During my recent sojourn to this particular McDonald's establishment, I was greeted with an exceptionally pleasant experience. One of the hallmarks of this outlet was the friendliness and warmth of its staff. Their dedication to providing a welcoming environment was immediately noticeable and truly made the dining experience more enjoyable. They were quick to serve with a smile, showcasing the spirit of hospitality that this fast-food giant is known for. The food was right on par with what I've come to expect from McDonald's, a consistent display of the brand's dedication to quality. The scrumptious burgers were cooked to perfection, maintaining that delicate balance between juiciness and flavour. The fries, crispy golden rods of potato goodness, were just as satisfying, providing that perfect companion to my meal. As a tradesperson, my job often requires me to be on the move and have ready access to certain amenities. This McDonald's branch brilliantly catered to this need. The availability of a dedicated place to wash my hands was also extremely valuable, making it easier to ensure cleanliness before and after meals. Lunch @ Maccas Richlands is a smash & mash of hopelessness and disconnect ! Staff were dopey, slow and standing around, service - non existant, my spicy sticky bbq Angus burger was thrown together with total abandonment, resembling and open sandwich/salad/fusion of abstract appearance. Trying to eat it is a story in it's own. The Angus range being their "SHOWCASE" range should be aborted as the 3 ANGUS meals ordered made the opposite impact of over priced, over rated and outrageous mediocrity. Maybe, just Maybe it was all in the poor & pittiful presentation and total abandonment of passion or even appreciation for a paying job to prepare & present a simple burger with pride and passion. Sloppy, messy, untidy, unfriendly, and definitely No F@#%s Given at this McDonald's.

Consistently Bad Breakfast. The store was not busy or the drive through when I visited. Sausage muffin was luke warm and dry and the hash brown were cold and oily. As for the drink I think it was the long black coffee that I ordered but it also could have been mop water, not sure. Do yourself a favour and find a coffee shop / cafe that serves breakfast and support a small business. McDonald's does not deserve our hard earned dollars if this is the standard of food they continue to serve. This has been my 3rd Breakfast here in 6 weeks, you would have thought I learnt the first time. Ok so yet another breakfast here, is it my imagination or are these muffins getting smaller or what. The muffins I buy at the supermarket are much bigger than these.

Horrible. Had an extremely long late night at work and I’m heavily pregnant and Starving and just wanted something quick to eat before bed. Went through the drive through no one waiting and I waiting at the box for 5/7 minutes I thought it might be broken? So I drove to the window where the staff could see me…… all the staff working saw me and ignored me at the window with no explanation. I waited patiently, not angry because I thought they might have been busy. But no. Straight up ignored me for 20 minutes while I waited patiently. I didn’t act angry. I just was waiting. I felt so stupid waiting for so long so I just drove off. I was extremely upset and confused when I got home. It was absolutely horrible that could’ve just talk to me. I’m not an angry person.

We were trying to go through drive thru, in the rain. They have two service points at the store and were only serving one but had no sign that it was out of order or anything. I waited until they were serving the 5th car on the other side and drove through to the window. The lady was annoyed that she didn’t have my order, I told her that the machine was not working to which she responded well it should be! After much huffing she took our order but not before she let us know that she was not happy. What ever happened to help the customer and keep them happy!

I felt really mortified when I was at the restaurant on NYE. There was an older women who was a staff member behind counter swearing and having conversation really loudly whilst store was busy. The manager at the time an older male, dragged two garbage bins and a soiled and clean towels bucket in front of counter where food is collected. All I can say is that is very unappetising particularly when drive thru is shut and only restaurant is open.

Just ordered a classic quarter pounder and got McChicken sauce instead of the ketchup, mustard, and onions. Not only that but they also forgot the sauce for our nuggets. Nuggets without sauce and McChicken sauce on beef. Kind of unbelievable. But on the positive side, I will say that I was served quickly when I walked up to the front counter.

Ordered the bacon, cheese and bbq sauce toastie and wasnt notified that they swapped out the bacon for basic ham and it just wasn’t as good. Spoke to the store over the phone and it was sorted out after explaining the situation. It’s just a “you want what you order” sorta thing.

Food/order is more often than not disappointing and not what you ordered. If you order and changes or extras they always forget and sometimes go the complete opposite and give you none of what you ordered extra of. Staff really need to read the orders properly when making food.

Not sure whether going instore is any better, (we are new to the area) but every delivery order has been awful. The food is not of the usual standards in other McDonalds restaraunts, and most recently they didn't send the correct order. Very disappointing.

Lucky for this franchise, Oxley is nearby. Pull up in the drive through & nobody’s home. Not like it was busy, waited then managed to reverse out, Oxley employee managed to hold up 10 cars going via the drive through, apparently trying to process a refund. Sad yet funny

Never cease to fail with the chips ALWAYS being so overcooked they taste like cardboard. Burgers always have so much sauce that when wrapped the burger gets covered in tomato sauce. If you ever need some cardboard fries with your burger please come to this store they will never let you down.

Ordered drinks the lids wasn't on Properly and lost the lot not happy got burnt with the coffee and the caramel drinks splashed right down the front of me won't be going here again when husband rang they said it was highly unlikely the lids came off not happy at all

Wait was longer then it should have been to order and pay but not disgusting. The wait for food was quite long as they prioritise drive through. Was clean though and fries were hot and staff were pleasant. Manager on dutys face would have cracked if she smiled

Staff were fantastic and fast. Burger was at risk of drowning in sauce :-P

Received my burger without pickles and onions, I requested that they be put on POLITELY, what I got was a lump of pickles put on, on the wrong side and squashed back into the box upside down and NO ONIONS. Disgusting customer service!

Hopeless service! You cant get my Uber order right! I ordered 2 sundaes and 2 apple pies and I was only delivered 2 applies pies. The sundaes are missing. I called but no one answers the phone. How pathetic!

Served by an exceptionally rude staff member who spoke with me in an appalling manner. It’s a pity because this store has above average food quality, alas I will not be returning here.

Brought the $6 bigmac and cheeseburger deal. Got to work found my cheeseburger had no patty, tried to ring the store to find the phone line is engaged. Still hungry !
