This place is always HORRIBLY busy. I chose to walk in but I regret, there were about 30 people starring at the order monitor but there were no order number at all. After close to 40 minutes waiting for my 2 meals with 2 fries no salt, end up I got salt all over my hand and the food I got was cold. Asked to change the hot fries with no salt and complained I had been waiting for my food over 30 mins. The manager gave an attitude, "it is not my problem, we were busy", I said "so is that my problem? you are the manager on duty and not responsible the human power?" She turned around and shout "it's not my problem, give her something hot". I am patience enough to wait more than 30 mins for FAST FOOD and I deserve to receive this kind of "Customer service" The manager was trying to hide when I was taking her picture for evidence. And other manager on duty was trying to cover her and asked me am I using human right. There is nothing to do with human right but I was not treated right. I brought it up to McDonald Headquarter about the incident I experienced at this location and asked for refund coz I threw them away. The headquarter told me this restaurant manager would contact me within 10 business days but I never receive any phone call or email. I received 2 meal coupons from Headquarter as a refund. I will never ever come back again. P.S. This restaurant is always full of garbage everywhere and no one was doing cleaning.

This is, by far, the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The wait times are consistently long, even when there are very few customers. They always take so long to make orders and most of the time, they mess it up. Of the 5 times I've been there, my order has been wrong 4 times and I also see a lot of costumers coming back up to the register asking for part of their orders that were missed. The worst time was when I ordered hotcakes and sausage. They forgot my sausage so I went back and asked for the sausage they missed. It took them over 30 minutes and 6 seperate reminders for them to walk over, grab a sausage out of their sausage container, and give it to me. 30 minutes of waiting for less than 30 seconds of work. The actual restaurant would look very nice, if there wasn't garbage everywhere. They rarely clean the tables and floors. Everything is wrong with this McDonalds, but it will never change because of how many people still go there. It's the only one close to a lot of people which means they don't have to try. And it shows.

We’ve come to this location through the drive-thru A LOT. Half the time it’s really good, but the other half, there’s something wrong with our order. Today’s mistake pretty much takes the cake. Our entire quarter pounder patty was missing. Instead there was a huge stalk of a piece of lettuce. Pickles also were missing. I get mistakes happen, but if we are having to park and wait like 90% of our visits here, everything should be made right and fresh. How do you miss a whole patty!? Every time we have to park, something is wrong. The missing patty today is definitely the worst offense. We NEVER get straws when handed our drinks, why wouldn’t you hand the straw at the same time as our drink, especially if we are going to be parked and wait like 5-10 mins? Half the time when I ask for a dipping sauce on the side, it doesn’t make it in the bag, and they cost extra. Most of the time, the fries do not taste fresh at all. If we have to park and wait..there should be no problems with our orders. But there is consistently. Obviously we love the convenience of a drive-thru but it’s so not worth the hassle anymore.

I waited 25 min for a happy meal. Guess which item they were waiting for? Pineapples. That’s right. They don’t make pineapples in their kitchen. So instead of telling consumers that something ran out, they just keep waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The level of disorganization and incompetence is simply amazing. Oh btw, I was not the only one asking about their order at the counter. There is a circle of people having trouble getting their food. I guess they prioritize drive-through at the total expense of their walk in customers. Good job. As another evidence of their disorganization, fries were cold, even though there’s is a long line of people waiting for their food. So something wrong happened between the kitchen and the counter.

I'm fairly confident that this is the worst McDonalds on Planet Earth. They get the order wrong 100% of the time, you always have to check because items are missing. I could live with that nuisance, but today they charged us twice for an order. Even though we had bank records to prove it, the manager treated my husband like a criminal, arguing with him for 30 minutes over $25 that we were rightfully owed. If I were the manager I would have at least refunded us the cost of our meal for the hassle but of course not. We came to McDonalds in the first place to save time but we could have had a nice sit down meal with much less stress instead, and arrived at our event at the same time. Save your time and your hard-earned money and go to a different McDonalds. We are never coming back here.

I really really appreciate the staff in this restaurant. Very nice and helpful people. I and my son had dinner here this evening. When I left, I forgot to bring my backpack which had my important stuff in there. I didn’t realize my mistake until arriving at home 20 minutes later. I rushed back to the restaurant… I was so happy to hear that they found my backpack and safely kept it. When I arrived back at the restaurant again, they asked me to double check the backpack and then returned it to me. I was so grateful for their kind-hearted help! THANK YOU!

Never ever going to this specific McDonald's restaurant again. It was my first time going there. Assuming since I was the only customer ordering, that there would be no problem but that's not what happened...it took them 20 Minutes to make my order. Not only that, but. Here's what I ordered: I ordered a McChicken with bacon, and the bacon was burnt. I also ordered a large "Fruit Splash" quencher. Not very "quenching"...if it wasn't fully mixed and was tasting like syrup. No other McDonald's restaurant does that!, Get more professional, guys!, No small order with 1 customer and a "team" of staff should ever take 20 Minutes.

Came after Canucks game on 5th of December, made it inside only to be told by one of your workers (girl with glasses) to order outside through drive through. Went to the drive through to order only to be told to drive a car through. Extremely poor management skills and really need to fix the night staff. and explain to them what customer service is. Don’t lie to your customers and close up shop early when you are 24/7!!!

Impressively terrible. I came in at about 2:30 AM on a Tuesday and had to wait over half an hour for ONE junior chicken and medium fries. I’ve been to this location for over a decade and always try to give the benefit of the doubt but the fact you can get a well done steak from a 5 star restaurant before your order comes out is astonishing. “Fast food” more like wait in our sketchy parking lot for 45 minutes for 1 cheeseburger…

I paid $8 for this 8-18-2023. I went for a coffee this morn. I ordered. Got to window and they repeated order got my coffee wrong. Took my money and i asked her going to fix my order. Came about three times, and each time the counter was filled with angry customers. This time we waited 25 minutes to get our order: one happy meal. In the happy meal box we received a toy that was released in March 2022 when the store was actually advertising hot wheel toy in September 2023. The store sure did a good job at maintaining their inventory. I guess it’s ok as long as the fries were not from March 2022.

Absolutely avoid this place if you want coffee, unless you enjoy coffee that taste like charcoal. I come here about once every few months, and every time, without fail, the coffee taste nasty. I've been here at 4am, 7am, 11am, 4pm, 8pm. Doesn't matter, coffee always tastes burnt.

Always get orders wrong. Its a 15 min drive from my place to here and im not about to waste 30 minutes to drive here and back because the workers dont know how to sum up orders. I ordered 2 large fries and it came with 2 small fries. Dont come to this chain. If they mess up your order, u cant call them, u cant talk to them, u cant do anything. They just robbed u and u have to deal with it

Nice location with spacious parking but take care if you walk from your parked car to the entrance as it intersects with cars moving in the drive through. Inside , they have very wide seating area but avoid being their at 3 to 4 pm as it will be so busy with students of point grey high school and waiting time is huge and many items will be not available. Totally closed today July 20th

Most useless and neglectful staff ever met , always has a habit of missing products and not completing orders, sauces never sent , this is a routine habit with this branch.
