If it was possible to give zero stars I would give negative 20. We have given this maccas a chance more than five times, my husband, my father, my sister, my mates and my neices and nefwes and without fail every single order that was place needed to be repeted six or more times for the person taking the order to understand, we have had half orders missing, drinks being the wrong flavor, drinks being half full, burgers falling apart, half the chip packet missing. Just little things... Last night was the final straw and I'm not one to complain but over the past 7 mths it's has gotten worse. My husband went to grab dinner after helping my sister move house and orders a double BBQ Angus meal and paid for one double BBQ Angus meal but yet only revived a single, the amount of sauce that was on this "burger" was disgusting, hoesntly! He took a bite and it went everywhere, after spending 5 min cleaning up sause from the floor and himself and my couch, he decided to try the chips only to find that he had raw chips in the middle of the hit chips. There was a hair in my soft serve. I have never complained about this place beofre but this is shocking and I'm done, noone understands enough English to take an order properly and then when you try to explain what you want that is on the menu they argue with you about what is there and what is not. This place has gotten worse and worse the more chances we have given them

I visited today with my friend’s family and my family around 3:42pm. However the service it self was just rude. We first went to seat outside, however the tables were all dirty with left over foods and scraps on the table. So we have asked to clean the tables for us, however this teenage girl had a very annoyed face and didn’t even clean up properly, this made us clean the table by ourselves. The staff also didn’t sanitised the tables too. Due to corona right now, I believe that it needs to be sanitised properly and also cleaned properly. Also the coffee is just terrible. The coffee didn’t even taste like coffee.. how is that even possible? It just tasted like they have added water in my skimmy milk coffee. This is one of the worst coffee that I have drank from Mc Cafe. I really hope that one of the managers see this and actually take this seriously.

I just witnessed an abusive customer, an older lady, getting angry at the staff for a broken toilet. She spoke with every manager that was on site. She even abused the delivery guy. Emily (staff member/manager) did an amazing job at protecting the staff from being abused by this customer. It was clear the staff are quite shaken up and Emily snapped into adrenaline mode. My hat goes off to Emily for looking after her staff and trying to remove the customer from the store. I wanted to write this review in case the angry customer made a complaint. . I personally thought it was one of the most cleanest McDonald’s restaurants. I’ve been to in a long time and the staff are very happy. I had fresh food and was very happy with my experience with the staff.

They have NEVER got my order right over the last few years! Every 6 months or so I think I'll give them another go while in the area...and I get disappointed every time. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap & instead I got a wrap sticking to paper, falling apart, a truckload of lettuce & some chicken. No sauce, cheese or bacon. Another time I ordered a chicken burger & was given a beef burger! Have once ordered a 10 pack of chicken nuggets & got 6. I could go on... I highly recommend driving the extra distance to the Jindalee McDonald's instead. Or CHECK your order before driving away! I'd only trust this McDonald's for chips, soft serve in a cone or soft drink. Don't bother for anything else.

I don't often complain on a business but tonight couldn't let go of this drive through experienced. I ordered a small quater pounder meal and an ice cream cone. By the time I receive my ice cream cone it's all melted and dripping on the hand of the staff. I asked the staff if I can have a new cone because its going to dripping everywhere in my car. One of the girl staff yelling out said NO we can't make u a new one just start licking and it's will he fine. She said she will give me some napkins. Waited in the drive through for over 15 mins. For a coffee & hash brown. Not peak hour. I switched my engine off BEFORE I even got to the pay window. They need to ask cars to park up. I would have cancelled my order & left if I had known I would wait that long. But I was boxed in as they don't ask drivers in front to park up. Two lanes so you won't be served in order of arrival but in which lane moves faster. I had left plenty of time to allow for Maccas drive through. Was late for appointment due to my longest drive thru experience ever. I believe they also messed up an order in front which added extra time. Both my coffee & hash brown were lukewarm.

We went through the drive thru, the girl who took our order was nice but when we got to the food collection window the young man was mucking around with other team members, we could hear them swearing and using inappropriate language. One girl was standing there on her phone in full view. They initially gave us the wrong drinks and when we told them there was no apology or anything he was more interested in finishing his conversation with his mates. On the plus side the food was actually pretty good.

To the young man that turned up to work and had to apologise for the 15 minute wait to have someone take our order was sincerely apologetic and took a professional approach to the situation. He even put our order together and handed the food at the collection window, which I am assuming that he was working solo this morning. Well done young man, not sure what the delay was but he really was on his own and I applaud him for it. Hopefully he is getting paid his worth. Disappointed how that situation landed on the shoulders of this one person. Not a senior member of staff in sight. Thanks dude, you rocked it this morning!!!

Super slow service, people in park waiting for 3000 seconds!!!! according to their screens. Took them 10 minutes to give me two hashbrowns that had been cooked since the moment I entered the store, and another few minutes to work out who to make a couple of Sprites. They had four orders total for drive thru and counter and complained about being "busy", when the drive thru orders had been waiting for ages, and me and my friends getting some snacks waited ages as well, while effectively nothing happened behind counter. Super disappointing.

