had a very bad experience I think I should tell my story again as my review was deleted and was promised to get my case under investigation. I took my kitten coz he was feeling bad and weak the minute I arrived there they took him in and after 5 minute they told me that he is dying and I had 2 options either put him to sleep or pay 1000 pound deposit as in his case it could run to 5000 pound I went home to get my credit card to pay the deposit when I arrived back they said it is waist of money as he is not going to make it and suddenly one of the nurses jumped and said sign this paper and will help him to make it under these tough circumstances I was forced mentally to sign just to save his life. Next day I went to ask the nurse what happen to my beloved kitten she said she took him home put him in a cage and give him some drop to make him feel better and start to tell me he has a severe sickness if he made it he will be on medication for ever and the cost is high for me to afford it.I don’t know who gave her the right to judge my situation and made a decision on behalf of me.I did get a response from the management which promised to investigate the case now it is 10 days and didn’t get an answer I think I am going to proceed with legal action and I hope who read this review to be sure not to do the same mistake avoid this veterinary coz they don’t care about animal the only thing they care about is how to make money regardless of anything else.

Beware. I have been bringing my dog to this vets for years. There has recently been a change in vets and my oh my. How I cannot warn you enough to stay away. Arrogant. Rude. And bullies. My 13 year old dog was given an ultimatum of surgery for GBP2500 or to be put down the same day. With the vet telling us to make a decision quick as he was on his own when there should have been 3 vets! Told me my dog was in extreme pain. Even though eating, content, tail wagging and affectionate. Decided to go for a second opinion where they said they absolutely would NOT recommend surgery. Very unlikely to make it. Also disagree that my dog was in pain at all! I would have put him down if I'd listened to Fulham! When I called again to check on medication I had another vet shouting at me down the line that they'd discharged him to go elsewhere and again shouting YOUR DOG IS IN A LOT OF PAIN. I informed the vet who had never even seen my dog that I had sought a second opinion who completely disagreed with their prognosis. She didn't allow me to speak and again shouted me down. ZERO bedside manner. They do not even appear as if they like animals if I'm honest. No empathy. And a complete and absolute disgrace. If you have any concern for your animal DO NOT VISIT THIS VETS. Such an upsetting experience. And I am so glad to I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere and spoke to a vet who was compassionate and not money orientated.

Took my dog Barnaby in for a cough and was seen by Rebecca for about 3 minutes before her telling me that nothing seemed to be wrong with him. I wrote an email saying how disappointed I was in this answer as he was obviously ill and she called me saying I could come back and have him checked over again. I brought him back as his cough persisted and she said again nothing was wrong but could do further tests to see what was wrong. Then they charged us an additional £50 for this information on top of the £70+ they charged for the shambles of a first visit. They also, after now about 3 months, have not processed any claims to my insurance. As of two days ago, my dog was coughing so badly he was choking. We had to rush him to a different vet further away as we didn’t trust the staff at Fulham to treat him with any care. The lovely vets at Medivet Parsons Green actually seem like they like animals, and immediately got Barnaby on antibiotics and pain killers and now he is finally starting to get better. I can’t believe it got to this point where we thought he was going to die when it could have been prevented if Fulham would have taken the care to check him properly. I’ve never left a review before but don’t want anyone else’s dog to get to the point that mine did. My advice is to go somewhere else (Medivet Parsons Green is fantastic and close by)

Disappointing. I've been with Medivet Fulham for a year, and previously experienced good service with them. This ended today. The current vet (different to the warm and helpful previous practitioner) was rude and surly. He was patronising and caused undue distress in his questioning and eventual diagnosis. On top of this, the current situation means everything is contact free, and the dynamics of this are poor. I was asked to place my cat inside the surgery door on the floor, then stand outside as the vets paraded several dogs past him (who had arrived without appointment as emergencies) distressing him needlessly. The pets are then taken to the inspection room and you are unable to supervise or discuss matters. All in all, this routine trip did more to distress both the pet and owner than it needed to. The practice had no system to deal with (the many) walkups in parallel with bookings. Fulham Medivet are already very expensive. With this level of service, it makes it easy to go elsewhere in future. EDIT: I've since had a second opinion on my cat from another, much kinder local vet. They advised that my cat's diagnosis was un-necessary, and would have caused needless harm to the cat. Again, the vet at Fulham tried to guilt me into having my cat operated on. I cannot recommend strongly enough to avoid this practice.

