I visited Dr. Marwa for a dental check-up. I had a noticeable gap between my front teeth, and one of these teeth had turned black due to the spread of amalgam throughout the entire tooth. Dr. Marwa proposed the idea of applying veneers to address the issue. The cost she quoted for this procedure was quite reasonable, prompting me to proceed with her recommendation. Throughout the process, Dr. Marwa exhibited a high level of professionalism. She approached the task with utmost care and precision. She made sure to collaborate with a reputable dental lab to craft the veneers, and ensured great care was taken in accurately scanning my mouth. She even engaged with the scanning representative to ensure that the veneers would effectively conceal the discoloured tooth while appearing natural. The outcome of the procedure was truly remarkable. Thanks to Dr. Marwa's expertise, I now have a smile that fills me with pride. I would recommending her services to anyone in search of an excellent dentist.

Extremely rude and unprofessional reception staff - I had contacted call center for appointment and was told to go walk in as doctor was accepting the same. When I visited reception today at 7 pm which was empty and told to wait, then a reception lady- (African) mentioned that doctor Adam has left but he will come again, but he may accept you or maybe not. I politely told her if she could call doctor and check as if he will accept I am happy to wait, to which she said she can't call and can neither confirm how long he will take to reach, i just need to continue waiting. I told her that I am sick and can't keep waiting if I don't he will accept, she said I can't call doctor as he left "Angrily" and will get more angry. There was no compassion or calmness while talking to a sick patient and sharing that a doctor is angry is so unprofessional. She could have handled the situation better. I I don't recommend this clinic because of the experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this medical center, and I cannot praise their services enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the amazing customer service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. The receptionists Lina and Ibrahim were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They greeted me with warm smiles and were quick to assist me. It's rare to find such friendly and attentive front desk staff, and they truly set a positive tone for my entire visit. My family doctor, Dr. Adam, was simply outstanding. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough in addressing my health concerns, but he also took the time to explain everything in a clear and compassionate manner. I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being, and that kind of attention is so reassuring as a patient. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive and memorable one. I’ve had to come to this clinic twice and both times the service has been so far below par that it’s astounding. The staff comes across as rude like they’re doing you a favor. As an example - the last time we went, the receptionist took our details and asked us to wait. This is while the clinic is empty.. After a good 20 mins of waiting I followed up only for her to tell me that the doctor has left for lunch. She assumed he might be back in another 15-20 minutes but couldn’t say. I was left baffled as to why she wouldn’t tell us this is the situation. When I asked she not only didn’t bother apologizing but offered no further help. I had to request her if she could at least call us when the doctors back which she reluctantly agreed to but never did. I hope I never have to come back here for an emergency every again!

I like that the clinic is conviniently located close to Town Square residents. I highly recommend Dr Emilie the dentist, my whole family loves her as she never wastes time and tries to do treatments immediately without the need to go back again. I also love Dr Nibras Aldoori for cosmetic procedures. l had botox and fillers done with Dr Nibras, she's the best doctor I had. She's attentive, sweet and also professional, she knows what she's doing and works fast. After I got a filler for nasalabial folds, she massaged the area for some time in a special way, other doctors never did it for me. I also visited several other doctors in the clinic who were very helpful as well. The stuff and nurses and helpful and polite. I'm greatful to the whole team for their work, lucky to have this clinic so close to home.

One of the worst costumer service i ever experienced. Not talking specifically about the town square branch. But Call center confirmed twice that they have Xray available at this location and turned out that they don't. So had to go after my consultation to Motorcity to do the Xray and i've been chasing them for the past 2 days to get my report from the doctor. I called 4 times and left a note that it's urgent since i am in too much pain no one took the matter seriously enough as if it's not health related! All i needed is to know is an Xray report, and how i can treat it. Now i have no choice other than speaking with another clinic and send them my Xray results to understand what is my situation. Just so unprofessional from the first phone call.