All the staff were very young with seemingly no adult supervision. Chips were cold and cooked in old oil, had to ask for them to be changed new pack were warmer but still old. The floor behind the counter was filthy, spills that could easily have caused an accident and food all over the place, nuggets in particular also other foods, one of the staff simply kicked 2 nuggets to the side and kept walking even though there was a dustpan and brush right next to her. The staff there really need better training or replacing. Very bad.

Definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to. Only one of the machines to make your order on actually worked, none of the staff behind the counter would make eye contact to avoid having to take the order in person. I ordered 2 coffees and it took half an hour to receive one. I asked where the other one was and the worker walked off to what I assumed was make the missing coffee, but he never did. Not wanting to waste any more of my time I had to leave before getting the other half of my order. Was there 45 minutes in total.

This is the closest McDonald’s to me which is unfortunate because it’s consistently bad. Orders are always missing an item, something is missing some ingredients, food stations are a mess and the staff don’t seem to want to be there. Was there about 10 minutes ago, asked for a small sugar free iced latte. At the pay window we double checked it was sugar free, at the pick up window we triple checked it was sugar free, instead of sugar free it had DOUBLE SUGAR. 20 minutes for an order through the drive-thru is normal practice here. Used their mobile app to order (which they heavily advertise / encourage) and after presenting order # to first window was told to drive through. After already waiting 10 minutes I was told they 'forgot to put it through' and was forced to park with an additional 10 minute wait.. An absolute joke.

Small over counter order, everything's fine. On collection, they gave me the wrong order. He has to race out to the car park to retrieved my food. On checking, he did not give me my hash brown I paid for. The senior complimentary Fanta was three quarter full. Dinning area not cleaned down, bin full to the top so much so I had a hard time pushing my rubbish in.

What a complete shocker of a meal . I mean chips completely cold I have never and I travelled the world had a worst fillet of Fish so so disappointed just put $19.95 into the bin it was shocking needs to closed down. My experience has been good with freshly cooked meals. But I find they struggle on regular occasions when making my favorite coffee its been a let down on numerous occasions when I've been there. But in saying that I've always found the staff to be helpful, polite and courteous when I bring it to there attention & have had to return it for a fresh one.

McHappy my McFood was warm and the service was dry but hey it beat the McSh!t out of the rest rooms which I'm unsure if staff are aware are there as they didn't appeared to be cleaned.. .. EVER. McGross!! I know Ronald is a clown but that place is more of a zoo or sewerage yard then a circus. Roll up roll up... yeah I wouldn't recommend it.

Food is almost always hot and drive through is very efficient. Rarely have to wait. Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area. Only issue is the printer for receipts at payment window always seems to be broken. Not a big issue and can always ask for one at the next window.

Average service at the best of times, complete trash at the worst. Drive through staff said you can’t get cash out unless you spend $15, asked if a manager was available and story changed to we’ve just changed the tills. Incompetence manifest.

Every single staff member we encountered in the drive-thru - including the manager - was rude. I don't expect beaming smiles, I know it can be a rough job but more than a frown would be appreciated. Food was very messy and not fresh.

Was worst experience ever. 15 mins for meal then missing half the order then go inside another 10 mins to now have the first part of order cold. Coffee not made to order and was cold. When told I got the window closed. Never again

Ordered lunch for a family of 3. Had to wait for fresh fries and still got cold ones. Ordered 3 different drinks- fanta, coke and vanilla coke. Asked which coke was vanilla coke and got told "ah couldn't tell ya". Pretty sad.

I went through drive through and it waz quick and efficient. Nice staff there at 1330ish pm

It's a Sat at 330pm. Order online for Apple pies and coke. Drive thru to collect and the staff said there is no apple pies. Want to order Sundae and they can't do ice cream. I wonder what they have then... feeling annoyed!

It was very well and accommodating, receipts available from the kiosk as lacking in another branche, Icecream was really good, more importantly kids enjoys playing in all McDonald's branch and this was not different.

Only thing I don't like about the remade store at Oxley, is that you can't order from a real person, you have to use the menu stations, this limits what you can adjust and can only use eftpos payments More

Getting home to find your order missing items is extremely frustrating and upsetting! Are you double checking the bags before giving to the customer!

This was my quarter pounder obviously thrown together no pride in your staff and chips luke warm didn't even get asked if were eating in or takeaway busy chatting amongst themselves very disappointed

Late night drivethru is unacceptably slow. Its clear that staff are either unable to do there job effectively, or there arent enough staff on. Either way the owner needs to get their act together.

Touch screen didn't work to order, it's faster to stand at the counter and order. As with Maccas, coffee can be hit or miss as is the food.

Got my food 10 mins before coffee made. Toilets were a bomb site and stinky Seemingly prioritising drive through so good is cod now.

Fast service and asked for all fresh and was not a problem only a 2 or 3 min wait in drive thru. This is a good store and was busy but still fast how it should be :) very happy

Much better experience with decent tasting food, staff not as stressed and not swearing, customers were happy and the dining room and toilets were clean