I don’t normally write reviews but having witnessed such amazing care here I couldn’t not! The team at Medivet Fulham are great and genuinely care for your animal as if it were their own. They are incredibly knowledgeable and competent, and I trust that they would treat any animal with the highest level of care possible. The two permanent vets are Rebecca and Telmo, both of whom are brilliant. They always have excellent communication and their kindness, diligence and overall service has not been sacrificed during the pandemic. The head nurse Kerry is also lovely and extremely helpful. I know she also runs her own animal rescue and is beyond dedicated to helping animals. The receptionist Chantal has been at the practice since before it became medivet, so knows all the humans and patients well. It is nice that you feel like she properly knows you, and having the same friendly faces every visit is comforting when your animal is sick. Martina and Gina are the nurses and they both have a wealth of knowledge. They are always very kind and guide you through what will happen to your pet before and after surgery. They are just genuinely good people. All the staff here are committed to helping you and your pet, and their veterinary care is of a very high standard. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start? They are amazing! I started taking my darling dog Teo just before he got very sick and it was one of the best choices I have ever made. I met Rachel Kirkby one morning after we took in an abandoned kitten my dog found in the park and there I realised I wanted these guys to look after him because they all genuinely cared about the kitty and saved him. I have now been seeing Rachel monthly for six months, sometimes even more often because of the many worries and issues. Not only she is highly trained and knowleageable but she is very caring, humble, dedicated and withouth doubt the vet I got closer to and that I trust and admire the most. I know she has Teo and my interest at heart and is never embarassed to say she needs to consult someone else when a condition is new to her. All the staff, the recepcionist and nurses are lovely and they have the best opening jours. You can tely on them 7 days a week and for someone like me who works full time being able to take him after 6pm daily is a dream! After many years of changing vets I m very happy to have finally found Paws in Dawnes.

I used to love this vet before it was taken over by Medivet. Now their phone lines never work (always puts you on hold then says the practice is closed) something I have told them about for a few weeks now. The vets are always changing, temps and they seem to be permanently short staffed. My cat recently had a serious surgery with this practice and although some individual staff were very helpful (Martina and Rebecca) the overall service has not been good. Firstly, I was not given correct aftercare advice which could have resulted in the death of my cat after very delicate surgery. Secondly, I we have felt largely abandoned since the surgery. There have been a number of symptoms post surgery and we have been unable to see the vet who did the surgery and knows his case. And now can’t even get through on the phones to speak to anyone! Very disappointing.

  • Marz

Heard about these guys through Nextdoor app and I contacted them explaining that me and my son would like to rescue a cat. They took my details and contacted us when a cat needed a new home. Whilst finding the right cat for us we helped with fostering one who was very scared. They provided all the stuff we would need to settle him and kept in touch with me regularly and then found the right special support he needed. Lovely, lovely staff, who clearly love and want the best for all animals. Thankfully we have now received our new addition to the family and am so happy. If all goes well, we will continue to foster other cats as so many have lost their owners due to COVID. Would love to help them out as they work so hard. Thanks medivet

  • Vicky Price

I used Medivet as had real concerns about my silver Border Terrier and had not been happy with my local vets for quite sometime. Medivet Fulham had been recommended by a friend. The care and professionalism of the team but in particular Kerry and Telmo was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Every procedure and outcome was explained fully to me and when there was a possibility of tough decisions to be made, which thankfully were not needed I was supported all the way. These guys are truly amazing and I will be travelling from SE26 to Medivet in Fulham from now on when my boy needs expert attention. Absolutely no question. Thank you, thank you, thank you all so much. Vicky and Sid x

  • KierenAnn

My bird christopher needed urgent help and there was a slim chance that he would make it, when I brought him in they tried their best and gave him a chance, that's all I ask for as other vets refused to treat Christopher. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who got someone immediately. Rebecca took Christopher and said she will do everything she can to help and she did, he wasn't doing to well after hes OP so they let me see him just incase the worst happened. As I was with him they was still giving him the attention he needed whilst looking after other emergency. Thanks to rebecca my Christopher has the best possible chance of serving. Thank you medivets

  • Bowen Su

The vets at this clinic are not professional at all!!!! My cat was experiencing some skin problems and groomed himself a lot. The vet told me he was stressful and kept on grooming himself, and it was a mental health problem. We received treatment from them for four weeks without any relief and the symptoms have gotten worse. We have to change to another vet and have got told it is just a flea-bite immune response. It is really ridiculous to diagnose from a skin problem to mental health disease!!!!! Will never use this clinic again and consider to make an official complaint!!!!!

