This review is solely for the Meghavi branch at Woodrose, JP Nagar Bengaluru. I had taken a high amount (INR70k) membership from Meghavi in January this year. Over the past few months, I have been visiting their JP Nagar branch and below are the key conclusions. I took the membership relying on their high profile brochures, wherein signature massages like Herbal Potli, Kansa wand etc. were demonstrated. Despite literally asking them multiple times on this, they never have this facility at this branch except the Hot stone massage, which is also not up to the mark. Their therapists in this branch are very less experienced and do not in any way justify the brand. Most of them do not know, what a real Deep tissue therapy is and their pressure techniques are just horrible. You might find one or two therapists which are ok in terms of pressure etc. but they are also not consistent. Thirdly, you will find new therapists after every two months. While no problems with that, the quality and experience levels of the therapists are way beyond levels of a good spa. Fourthly, their reception is very poorly managed. I have seen multiple changes in the Reception control and it is very difficult to explain your preferences to a new Manager. Finally, when you are taking the sessions, you would hear gossips and shouts etc between Managers, idle therapists and the likes. Instead of feeling relaxed, you would feel as if you are in a Railway station. And despite being a long term member, no one bothers in asking you if everything is going fine. Honestly, I feel I have been a victim of their business expansion plans in Bangalore, wherein their focus is just on volumes and not on having quality therapists. I would never advise buying a long term membership at least for this branch. The only good thing I like about this branch is their hygiene standards, which are somewhat better than other Spas.

Meghavi Wellness Spa is available at luxurious locations across Bangalore. Presence is such locations showcase their commitment to business and client satisfaction. In case of the Meghavi Wellness Spa located at Woodrose Club, I beg to differ. Our experience (myself and spouse) has been very disastrous and it has taken out the entire essence of therapy. The masseuses handwork was so poor that not even for a moment in the entire 90 min therapy we felt relaxed ! We opted for a Swedish massage with aromatic oils for relaxation and rejuvenation. The massage was done using bare hands with no/minimal oil spread. We had to constantly remind them to smear oil while massaging. The tactical points were left out of massage, the relaxation techniques were not followed, the head and face massage was not included despite pre-booking and placing pre-requisites. We have been to various spas and ayurvedic centers. While your nape or face or head or an eye is massaged each one of us feel the nerve calm down and you let loose. In Meghavi Wellness Spa at Woodrose Club, we were forced to cut short our therapy duration and head to the shower as it was more of an irritation rather than soothing. The masseuses were not professionals. I assume them to be staffs part of their beauty parlour who were brought in to attend to us. Above all, the loud music at the background added to the agony ! If this is a franchise based model, then I would request the owner to attend to his / her center as this is a sure shot formula for business disaster. If this is owned by Meghavi Wellness Spa, then M/S your are neglecting a place such as this, where you have no idea how pathetic your services and staffs have been ! High time you either improve OR shut down than wasting peoples' money.

I have visited this spa for over 3 times now, and it has been extremely horrible experience every single time. One time, therapist with high fever was allotted to me. After some time, she started coughing badly and another therapist completed the session. Post this session, I was caught up with Viral fever. There is hardly any pressure applied during the massage, and the focus is to complete the session asap. The therapists are always complaining of exorbitant work pressure and poor management. In an another instance, I had gone for a therapy and after a while loud noises of someone fighting started coming over. Later, it was found out that the reception Manager Amer was fighting with another Therapist in extremely loud and filthy language which had ignited the hotel staff to intervene. In another instance, the same Manager has been speaking in loud voices and extremely arrogant attitude with both the therapists and customers. In the third instance, I was asked to wait for over 30 minutes despite an appointment. After waiting, when you give the feedback, the Manager starts talking rudely and saying that I can come some other day, If I have a problem. Seems like, they have hired very unprofessional guys to manage this centre who talks more like debt collection fellows. In another instance, I found cigeratte boxes and used buds lying around in the Spa room. Big fire hazard. Overall, a very unprofessional brand, and not an authentic spa. I have had better experiences at other nearby spas. Will recommend avoiding this place, if getting a relaxing therapy is your ultimate objective.

