Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff however when I visited to have the rim tape replaced on one of my wheels the bike was returned to me with two scratches. I spoke to the staff about it and they did what they could with the materials they had to try to lift the scratches however it was to no avail so I now need to have the bike repaired by an external source. My bike is quite expensive and that is obvious when looking at it. The staff should have taken better care of the bike when completing the repairs. I recommend avoiding this shop if your bike is your pride and joy, like mine is.

Great attentive and informative customer service and great prices. Unfortunately the two don’t generally come hand in hand anymore but here they do! Big shout out to Simon and the team who were so helpful and accomodating. Good to see a business that values its customers and treats them all equally. Should be more businesses like this one! All staff had good product knowledge.

Amazing online experience with these guys! Bought a few items from them online and unfortunately one item ended up being out of stock. Instead of just waiting for their next shipment to come in the following week they called and let me know exactly what had happened, apologised and gave me multiple options on what to do next. Items arrived in their advised timeframe. Issues happen, but the way these guys dealt with it was great customer service.

Broke a chain on the way to work today at 8.45am. Called in shortly after 9am, hoping they could help me out. Workshop kindly paused what they were doing to quickly fit a replacement link and I was on my way again by 9.20am! Will be back there for a well overdue service on Friday. Simon and team are the best. Highly recommended.

I've had Melbourne Bicycles repair and service my bike several times over the years with no issues. They always have highly competent and experienced bike mechanics. Today they went above and beyond reopening the store after closing so I could collect my bike.

Took my sons Mountain Bike in for repairs and it was fixed and cleaned and ready for pick up the very next day and for a reasonable price. Dean was wonderful and gave us great tips and advice on the bike. Will be back for any future biking needs.