  • jeanette mossfeldt

AMAZING STAFF!!! You can not go to a better place when your pet is ill or if you just want the nails to be cut! They take their time and answer all your questions and they are also very understanding and patient. The vet that looked after my Jack Russel “Trouble” Monday morning was fantastic! Sad that she is being transferred ! (Overheard a conversation) “Mina” took my call Friday and she was so helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns regarding the recovery of my 15year old Jack Russell friend. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYBODY HAVING A PET! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Mary Smith

Had a very poorly kitten and this vet practice saved her life. Rebecca and Kerry were exceptional I cannot thank them enough. The love and care they provided for my baby kitten was outstanding and very professional. I recommend this vet to anyone who has animals they are very welcoming and friendly and care for the animals so much. Whilst caring for my kitten they were constantly communicating with me and updating me on her progress. Rebecca and Kerry hats off to you very amazing ladies you are keep doing what you are doing. And from the bottom of my heart thank you

  • Biffy Heartblast

We had a neutering appointment booked for our cat, I'm disabled and it cost a lot for me to even get near to the vet practice with a nervous cat. Only for us to be told that someone would've contacted us before about having our appointment cancelled, which never happened. I've had no contact from them regarding cancellations or rescheduling. The woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional to the situation and didnt even offer to try and help amend the situation with rebooking an appointment and now my cat is left sitting in a corner, scared. Avoid!!

  • Gemma Noble

I have spent a lot of time with my pets in this lovely practice. But I am very upset that Rachel (an amazing vet) has left! Rachel did amazing work and had built up a friendship whit my pets. When speaking to other pet owners they would always say Rachel is the best or the one to help. All the staff which I have made a relationship with have left apart from Chantelle. I have yet to meet the new permanent vets but from having met other vets they seem to be more keen on getting you in and out taking your money and no interested in your pet or you

  • Kateřina Rychtářová

Outstanding care! I’ve been going to this clinic for years. The team here is always very helpful. On Thursday my 13 years old Yorkshire terrier had to have emergency surgery and she couldn’t receive better care. She had pyometra and the surgery was massive for her. But they did what they could to save her life and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s now 5 days after surgery and she is doing great. Special thank you to doctor Telmo and nurse Kerry. But all team in this clinic are amazing! So happy to have Vet clinic like this in my neighbourhood.

  • Vannie K

I went here after speaking to the receptionist as I found her so helpful and friendly. I was very worried about one of my Cats, she had lost alot of weight & I adore her! The vet was so lovely & gave her a thorough examination. Thankfully nothing sinister was detected & I will need to take her back in a month for a weigh in. I will also be taking my other Cat for a check over. I would highly recommend this Veterinary surgery. It was a worrying time and from start to finish it was a very friendly, professional experience. Thank you

  • Jane Dwyer

Such a caring, kind, and professional Practice. Chantal and the young chap (sorry I asked for his name intending to write it here to praise him, but have now forgotten it!) on Reception are always so lovely, helpful, welcoming and friendly! . All the vets Jessica, Rebecca and Telmo are brilliant and thorough with their examinations and our cats are always treated extremely well and shown much love and compassion! One is 19 now so we have known this practice many years and they’re always so wonderful!

  • Jessica Sz

Ended up coming here by referral from our vet who had to shut down the office unexpectedly. Staff was attentive, caring and went above and beyond for us even though we weren't their clients. They were able to quickly diagnose our dog's issue and give a clear course of action that gave us both peace of mind as well as clear directive on how to get our dog back to 100%. If we hadn't just moved out of the neighborhood, I would probably be making the switch to this lovely vet. Highly recommended.

