This will be a long read but hopefully helpful for future buyers. I bought a used Mercedes-Benz CLA45 in end of April with Jad Kasper who is an amazing salesman and went above and beyond for me. That said, I am giving this place 1 start for the lack of customer satisfaction when it came to upper management. Two week into owning the car, it came to my attention that the car was sold to me with a defective differential which I made aware to the my salesman. His hands were bound and I had to get in touch with Lilo Ali who is the manager for used cars. I must have called the place 10 times on different occasions and it was always going to voicemail (You will have better luck getting in touch with the Prime minister of Canada). Instead of owning up to their oversight, the only solution they offered was for me to wait a month for my insurance to kick in which I reluctantly agreed. During this whole exchange, Lilo seemed disinterested and apathetic towards the whole situation. I also communicated to Lilo and Jad that in case insurance would not cover some of the charges and that the dealership would take care of it. I have an email of them confirming our in person discussion and that no cost would come out of my end. Left my car at the hands of management. Close to a month goes by with no communication or updates. Again, I had to go in person to get some communication. In the end, I took the car to a garage myself and Jad made sure I got a courtesy car. After all repairs were done, insurance did not cover some of the charges which I paid. I presented the invoice to Lilo and he wanted me to go back to the garage because my method of payment was not satisfactory for a reimbursement (I paid cash for my repairs). I went back to the garage and they did try calling Mazda Gabriel St-laurent on my behalf to confirm that I have paid the said amount on the invoice but as you might have guess it, no one picked up the phone or got back to the voicemail. If you truly value customer satisfaction, professionalism, communication and someone that won't take you on a goose chase avoid this place. Shoutout to Jad for trying his best where management failed.

Overall I am happy with their sales & services and will go back although I need to cross the Champlain Bridge from south shore. It is totally worthy. • Service Department – all 3 visits were pleasant; 2 visits for oil change and 1 visit for parts installation. Nothing wrong with my new CX-3 so far (knock knock). The appointment process via email was smooth and received replies on the same day or next day. Waiting time was as expected or even shorter for my 1st & 3rd. The 2nd visit took longer than anticipated, but they were short on staff. Lastly, they took time to show me how to use newly installed ski/snowboard rack rather than simply explaining. Thanks Jacob & Neme! • Parts Department - Rather than simply quoting what I asked, he (I think his name is Mario) asked questions to understand my needs and consulted other options that could be a better fit based on my car’s profile & my needs. I appreciate honest consultation from the parts department. • Sales – I’m keeping my previous comment November 2015 when purchased CX-3, “Just purchased Mazda CX-3 at Gabriel. Gilles was prompt, efficient and most importantly does listen to our needs to find just the right car for us at the best price! Definitely recommend shopping at Gabriel st Laurent and ask for Gilles!” Here is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5 for their sales and services: I would have given 5 stars if I had gotten notified for the parts availability (roof railing) before I asked them. FYI, I purchased CX-3 in November 2015 with a roof railing & ski/snowboard rack options knowing that the roof railing was not available back then. I got told that I would be contacted as soon as the roof railing is available. The roof railing was installed during my 2nd service visit for oil changes in May 2016 but I had to ask. I am a firm believer that customer service outstands when something goes wrong. There were a couple of hick-ups but at the end, they were all sorted out promptly.

When I first walked into Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent, I had no intention of buying a Mazda as I had never considered one in the past. However, I was simply curious about their different models and what they felt like. That very first day, I was taken care of marvellously by Jay and his team. I believe their professionalism in their field and clarity and their explanations made me feel at ease right away. After discussion, Jay proposed me a model that would be tailored to my needs and suggested a test drive. Compared to all other car dealerships I’ve been around, Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent were proactive in their process which was a huge incentive for me to anticipate buying a vehicle there. Little that I knew, that same day, I was sold on a beautiful CX-50 GT Turbo. In the process of the wait time to receive the car, Carine took care of the financing, protection packages and other documentation. The process with her was amazingly smooth which made the transaction a breeze. Delivery day had finally arrived yesterday and the enthusiasm I had was reciprocated by the team as well. Jay took his time to go over all the features in the vehicle - a real outstanding white glove service. Finally I got to take home this beautiful CX-50. I never had anticipated buying a Mazda, but it is the whole experience and outstanding service that was provided that made this transaction possible. I highly recommend shopping there (despite living in the south shore, it was worth the trip). You’ll be happy you did your transaction there. To Jay, Carine, Elie and everyone else at Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent, thank you immensely for all the work you did and continue to do. People like you make a positive impact.