If there was a lower rating I would have given. The admin staff are very nice and helpful, but I have bad experiences with the doctors and their follow ups. Recent case which was the worst with the dermatologist Dr Kenan who is putting my daughter nails currently at risk of permanent disorder without taking the subject seriously or trying to help. From wrong diagnosis to wrong treatment to no follow ups and arrogance, what have become of doctors!!! There should be a better system for consumer and patient protection in UAE, and a better process to elevate the service quality. The goal of clinics is not to treat but to maximize profit.

It seems this branch is either closed, or the existing management don’t care. The clinic opens at 9am. We walked in at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment, the lights were still switched off and no one was available to speak to. Only the cleaners are there and the nurse that walked past us was indifferent to our presence. Clearly someone’s asleep at the wheel. And this isn’t a one off, we’ve been facing similar issues at this branch for nearly a month now. Shocking that the mamagment is invisible like Casper the ghost.

The location was brilliant for me and my family, especially with young children being able to access a facility easily is a must. Our first time visiting Dr Haider, who was extremely professional, a caring personality and real support to my then poorly son. We felt listened to, and all questions regarding the diagnosis were answered. I would recommend Dr Haider to anybody. Brilliant service, given by the team. The nurse and receptionist were welcoming, friendly and professional too. Thank you to the team.

I have seen Dr Taimoor Tung and he is very professional and he gave me a correct diagnosis on 24/05/23. I had previous experience with doctor Nibras which I felt it was more about “esthetic” than health…same with the previous manager Pamela unfortunately… But my last experience with the new Management and the current staff was much more better, they were very polite helpful and more “medical staff”. The Manager, Mr Nazeer was very welcoming, professional and caring toward me and my children. Thanks a lot!

It is not only about the experience, but specifically Dr. Nibras, being family physician but went beyond our expectations. Her care and dedication is worthy to all her patients. I as well did with her the PRP hair loss treatment and I can tell that the reduction of loss went from 80% to hardly 15%. She is a life savior, very knowledgeable and sincere in her advices. The dermatology department is the worst at Medcare townsquare . I met Dr Yasmin Helal she gave a medecin to my son that made his skin worst than before and I contacted her but they told me she is on vacation and asked me to go to another doctor !! We met her 48h ago we are still under the follow up treatment! She made my son skin worst than before and just run away !! I will not recommend anyone to go visit her as the doctor is not good

Great facility for town square residents. It is located in zahra building- Nshama town square and has option of 02 hour free parking. They have good doctors. Dr. Ali is expereinced & well educated and treated my son nicely. The only issue they have is their receptionist staff. They are not well trained and causing delays. If they solve this issue then its best facility. Aster pharmacy is also available along it.

Very unprofessional, came to an appointment which was meant to start at 10am, I came on time, 15 mins later I asked the receptionist what is happening, she said the Psyio therapist had not arrived yet, upon calling - I overheard her saying resheduling. I’m not blaming the receptionist, but therapist Sawsan Alsadee should have been more professional and ensured this did not happen. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went to the clinic with abdominal and back pain, did a urine test, was emailed the results but no follow up from the doctor to discuss them. 2 days later in worse condition i went to Aster Remraam where they thoroughly dealt with me and found a nasty kidney infection, 4 days later and still no one from Medcare has contacted me, not the kind of healthcare experience you want.

Great experience from the doctors treatment, the receptionists, the follow up, they make you feel home. I had warts on my hands and pigmentation on my face but Dr. Yasmeen Helal did a great job treating them professionally, she is very nice and friendly and will definitely visit her again for any skin treatment in the future. I've been recently to see Dr. Ali for my son, baby daughter and myself in Townsquare. Very well rounded doctor with expertise across many areas. I was very happy with his minimalistic medical approach for all of us. Very handy to have a doctor who can see the whole family in the community.

Dr. Ali Haider was very friendly and kind to my 3year old daugther. The receptionist was fast and I didn't need to wait long even I didn't have an appointment. After the consultation Dr. Ali responded to my whatsapp message immediately and was very helpful with keeping the nursery updated.

Very polite, friendly and professional team. The doctors are good and responsible. It's also very clean and hygiene..... Definitely recommend them. There is a 2 hour free carpark available outside. I wish there was an indoor parking due to the heat but this is fine.
