So upset and actually very, very disappointed with the after sales service from this store. I called into Mazzucchelli’s marion store back in November with a tag heuer watch I had previously purchased. I explained to the sales lady who assisted me that I was little concerned as the clasp had broken and that this watch was used as a dress watch and not worn everyday so hardly used. The watch was just out of warranty but the sales assistant who was actually the Marion store manager told me that she would send the watch back to tag, and they decide if the clasp is faulty or not.. I was happy with this. I later find out , after I make multiple phone calls to see what the outcome is, as I really want to get this watch repaired , that the cost of the repair would be over $300 and the watch was not sent back to tag as I was informed for inspection by the store manager , but to a generic watch repair company Not happy , off we go back to the store to ask why, The Tag sales representative just happened to be setting up a display in store the day we again visited, so my husband had a chat and was informed that all tag watches should be sent back to tag for inspection. I have made countless more visits and several phone calls to mazzuccchelli’s Marion. The store manager had previously said to me that I was to, “leave it with her “ and she will get back to me . I trusted this sales assistant as she was after all the store manager. It is now the end of January , and I have heard absolutely nothing from this store manager not even a curtesy phone call. Horrendous service from the store manager at Mazzuccchelli’s who actually promised me on more than one occasion that she would sort this matter out .

Bought my wife a Vera Wang Love collection bracelet for Christmas last year, within 1 week a diamond fell out. I brought it back 18/1 and asked what they could do, they said they would need to send it off to Vera Wang, which may take I while, I said that was fine. Didn't hear from them for months and had sort of forgot about it (apparently they wrote my phone number down wrong). Went into shop in June after finding time to get in there and enquire, they didn't seem to know where it was, I left my number and they called me back after having tracked it down a week later and left a voice message it was there and $238 to replace the diamond. Firstly, I was disappointed it wasn't covered under warranty having fallen out within a week or so (A reasonable expectation as a consumer) and secondly $238 to replace a single small (2-3pt stone) is egregious. I could have had it done at many other manufacturing jewellers for a quarter of that price. I was disappointed they don't back the quality of their products, especially something as nice as Vera Wang, but secondly disappointed by what can only be described as price gouging in the repair cost. The staff were empathetic and as nice as they could be under the circumstances, but unfortunately "diamonds aren't covered under any warranty“ and “it's store policy“ and their “hands were tied“. Needless to say my likelihood of shopping at Mazzuchellis is unlikely and purchasing Vera Wang again equally so.

Nicole and Denise were amazing. My mum purchased a couple of pairs of diamond earrings for my birthday, although we ended up exchanging them, as they weren’t what i’d typically wear! the process got tricky with their system as it was exchanging 2 products at once (one being something she had also exchanged once prior to gifting as well - even more complex), but they went above and beyond for us. they called their head office and ensured we were able to walk out happy, and with the product we wanted, despite the process taking an extended period of time for them. on top of that, they were super helpful during the process of choosing the jewellery, and made sure i was comfortable throughout the entire experience. i couldn’t recommend them more, as i know you too will also leave happy, and taken care of! Denise and Nicole are amazing at what they do!

I felt the service I received after purchasing a ring at this store with an extended care plan was appalling. The left hand doesn’t talk to the right when staff go on leave. After emailing Head Office I received a phone call from the store. I gathered this would be to apologise but it was a consultant stating they were upset I had complained. Still waiting almost 3 weeks later for a quote for a change to my ring. Have now asked Head Office to return my ring. Very disappointing experience. Would not purchase through this jeweller again. Always have fantastic experience through Wishart Jewellers at Glenelg. Should have stuck with them to begin with.

I am a jewellery industry professional having worked at an international level and I found the Marion store to be outstanding. The quality of service and jewellery is way above the standard of most non-manufacturing jewellers in South Australia. Their diamonds are high quality, coloured stones are outstanding and the staff were great. Hetty was particularly engaging and helpful. I would definitely purchase there again and plan to in the future. I also found the Vera Wang collection to be quite captivating and well worth a look if you haven't encountered it yet.

The shop is located at Westfield Marion,Oaklands Park. The shop has alot of gold jewellry only. No Sterling Silver. The prices are expensive. If you don't like expensive jewellry,try Michael Hill Jewellers. They are much better priced for normal families who can afford these items. Or try Pandora Jewellry.

Bought my wife a watch as a surprise gift and found the staff friendly and attentive and was offered a solid discount without asking and no sales pressure. Picked up today and the (different) staff were just as lovely and removed bracelet links on the spot so it's a perfect fit.
