24-hr ER wait. Writhing in pain, We could have prepared for the wait, the person I accompanied surely needed immediate care. High point: Reasonably clean and orderly, they do offer pillows/blankets, coffee for those that dare drink anything public, multiple outlets to charge devices. Bless all who enter.

DO NOT GO THERE! I can’t believe how long this emergency room had us waiting. Over ten hours, they did bloodwork, an ultrasound, and took my vital twice and still would not tell me what was going on. I’m a couple weeks pregnant and bleeding and even when we asked for answers no one came with them. They wanted to admit me but didn’t tell me why and didn’t have a bed for me so why have me wait that long without telling me what’s going on! How am I suppose to even know if my baby has survived or if I’m going to be okay. I’m in pain and nauseous. I’d give zero stars if I could

This is the worst ER ever I've been here 8 hrs and have not yet be called to the back the triage staff is MIA and the folks I could find were rude. My doctor sent me her to have a blood transfusion for low iron and 8 hrs later in all vomiting and dizzy and NO ONE IS HELPING. THE BATHROOMS ARE disgusting there are no clean blankets , no coffee and no staff. There was bags of urine kissing sitting on a cart for hrs. I watched multiple people just get up and leave. I'm so disappointed and o can't leave from fear that I'll actually die in bed and my children will find me.

There were a lot of people here and they are a trauma hospital so they see worse patients first. I didn't wait too long, not much more than any ER would be. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. There's free coffee, warm blankets, and they will give you water if you ask. Great people here. I was well taken care of and I appreciate all they did for me. I wouldnt say I'd recommend going here because that would mean you'd have to be sick or injured lol but if you are.. this is a great place to help you.

not sure why so many bad reviews because this is by far the best memorial Herman compared to other emergency rooms. I went in today and I was in an out within a hour and the doctors and nurses treated me so good . They always make me fee important.

Wish I just brought my son the next day..been waiting since 3pm n now it’s 3:30am. Had to come cause he has enflamed gallbladder. Once the specialty surgery knows how long his patient, waiting without even I.V. They say there’s no beds or Dr’s.