The worst Dealer that I have ever experienced in Canada! I only want to explain my experience concerning the dealer department, who bought my car! I have the experience of more than 5 times dealer shipments in only Montreal region. Unfortunately, the member teams of this company are not professional enough not only in their job but in their behavior! They are so rude and contact you without any respect! I filled out a cash offer form on the internet and they were the company which asked me to bring the car to see it! I put the car in their parking over a night (24hr). Then they themselves asked me to go there and pick up my check! After all signs, I deposit my check. In the evening, when I was at work they called me more than 10 times nonstop that cause I asked my manager to answer the call during work! The secretary (Ms.ANGELA) talked so rudely with me that your tires were not in the situation that you mentioned! And ask me to buy the new tires in 1hr , if no they cancel the check!!!!!! IS THIS A BEHAVIOUR OF A POPULAR "GABRIEL" COMPANY's MEMBER! Then she herself send me an email and mention the word FRAUD for me as their customer! I trusted you and put my car for 24hr in your company without any receipt, more importantly, YOU have my home address, my phone number! Actually, this behavior is expected from a clerk who has a manager like Mr.....(I do not know his name). If someone like to know more about my experience I can explain more and show you the email that I received from them. Finally, I just want to name the members of GABRIEL who I have the worst experience; ANGELA, ANTONIO and their manager.

I brought in my troubled car (which I bought elsewhere, not here) and they did a fair bit of work on it. I think I paid a little bit more than I would have at some other mechanics but at Mazda Gabriel they gave me a ride to and from my workplace while they operated on my vehicle. They were really nice and it was a positive experience, all things considered. Of course, one of the most important indications of a company's service is how they handle matters when things don't go according to plan. In this case, they ordered a replacement alternator for my car and installed it but the replacement turned out to be defective. I don't blame them for the defective replacement part; I work on computers and I've had the exact same thing happen to me with replacement parts, completely beyond my control. What Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent did in this case was impressive. They immediately assumed responsibility and gave me a loaner car (2017 model with 1k km) to use while they worked on my car, all free of charge, and kept my car overnight to test the electrical system and make sure that this would be the last repair needed. A few days after the repair, the representative I worked with gave me a phone call just to follow up and make sure everything was running well after the repairs. These guys are pure class. And they kind of don't even need to be, because we're programmed to expect poor service from auto shops. I would come back with zero hesitation if I needed work done in the future.

I walked in "off the street" to Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent and received better and more attentive service from JOE and the whole Gabriel St-Laurent team than I've ever had at a competing Mazda dealer with which I've been doing business for more than a decade. If you're like I was, and think honesty and integrity are too hard to find in a car-buying experience, go see Joe and you will be glad you did. He listens to his customers' needs, provides honest and knowledgeable advice, and never once made me feel pressured. And this kind of service seems to extend through the entire Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent team. Lilo (used car manager) gave me better value than I expected on my trade-in. Jeff is probably the most personable and accommodating sales manager I've ever met. And Carine was an absolute pleasure to close the finances with. Truly impressed with my whole car-buying experience here. Thanks again Joe!! UPDATE -- Picked up my new car today at Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent and I must say that the manufacturer's new lean towards a "premium" feel in their product goes hand-in-hand with the premium treatment this dealership shows its customers. I was in the same great team's hands again, and even got some friendly help with the car's software setup from a technician from the service department! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a used CX-7 from them last September. The used car manager Lilo was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Their financial manager Carine also helped me get a very good car loan and insurance. Then in the last month, I had several correspondence with their parts manager Mario by email. I had a lot of questions about availability, options, price, etc... and Mario patiently answered me. He also responds very quickly. Finally, I just came from having my winter tires installed by their service department today. I brought my own set of used tires. After installation, their service adviser Habib told me that the used tires I brought were not very safe anymore for winter driving and so he had a different set installed... also used but in much better condition. And he did not charge me anything for them! Honestly, I hesitated doing business with dealers because of the different "horror" stories I read about them online. They are the first dealership I've dealt with, and so far I am very satisfied and happy with their service. I totally agree with the 5-star rating everybody here is giving them! More power and keep up the good track record, Mazda Gabriel St Laurent!

