My experience was really bad. The staff were unfriendly and very unprofessional. Fellow colleagues were initiating personal conversations with my stylist while she was busy with me. Products that are generally used on my hair were missed out this time and not used, yet the full price was charged. I felt a bit 'bombarded' at a specific time when 2 stylists were working on my hair, pulling me in different directions. My cut was not done properly and rushed through due to the scheduled upcoming loashedding. A bit over priced as well and definitely not worth it.

Firstly, they accommodated me at short notice on a Sunday morning, thanks for working on a Sunday :) , second, wanted a French Bob and the hairstylists cut technique was on point. Very pleased with the professionalism. Especially with the owner and stuff who go the extra mile to ensure my hair color remains lustrous silky soft. The atmosphere very jovial have to mention very well stocked with the most high quality hair care products. My favorite milkshake icy blond...definitely a 5 star from me excellent service

My sister and I had the pleasure of having our hair cut personally by Mel. I have very straight hair and have found Mel to be the only hairstylist that is able to cut and style my hair perfectly. My sisters trendy haircut turned out better than she had expected and has received numerous compliments. Highly recommend M