This review is for the Woodrose branch. Probably the only spa in Bangalore which has 3 people at the reception and somehow all of them collectively manage to provide the worst customer experience. The guy at the reception is always trying to upsell you their membership or is pushing you to take the 90 minute or the other fancy massages with a creepy smile like a snake oil salesman. This is a huge turnoff and not a good way to start your treatment. The therapist are below average, barring one. I'd requested the receptionist allocate that one good therapist, they agreed and I drove to the place - upon visiting the weird upselling receptionist has the audacity to tell me that I need to be a member to have the perk of reserving the therapist – I politely refused and walked out immediately. Coming to the spa itself, they advertise themselves as 5 star, but the rooms are horribly tiny and the shower room is as big as an aeroplane's washroom. Customers aren't provided fresh towels, and are instead given some weird tissue like napkin to wipe them off. All in all, a sub par place made even worse by the 2 clueless dudes at the reception who have no idea how to naviaged customer conversation.

Very good spa with professional therapist, massage was good and I got relief from my back pain. Only reason am giving a 3 star here is due to the commitment made by the receptionist for massage with steam bath, steam bath was not provided yet full payment was taking making sure about the commitment for steam bath also included along with the massage. Extremely dissapointed with the behavior of receptionist while asked about why it was not provided! Please don't make false commitments just for the sake of taking payment from the customer.

I must say the therapist Nitoni is very experienced and very professional. I had back pain and the therapy was very helpful. It was definitely value for money. Also would also like to thank and appreciate front desk team Pravesh and Anthony. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Some recommendations: - Water bottle should be given which is provided in every spa - The bed is not at all comfortable - Steam should be asked or informed to every customers - Ambience should really be worked upon

The staff are extremely dedicated. Thats ymthe only saving grace of this place I went there based on the Company claim that it's a 5 star spa. The ambience and facilities are a far cry from even a decent spa, let alone 5 star. The manager told me all other outlets are 5 star what do I care? This one is outright bad. Shower doesn't work, drain is clogged, the towels don't absorb water.... Not worth even the discounted rates.

Really I loved the way they treat.. therapist was well trained and skilled...pleseant ambiance...always a splendid experience..I have visited the place multiple times and have never felt disappointed..the staff are very professional..I would recommend this place to my friends and relatives for sure...overall a good experience...I just loved it ! Wish you greater success....

On a recent business trip to BLR, decided to unwind before flying out. It's an oddly placed location, looking down on a part plot which could be a pain. However this was easily redeemed by my masseuse, Vipes. She did a thorough job and made sure to accommodate the smallest of requests. Would recommend folks to visit. Keep up the good work team Meghavi!

Overall it was average experience not sure if it is worth it 1. Vitamin C Facial - was nice but the lady did not massage complete face 2.deep tissue massage- I still feel I have bit of back pain after massage Things to improve 1. Shower too small and suffocating 2. Paper towels were provided that were small instead of towels which is bit silly

Got a deep tissue massage and it was worth the price. The therapist was well experienced and ensured that I had a great experience. 4* rating is because of the water clogging in the bathroom. Rest everything was best in class. I would definitely recommend others to try their services. Thank you for giving me a 15 mins free session.

Meghavi Spas are usually premium built but somehow this one is totally aging and needs a makeover in many ways. The rooms are cramped, beds are okayish and the shower is too small. Service wise they are always exceptional as ever but yeah when we pay good amount of money to spas, we do expect good facilities as well.

This is one of amazing spa,very friendly staff they provide best spa service in Bangalore at affordable price,therapist are very professional and well trained,especially poonam,deed deep tissue massage and body scrab,for me was awesome,I got full relaxation ~looking forward for many more visits ~thanks meghavi spa

It was an amazing experience but the only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the AC and steam. They didn’t have AC and eventually it turned to be very hot and uncomfortable. Neither did I get the steam, hopefully they arrange for the same soon. Otherwise massage and bathroom was amazing. Must visit.

Now in a new setting, Meghavi continues to delight ! Superb relaxing massages and lovely ambience. The reception support got a bit shaky since people kept changing and sometimes were not very helpful but now hopefully that situation appears to be improving. Do maintain your high standards, Meghavi !

It was a great experience in itself.. I had tightness around thw shoulder and the arm before getting the spa. I told the massage therapist about it and she worked on it so well. I was literally out of the pain.. I will surely visit this place and get the services done often. 5 stars from my end

Had Full body massage for 60mins. This was my first time there.Very Good Massage by Massagist Jessy. But not happy with the Steam. Separate Steam Room / box is not there. Hence Steam not very effective. Pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to Spas like Four Fountain Spa etc..

The spa services are really good and the staff are very helpful. The masseuse are well trained and professional. My family members tried the foot, head and back massage, Aromatherapy massage and Hot Potli massage and all services were excellent.

I visited the Spa in JP nagar. It was amazing infrastructure and the service was excellent. The quick response from the reception of the spa employees was overwhelming. I would recommend my friend to be here. Best spa in Bangalore.
