Just had a fantastic experience at McDonald's in Acres Mall, Ahmedabad, close to Gita Mandir bus stand. Our brunch kicked off with the wonderfully rich and aromatic Hot Coffee Caffechino ☕️, setting a positive tone for the visit. Opted for the meal for two at ₹600, and it was worth every penny. The two burgers were deliciously satisfying, complemented by two refreshing cokes . The french fries were perfectly crispy, and we even received four ketchup pouches, ensuring we had all the condiments we needed. The ambience was impressive, maintaining McDonald's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The overall experience was truly awesome, making it a visit to remember. Highly recommended for a delightful meal!

It's always McD time after movie. Kids just love the food here. Went with entire family. Good ambiance, food, service, people around, it just makes feel good. Will suggest to use McD mobile app for getting extra benefits plus you get points too which can be redeemed whenever you come next. Parking is more than enough so people concerned about their vehicles should be tension free. We like it and will suggest people also to visit atleast once.

It's just minor amount to pay for parking but it's huge place to park your vehicle.

I did not like the location. Bad cleanliness. I arrived and they were taking out a damaged device for repair. The transportation method was unhealthy. Someone was inside the restaurant working on installing a device. The same thing happened in a disgusting way. If I had not been starving from hunger, I would have left there. It was the worst experience in McDonald's restaurants.

Instead of medium fries order staff were giving small fries to customers and this happens every time either I dine in or placed a order . I had complained many time about this to the store manager bt nothing will changed bt there staff.. Ac is not working from many months at the store at Raipur, Ahmedabad store. There were many persons waiting in line for orders bt staff were not opening second counter for billing nd taking orders.please take it seriously customers having many problems please resolve it as soon as possible.

Nothing needs to be told about this place. McD still has it's top notch quality food, I went there in the morning and I was the first customer. The staff was very well behaved, and the best thing about them is that they didn't simply took my order but they suggested me a super nice offer and that impressed me. I had breakfast there, but they don't have breakfast menu like other McD outlet but they still serve McEgg, so I had McEgg, Cappuccino, muffin and fries. Soooo...Good. Service is extremely slow. I was in hurry as I had to board bus. I placed the order and even after 15 minutes my order was not ready. When I complained then they started preparing my order. The service person spilled my drink while he was preparing it and later he ran out of syrup which means he need to refill it costing me another 10 mins. I asked them to give me fountain coke and cancelled my drink for which I paid extra bucks. I request the management to train their employees to provide quick service.

I have been experiencing this second time that o ordered from macd app and they are not deli The order and is in the kitchen till 50 to 55 mins after calling them they are like they dont have rider to deliver if this is the scene everytime why are the accepting the order they should not accept it if they can’t deliver the order and when i call them they are like aa jayega Apka order ya refund kar denge if they want to behave this casual they should shut it down only unacceptable behaviour and should look into the matter we are not placing the order for getting refund or for waiting long hours

McD food is undeniably awesome as always and as expected. Having said that, the bustling crowd especially on weekends makes me uncomfortable at times. With so much of foot traffic, it should be really hard to maintain it super clean . Washrooms are pathetic. I had to once report it(that was the last and first attempt at using their washroom). Sometimes the strong smell of cleaning lotion/detergent force me to finish business soon and wind up.

If i can give 0 star i would like to do that, pathetic service 0 highness very low service staff was just busy in taking order no one was looking for clear pending order, It felt like road side stole more then a McDonald's. After an half an hour they clear my order still missed to give me peri peri seasoning and have to go back to counter when i complained about staff was saying have given so i took my order and make them see that he have forgot Pathetic experience it was till now in McDonald's. Staff is very illiterate, need to train the staff to maintain the prestige of the franchise. Also food quality was not as per actual McDonald's parameters. The burger we were served was as cold as the Coke. If McDonald's really looking forward for this branch, then should take immediate action otherwise it will not work long.

I personally am a fan of mc Donalds, of its American cheese supreme especially. But this time when I tried its cappuccino, I really was disappointed. It was of very thin consistency, water content could be sensed in the first sip itself. It was like I was given boiled water , not coffee. So I personally wouldn't recommend coffees around here. But you must try out American cheese supreme and gourmet collection cheese lava burger.

Taste of burger , mcpuff and cold drink was very good...there is veg and non veg boht items are available..sitting are is great but few places they have but staff of the place they said they don't serve only this I found little bad. The staff is full of kids. They're running inside the kitchen, chitchatting over a corner. First time I found fries half cooked and Mcspicy burger which is not even spicy. The day we visited, even the air conditioning was not working. People are just sweating and eating. The toilet and hand wash area was also very dirty.

I visited here on Sunday evening time , worst delivery process. I had tried at mcDonald's Maharaja double tapping Burger , chees Burger, so Taste as usual good, but I faced a very poor management for everyone who came here that day. McD bill counter person denied for card payment and asked for cash payment after that I asked him to their higher manager and they open 2nd country for card payment after complaint or request. Hope this review will help.

It's all over good the taste the shape ....but there's a problem with service and management.. Also there a shortage of straw and tissues.. Because they didn't serve the tissue paper in our dine in meal

Good quality burger.. Good staff... Sometimes staff is rude.. And sometimes they very responsive and answer gently.. After renovation of the shop, more tables are arranged and lightning were great.. At night, the seen is very beautiful and you can spend quality time with friends.. Rice bowl is not good.. I don't like it... Parking is available.. Ice cream also available here... You can also celebrate birthdays here..

Most of the things were almost as good as a other McDonald's outlets. However, the staff here were poor at customer service. Nobody was at the softie machine and I needed to wait until one of them was free to give me just one softie. That was very inefficient. Otherwise everything else was alright.

Even though we have a lot of places to go, we still feel that home environment in McDonald's. May be because they have the first franchise to come and offer their service. I remember going to McDonald's back in 2008. So it's a long way. I love to be here.... Each and everytime.... Will go again and will keep going.... Taking my family.....my friends...... This McDonald's chain is located inside 10 Acres so there is a parking charge of 10 Rs for Two wheelers and 30 Rs for Four wheelers. The latest plus to this outlet is its newest McCafe. This is the only McDonald's outlet in West Ahmedabad. It accepts payment through PhonePe, Paytm and one can avail discount using McDonald's app too.

They are maintaining sanitation very well with frequent mopping and cleaning all the tables. While my order was being prepared I had a short chat with the manager and he is really a great person. Woman who attended my order was jolly and considered everything I wished to order without any trouble.

As usual no other veg burgers can beat their aloo tikki burger. Super value and same taste since years and years

Ambience is great. Outlet has a capacity to handle huge crowd. Cleanliness is good. Most of the staff members are friendly but some are little rude and ignorant. Sometimes they forget to give one or two food items from your order but you can ask them for it just keep your order receipt with you.

There is a dearth of places to get a decent western style of coffee, much less a latte or an espresso, but my friend and I were surprised to find it here, in a McDonalds of all places.

Burgers quality was not so good and not proper toppings only Tometo and green chilli in burger not enough sauce also burgers was cold.. very bad experience and wast of money..
