Service here is great. Parking royally sucks. This location is bigger than it looks from the outside. The parking lot is tiny though. There is a back entrance to the parking lot of you're coming from the wrong direction. Don't let your GPS try to force you to do a u-turn. Selection is similar to the other ABC stores in the area. Especially appreciated the special section of local and NC produced items.

Only posting two stars because it's a bismal that our state still runs our liquor laws. I have no issue with this ABC Store individually just all ABC Stores people here were friendly that's the only reason why I posted two stars would always post one star for ABC Stores based on out of date laws concerning our liquor rights in this state. Out-of-date laws across-the-board

I called the store to see if they had what I wanted & guy said yes. When I arrived at the store I could not find what I wanted & was prepared to be very upset as I had driven well out of my way to get there. I asked the counter-man about it and they brought me what I wanted from the back of the store!!

Very clean and quick service. I could not find the product that I was looking for on the shelf, but I did find it on a display. Otherwise I would have given it five stars. Really thought it was going to be a long wait, but they know how to get people in and out!

So I get ready to check out and the lady wants I.D's from me and my fiance and we both over 35yrs of age,like really lady you taking your job to serious.. I will go to another one and if same results I will be taking a trip to South Carolina get my drinks.

These people don't have good customer service especially the old black man. He don't great, speak nor thank the customers for there patronizism. God help us if we need help or ask a question. His Customer Service is Awful....

This is a great place to make you feel welcome and they are there to help you and asked you if you need help quick and fast easy to find stuff is laid out real nice And this is my opinion check it out for yourself

The parking lot is WAAAAY too small for the amount of people that shop here. I've seen yelling matches start because of issues with parking‍♂️. Staff is friendly and the store is well organized …

They had what I needed. Quite simple floor plan layout of the store. The cashiers were very delightful. Parking is a bit tough but that’s only because of how busy they were.

They always make sure I get the gift pack with the free glasses and they can always point me to the liquor I'm looking for for I don't have to hunt around the whole store

Always exceptionally friendly staff here, gets busy but they do well at keeping the line moving. Pulling in and out of the lot and parking can be a pain when busy.

Friendly staff helped me locate a certain liqour i was looking for even though they where sold out at this location i was pointed in the right direction

I had a excellent experience, however; they didn't have what I was looking for. They had no cognac on the shelves and the shelves were just about empty.

Just okay. They clearly had a lot of inventory missing. If you are looking for an interesting bottle of stotch I would probably look for another store.

The most friendly staff and most organized liquor stores I've been in. I visited on a weekend as an out of towner and was assisted by the lovely staff

Tron is very knowledgeable and helpful. He made my shopping experience stress-free. Store is easily accessible from Brookshire Frwy. I will be back.

They have just Bout everything. There were a few w items I could not find and one that was out of stock. But friendly service and good selection.

They didn't have the best selection. I'm just assuming they were waiting for a shipment but it's a nice set up and the employees were very kind

Shelves was practically empty, but staff was pleasant & helpful. Liked sampler table, it introduced me to another blend that is much liked

Can't complain really. If I had to offer a suggestion, they should be open later at least on weekends and especially Sundays and holidays.

Great store just get what you need early tho and don't wait till the last minute this location is always packed close to closing time..

It's obvious the state don't need to sell liquor since they can't open on time. Supposed to open at 11 still not open and it's 12

Awesome experience. I was on vacation and it was the perfect stop. Very clean and organized. And the cashiers were very friendly.

Some racks were left empty when I reached there. May be they were restocking. Otherwise usual abc. Exit to road is a bit tricky.

This area has extremely tight parking spaces, making it highly likely that your car will get dinged while parking in the lot.

I know because of the pandemic things are slow but this place never has liquor..... the shelves are always bare

Like most Mecklenburg ABC stores, this store is pristine and the staff is very helpful a d friendly.

They have always given you respect and patience with us older people. That's rare to find these days

From the front door to the back everything in the house including customer service was excellent