Not Really Recommended! The service department is horrible. I have a CX9 which needed a part to be fixed. The technician said the car is not safe to drive long distance. They gave me a cx5 (downgraded) only for 3 days. I told them I don’t feel my car is safe or what if an emergency long distance happen. They told me we can not provide a car anyways for longer time and I have to bring back the car immediately. After 3 weeks driving a noisy car, they called me to bring my car to the dealership to be repaired and they told me it will take 3 hours to fix. I didn't want to wait and they didn't provide a replacement car. They gave me a ride to home. Then they called me in the afternoon and they told me that it will take more time to fix the car. This is not how a dealership and a company like Mazda should treat the customer. This is very disappointing and I don’t recommend the dealership to anyone. This is a shame, Even MAZDA CANADA is disappointing. I don't know how they get 4.3 review score. Probably most of that from fiverr. The sale department looks good though. Honestly, I have to say, they help customers as much as they can, and I they are professional and knows how to get the job done.

A couple of months ago, my wife and I went to Mazda Gabriel Saint-Laurent to find a new or used car to replace our old Honda Accord. The service was excellent. Patrick introduced us to the new CX3, which has a number of impressive new safety features -- the camera for backing up, of course, but many other features for mirrors, blind spots, etc. On a test drive, Patrick showed my wife how to use these features in a very patient and skillful way. We felt very comfortable working with him. We also tried a used Accord, introduced to us by Lilo. We took that for a test drive, which was again very helpful in learning how to use the new technology. This whole shopping experience was very well organized and coordinated by Rose, the receptionist on duty. Ultimately, we decided that, for our particular needs, a four-wheel drive Accord would be most suitable. The extra comfort and power are important for long commutes to Ottawa, and the all-wheel traction can be essential during winter. However, we were impressed by what we learned at Mazda Gabriel and by the professionalism of the staff.

Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. Completely bogus place. unplanned way of working! When the customer is in to buy a car, very welcoming, when its time for delivery, dont call me and stop harassing me. Salesman, Manager salesman, manager’s manager are all good for nothing. They dont care if a customer needs to be kept informed about the delivery date of their car. two weeks these guys cant even get you a delivery date. Worst customer experience of my life! Everybody here is so busy sleeping they they forget there might be customers waiting for their car! When you call them they will wake up and send you a text, ill call you back later. Then you will have an email saying delivery not possible we have to postpone. Thats it. Common cant you call me at least and discuss whats going on? Shameful staff and their way of working. I happily donate 500 dollars of my car deposit for someone in Gabriel group to read this feedback and use this money to train their staff in sales and customer handling. AVOID At All cost!!

After a very bad experience with another dealership, I came into Mazda Gabriel with very little trust left for car salesmen. It was my first car purchase and I was uncertain of what to expect and what I needed to watch out for. First of all, I was looking for a used car and honestly I've never seen a dealership with cars this clean. I was then introduced to Soly, and honestly what an amazing person. He took the time to talk to me and gradually figure out what I was looking for. He didn't try to up sell or pressure me into a bad purchase, he was honest and direct. He gave me a few options in their inventory and let me try them out with no hesitation. Once I found a vehicle that interested me he was very lenient and ensured that the vehicle was brought as close to new as possible. When I came over to pickup the vehicle it was spotless. I honestly cannot thank Soly enough for making my first car purchase such a good experience, I really hope anyone who reads this gets to have the same experience.

Avoid this dealership —— Read my story: I found a mazda cx5 for lease transfer on facebook. I and the owner of the lease contacted this dealership to perform the lease transfer. First of all, every time I called, they told me some body will call you back, and nobody called me back. After many phone calls, and two times showing up there, the lady responsible for the financial matters, replied my email. They did the credit check and they told me my credit is not approved! This is while I have permanent job, good credit score, and recently, toyota had approved my credit for a 5 years lease. How is it possible that my credit is not approved for 1.5 year lease transfer. Later I found out that the mazda has offered to buy back the car to the owner. So, I found out why my credit was failed. I asked them to send me the submitted credit application to check for possible mis presentation, but up to know they did not send it. They are dis honest and rude. I recommend avoid this dealership.