  • paul doy

Worst vets in London my puppy was looking very patchy with his fur and scratching all the time so I decided to visit this vets, firstly the vet made a comment about my puppy not being the breed he was even though he's kennel club registered, you don't expect a vet to be rude, secondly she pulled his fur said everything was fine and charged me £180. The vets are way too young and inexperienced I will never visit this vets again.

  • Julie R

A great vet practice, super efficient and friendly staff. The doctor is thorough, investigative, and transparent. He properly diagnosed my cat's ongoing chronic issues after having seen 2 other vets who hadn't detected the problem, going above and beyond with additional tests and weekend calls to share the results. Thank you for caring. In full trust of this practice and happy to have found our new local go-to vet.

  • Y Li (Bego)

Tried calling 10 times to register my pets. Only one time answered. They said their system had problem so they couldn’t do anything at that moment. I went in the clinic in person later that day, there were two people at the reception but they did not want to help me with the registration and told me to call in. I will just off to other vet instead coz if anything happens to my pets it won’t be easy to contact them.

  • L B

Went to the vet twice for my dog. Very expensive. 2nd visit because first visit did not help they charged over £80 for anti itch pills that last a few weeks plus the visit total £156. They then went onto suggest that dogs can be on these pills for life to combat a skin condition, wow that’s expensive and there must be a better way. My dog has not been sick for 10 years. It’s daylight robbery. I will not return.

  • DDP

I have only ever used this veterinary practice for my dogs. The nurses and reception staff are so friendly and helpful.Rachel the vet is without a doubt my doggies saviour I don't know where he would be without her extensive knowledge and kindness.Rachel always reassures me when I doubt something and she is always on point with her diagnosis.Cannot recommend this practice enough and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  • Julia Chittell

Paws staff are extremely helpful, and very caring and accomodating. The advise is always very good, even if you are just popping in and asking at desk, as there is always an experienced person around. But if your pet should need treatment then you can expect excellent veterinary treatment where they will always look at options and not just dive in with most expensive. Their own annual pet plan is very good.

  • BARRY OAKHAM

awful experience took our pup ollie for puppy check feeling his tummy looking in his ears that was it. zHas for the receptionist she lied was not happyvwith the check up and asked to transfer Ollie to Barons Court she assured me she sent Ollies details over when I phoned to book Ollie in they had no record. and would not put Ollie on there books even though our other dog is with them.

  • Linda Reed

Brought my cat into the surgery today, with urinary problems , it was heartbreaking hearing her whimpering cry as she was in so much discomfort, can’t praise the service she received highly enough, Rebecca thank you so much for helping my baby Maisie , and giving me peace of mind , your so kind , she’s been asleep ever since we arrived home , ❤️

  • Justin Rhodes

I have been using this practice for several years. They are a little stretched at times (i think that is like a lot of vets at the moment) but always do their utmost to fit us in, especially if it is urgent, and the care for our pets is really evident. They are kind and genuine with both pets and owners and the pricing is also very fair.

  • A h

My cat was made to feel really comfortable in the presence of vet Simon Meyer, you can tell he and his staff adore animals. I changed from another vet because I felt all interactions were extremely rushed in order to maximise customers and money. This veterinary clinic is not like that at all. I would highly recommend this practice.

  • Louise Taylor

Brilliant. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Medivet Fulham. I’m new to the practice and the team have been brilliant. My dog had surgery yesterday and they’ve taken such good care of him. Thank you Fulham. Every single person we’ve met and dealt with has been wonderful. Sausage and I are very grateful.

  • Nana Hind

I had very bad experience with the branch of Fulham I took my sick cat to them and they asked for huge amount of money to treat him everyone has a bad year with money coz of the pandemic but to them they didn’t care at all I don’t think they care about animal health and life the only thing they care about is making money

  • Greg McCurry

It was good they could see my dog at short notice. However the content of the advice was of no benefit to my dog. When I took him to my own vet the following day he was admitted to the animal hospital, why was not even discussed at medivet. They only recommendation was a £600 x-ray. A money grab opportunity.

  • Gizem Gezer

Far from pleased. Extremely rude surgeon, when I’ve asked for advice about my dog’s situation regarding ‘health check’ he just tried to give everything even without letting me know and giving me options as her problem’s reason is not quite clear. Not being helpful at all, only focused on money. Distrustful.