They made the impossible, possible. I was searching for Red Mazda CX-30 GT with black interior for a long time yet due to Covid-19 pandemic finding a car with the exact specifications I wanted was impossible. I called most of the Mazda dealers in Quebec and either they didn't have the color or the model and usually they did not offer even a good deal. Finally,I decided to make a deal with George Tayar from Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent and he promised me to find the car,and he is a professional who kept his promise although it was a little time and energy-consuming. He not only found a car I wanted, but also offered me much better discount than other Mazda dealers. His timing and follow up were heartwarming and I am so grateful for all his attempts and good works. In addition to him, I like to thank other Mazda team members including Carine Hayek and Mr. Moro for all their help & friendly approaches. Wish you guys all the best and please keep up the good work

I have been going to Mazda Gabriel St Laurent for vehicle service for over 5 years now and have recently finished the lease process and just had the vehicle delivered. The service provided by Umar has been exceptional for finding and selecting the vehicle... I felt he genuinely cared about my needs and took the time to go through the variations in rates and prices for several different models along with getting me the answers I needed for any questions I had both before and after delivery. My experience with Carine was very positive as well for finalizing the lease contract and selecting only the extra protections I needed. The manager of the dealership, Moro, was extremely pleasant and helpful to interact with providing me with a space to take an important meeting call while in the middle of the sales process. Totally recommend this dealership for buying or leasing your vehicle, as well as for the maintenance needs for your vehicle.

In march I bought a used car from sales rep Sabri. Over all very good sales rep. There was a few issues with the car.. i wasnt surprise since its a used car and i was expecting it. But Sabri made sure to fix all the problems before he can give it. After 2 weeks the cars ac was not working i called sabri and he made sure to fix it anyways . Chloé the technical service department took over and she also made sure to take care of the problem.very kind. I had a vw golf since mazda coudlnt find the issue she sent it to another dealership to fix it. I felt assured things will be taken care of .I would come back to this place. No dealership will be perfect (and i went to many hefore this one who was not very honest) there will always be problems.They dont know much about the specs of every use car they are selling since there is so many however at least they will fix everything and make it right.

Ok I had been going there for almost 1.5 year, and it was going fine but on my last visit the maintenance guy lied flat to my face. I went for oil change and at end asked him for report. He told me that they give detailed report only on annual maintenance which I should get done in 1 month time (before start of winter as I had it done in 2016). When I told him they used to give me report before he told me that I remember incorrectly and they never gave any report before and only did oil change. And he said that they had reduced oil change prices. At the time I didn't remember 100% sure so when I got home I checked my old bills and found that he lied to my face just so that I would go again for annual checks. Also the so called reduced price for oil change was a lie as well. Never going there again. He lies and told me I remember incorrectly.

I just want to give my feedback about your service booking system. It is a real nightmare trying to make an appointment with you guys. I gave up and just went straight with another dealer. 1.) If you try the online version. Forget about it, you will never get a call back or email. It is not the first time, I just keep insisting because you are closed where I live but I am tired. Mazda Des Sources has a really nice online booking system 2.) Calling is even worst, they transfer you to the service department where they never pick up and you are diverted to a voice mail where they never call you back. You definitely need to improve, having a nice building doesn't make a customer to come back. BR UPDATED: I got a call from Jim and he will follow up the booking system issue and make the necessary adjustment.

Exceptional service - went for oil change and maintenance, mentioned having problems with my hand brake - they took the car in , lend me another car (with Discount at first as theirs was gone), called me later that have to keep the car few days to fix the hand brake (actually they changed the entire brake system on the back including disks and pads). did some touch-ups on previous recall and all this under warranty -even applied discount coupon for the maintenance;) The car was bought in Quebec city used the previous year but that is not a problem with them. Jacob kept me informed during the process and was making sure my needs are met with the replacement vehicle and the progress status of the repair. Overall - they put a big smile on my face - thank you guys and girls from Mazda St-Laurent!

I want you to know how much I appreciated the excellent service provided by Jacob when I had a seemingly unresolvable issue with Mazda Canada over a passenger airbag safety recall on my 2009 Mazda B4000 in spring 2018. While numerous, exhausting long exchanges between another dealership, myself, and Mazda Canada did not manage to resolve the problem to my satisfaction, Jacob’s great communication skills and persistence in dealing with Mazda Canada on my behalf finally helped track down the required part that was originally claimed to be not available in Canada, and he got my car back on the road safe within one day from my initial visit at Mazda St Laurent. Jacob and the team went the extra smile for me and I won’t hesitate to return for service or recommend to a friend! Thanks very much!