  • William Turner

What a great team of people. My cat was hit by a car and suffered a broken pelvis and dislocated knee. The care he received was in my opinion second to none. A particular thanks goes to Rebecca. She kept me informed all the way through his surgery and ongoing progress. I can’t thank them all enough

  • Maria

Went with my 14 year old dog. They are were very helpful and friendly. I was nervous because it was our first time in an english vet, but I had a great experience. Thanks to the front desk for accepting my old Serena and thankful for Rebecca who took care of her. Beautiful job and beautiful people

  • Luisa Anton

Wonderful place! Wonderful receptionists, and wonderful vet. It's was my first time today with my little princess and I was very good attended at all times. So happy with my visit and very good and professional vet. I will recommend the place a thousand times. Thank you very much to all the team.

  • Robertjw

Super friendly staff that seem to genuinely care about the animals they treat. They really made the experience fun for our little pup - it was his first visit and he loved all the attention. Treatment was efficient and the vet took the time to answer all the questions we had. Perfect service.

  • Dan Choppen

My (rescue) dog has a very complex history which was not well managed before we moved to medivet. He has recieved excellent care from the vets and nurses here, who have been really committed to finding solutions and ensuring his health and well-being are maintained in the best possible way.

  • Stef

The vets and nurses here have given our elderly anxious rescue the utmost love and care, working through all of his complex health issues with us and are really dedicated to finding solutions. Their head vet nurse Kerry is unbelievably warm and kind, as well as being a wealth of knowledge.

  • Madeleine Rose Elliott

I've been here a few times now with my 14 year old dog and the staff have been so friendly, caring and helpful every time. They always do everything they can when he's ill, as well as being very open and honest throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

  • Jason Domican

Had an appointment here today with our 5 cats, they was extremely helpful and extremely informative, prices are a tad higher then average but if you can't afford a pet then don't get one I believe, anyway loved my experience and will definitely be sticking with them.

  • A M

I am very happy and my cat is happy too ☺ .I must say all nice and lovely people who work there are absolutely great and very helpful...Thank you for helping me with a right food for my cat..and toys are fantastic my cats love them...THANK YOU! …

  • Holly Brockwell

I've had the pleasure of working with Kerry from Medivet Fulham several times now. I've never met anyone who dedicates their life more selflessly and completely to animals than her. She's a saint, and I'd trust her with my own life as well as my cats'.

  • kristy williamson

We have used this practice for a while now and I can honestly say what caring, knowledgeable and great people I have dealt with. Their dedication to animals are incredible, its what vets and vet nurses should all strive for. Keep up the great work.

  • Deb Aspinall

Superb vets. Apart from the usual expert care, they are there to answer questions at any time with genuine compassion. They recently gave me a free consultation for my cat and followed up with lots of advice. Very grateful to this wonderful team.

  • Ben Hardisty

Everything was great everyone was very friendly and informative. One thing I would say is that we would’ve liked to have known sooner that our cat was ok after surgery as we were panicking quite a bit. Otherwise would recommend to any pet owner.

  • Irena Gri

Brilliant clinic and very professional staff members. Usually our Main Coon cat Max is extremely stressed when it comes to check ups and jabs , but thanks to super nice and caring vets he was calm and relaxed . Highly recommend ! …

  • Claire Fox

I love this vet! They are professional, loving and look after their patients brilliantly. I particularly love the head nurse kerry flynn. She treats every animal the same and looks after them like they’re her own. Highly recommend!

  • Steve Knight

Please avoid this vet £79 per injection for a cat you need 2 injections absolute robbers Islanders vets in new Malden £30 per injection only 20min along the A3 you cannot justify these medivet charges at any cost boycott the place

  • Juliet Gwyn Palmer

The staff and care here, at all levels, is fantastic. I just hate how Medivet charges more than any of the independents, when it could afford to be charging less. For this reason only am I thinking of defecting to an independent.

  • ana ellis

The best vet (Azahara) at Notting Hill Medivet has moved to the Fulham branch - so I have followed her. It’s clear she loves her patients and goes above and beyond to look after them. It’s a rare quality and much appreciated