My wife and I bought a 2019 Mazda CX-3 and we are so happy with it! Thanks to Mr. George Tayar, sales person who helped us picked the right vehicle for us. He’s knowledgeable and really did his best in giving us a good deal.Also, to Ms. Carine Hayek from the finance dept. After 6 months, i went there this morning for my first maintenance, and i still felt the same feeling when i first entered that same place. I had a pleasant stay at their showroom.They are so accommodating! I was treated very well. Thanks to Mr. Bob Fagard who assisted me. Overall, my experienced with Mazda St. Laurent was superb! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any work need to be done in the future! Highly recommended!

Avoid this place. Dishonest service center, poor service with arrogant employees. A component of the car was damaged as a result of a Mazda recall. They refused to cover these damages and found ways to blame the driver. Was told the car would be washed and key batteries would be replaced for free. Of course, none of this was done when I picked up the car. Opportunists as well, after the poor service, they had the decency to ask if I was considering selling my car. To top it off, their own employees seem to be leaving google reviews for their own dealership. What kind of honest and trust-worthy service do you expect from a location that doesn't understand the concept of "conflict of interest"?

I recently purchased my Mazda 3 from Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent and had the best experience. My sales person was Antonio Triacca - and he was the definition of a knowledgeable and perfect salesman. I went in very indecisive on what I wanted and he took the time to show me different options and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and at the end I was extremely pleased with my choice. He was not a pushy sales guy, he was patient and very professional. I strongly suggest that if you go purchase your car from this dealer, you ask for Antonio; you won't go wrong and you'll be super satisfied with the level of service you receive. **He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

what a good way to start the day. As one of the first customer that arrived to the new service location on cote de lisle today I was surprised that the place were not finished but I was welcomed by Jacob and the driver( sorry I forgot his name) in such a warm family welcome. I waited 10 minutes for the driver to take me to work and picked me up at 12:30 exactly from work to take me back to the dealership to get my car. The exceptional service I received at Mazda Gabriel Saint-Laurent is unparalleled. I walked in Monday for an appointment with Soly, still unsure of what I wanted/needed in a vehicle and walked out two days later with a beautiful car. Soly and Carine were absolute gems to do business with and I could not recommend making an appointment with them more. Not only did I get the best deal around, but the service was smooth, efficient, pleasant and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone there was absolutely delightful and the car delivery itself was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. The service I receive at Mazda Gabriel is unmatched by any other dealership or garage I’ve ever been to. The location is great, the service is quick and efficient, and the staff are fantastic. I’ve been dealing with Jacob for a couple of years now, the man is the definition of customer service. He greets you with a smile, remembers your car, your file, and provides VIP treatment on every occasion. Jacob and his colleagues take service to the next level, and make this dealership what it is. If I ever left the island, I’d still be servicing my car at this dealership!

I did two oil changing and one repair with them. Switch to them because I saw other peoples review on Google maps. Turned out to be exactly as other people described. Their service is fast and to the point. Don't recommend extra service that's not necessary. Unlike many others, for oil changing, they even top up other things for free. One recommendation that I would make though is on handling customer inquiry over the phone. I didn't very good follow up after phone in and asked about a part aftee the repair that was done a few days ago. But overall, they have excellent service. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

My son had an appointment with LILO sales managers to see a Mazda 3 at Mazda Gabriel st Laurent, I went with him, LILO was definition of a knowledgeable and perfect salesman ,took the time to show us and answered all of our questions. He made us feel very comfortable , He was not a pushy sales guy, he was patient and very professional. My son and I ended up buying two cars , and Carine helped us with accounting part , she is an awesome person very helpful,I strongly suggest that if you go purchase your car from this dealer, you won't go wrong and you'll be super satisfied with the level of service you receive.

from the minute you walk through the doors you can sense that the experience will be quite different from any other dealer in very positive way. The staff is highly attentive to their customer's needs and their no pressure approach makes the entire process so much more enjoyable. Every member of the Mazda St-Laurent team i head to pleasure to deal with ; sales rep Issa Sales manager Islam and Financial service manager Carine were a delight. I know my situation was not the easiest to take on but everybody worked hard to make sure i was properly taken care of and satisfied. highly recommended !

As always I received above average service from everyone with special mention for Jacob the service guru, (JJ) and the lovely receptionist S.T.. 100% Genuine nice people with customer care their priority. Horrible experience ! Went for a part recall but was convinced to do a full service including many jobs that were totally unnecessary ? Came home after paying about $1300 and noise I comalined about was still there. Went back for the noise paid about $100 again and guess what ? The noise on the rear wheel was back۔ I missed work and went again...... Got fixed and they still tried to charge. During these repairs and spending over$ 1400 ingen warning sign came on ........ Which they didn't take responsibility for. Really strange the way service was handled !

They honestly advised me not to go for unnecessary gadgets. Customer service is disgusting and rude. As well it seems that the service team is pushed to sell and or forced to change things because you can't go in there with out having them try and force different things onto you. Last time I had my check up they were about to change something that would have cost be 600$with out checking with me. Not to mention the service hours force you to take a day off of work to actually be able to go. So they are aggressive force you to pay more and you lose a days work. Never getting a Mazda again.

We went to purchase a car six months ago - had a great experience. We were served by Lulu along with the sales manager. They were both very upfront and transparent. The transaction went on very smoothly. I just went back last week to have my winter tires installed and the staff, yet again, did not fail me. Since I had no time to wait, they offered me a shuttle service to and from work so I did not have to lose any time. Compared to other similar dealerships, this one is one of the good guys. It is always a bit frustrating to have to continually refuse unnecessary services if you don't use your car a lot (12,000 km a year only for us ), and they always want to see you more often than is really necessary, but if you can get passed that, they are just about as good as it gets. The location is hard to get to for us , given the constant nearby traffic issues, and the busy noisy location does not lend itself to long walks while you wait.

Very good service. Relaxed environment , no fake or cheap smiles .If you are looking for best product for your money spend probably this is the place. If not, go and find a small garage on the corner of the street and may be you are lucky. Lilo -Sales Manager and Carine -Finance are good negotiators for Mazda Gabriel and for clients. They have an excellent relationship with banks and other external entities involved in vehicle sale. I didn't get a new vehicle but I feel that a bought a new one . Happy .

We were told there was only 1 person available to deal with used cars and he was busy. After waiting about 20 minutes we left. Other delaers have found someone else to help us in this same situation. The only thing that I can't understand is why, after having been in their new location for well over a year, they still don't have a sign indicating where their service entrance is. It would also be nice if they had more literature and signage in English in their showroom. I know all about the crazy language laws in QC, but why do they refuse to put up SOME English signage while still adhering to the law?

Keep away from this place. Dishonest dealer, hidden fees, poor service and don't even respect the warranty of their cars. I got a Mazda 3 from them in 2019, I got a lot of issues with the services as the car would make noise after an oil change, shake after a tire change, etc. I since then moved to another dealer and I've had no issue. The personal is rude and unhelpful. They tried to blame me for having bad tires, but they sold them to me... lol Like I said, just keep away...

We are always so well received and taken care off. Post sale is better than the sales team!! Jacob and Nano, from the servicing department, regularly offer an un-parallel after sale care service. Last year, they both went beyond their role, during the crazy Xmas and New Year cold period. The service center was closed but they managed to personally bring us a courtesy car to support our family needs during that time. Our car had a dead battery. You guys rock!!

They are deceitful, and did not honour the guaranteed price generated by an interaction on AutoTrader. After making excuses that cheque-signer had just left, and inquiring if I preferred a trade-in, they then lowered the offer by almost 20%. The excuse was that it was an Ontario-registered car (nonsense) which they knew as they had the VIN. This felt like a bait-and-switch to do nothing but get me on the lot. Do business with them with your eyes wide open.

I am quite disappointed in their ability to communicate with customers on technical matters. I have been trying to get a hold of the technical advisor for over a week to discuss a warranty repair as well as some other aspects of my recent service which were unclear. Overall, the the comments on the service summary were quite vague and outright false. To be quite honest I don't see how this level of service supports the premium price from the dealer.

Leased my car in June 2014 right after they opened. Very professional and they get things done quickly. Feel like I got a good deal. Also had body work done twice so far (unlucky me!) and they were very quick to respond to my questions, gave me a quote via email through pictures and set up appointments very quickly. The used department's manager is disrespectful and wouldn't even meet you, he would use one of his sales agents as a middle man/woman, and wouldn't even bother to check the vehicle you are offering. Avoir this place: horrible experience all the way! Took a leased car came with damage. Still waiting for repairs after 5 months! Tire changes takes 2 hours instead of promised 30 minutes. No customer support, good luck to get anything done here. People who you start working with (sales rep, financial guy) all quit! Avoir avoid avoid!
