I had a great experience at this Maybank. I went here to set up a new account as an international student. I was the first student they processed and they took up the challenge. The staff gave me their full attention and helped me every step of the way. I am so thankful for banks like this that will take the time to help explain things and weed through the paperwork together. It’s not easy coming to Malaysia from America as a new student, but the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Five well earned, well deserved, stars.
Made appointment at branch for 9.30am, still need to que to get number. Once get number (written), need to wait from 9.45am to 11.45am. Their numbering system are too BAD, not systematic at all even numbering screen are not functioning, they only call our number verbally and not following order. Numbers were called randomly. Peoples that away too late come settled their process earlier than me. Very³ BAD experience at this branch. Please improvise!
Please advise me if I have bank card with me why do I have to queue up at counter to withdraw my own money?? I could have go to ATM machine directly !!!!!! Following SOP n they are good enough to let warga emas in first . Only that the warga emas have to sit in the sunlight . My wife went in but one of the malay staffs was a bit arrogant with her way of talking n embraced my wife by talking bad about me taking money out from the bank account without my wife's knowledge as there was some money missing from her account . Maybe that malay staff is racist .

Come in 10.30AM and settle all in 11.30AM for opening an Account.Everything works smooth and staff are really friendly and helpful. Even I saw they’re friendly with foreigners too. Highly recommended …
Tried calling for the bank today 01/04/2022. 8 times called, 4 times they answer but instantly put down the phone. If it is not urgent we wont be calling you directly. Pls buck up your customer service

Super slow. I arrive at 9am, told me 9:30am only open, then queue up for number, wait for more than 1hour only my turn, by the time I come out already 11am.
To open a saving account it took almost two and half hours (0942am until 1210pm). Got 2 customers (foreigner) infront of me, and 3 counters opened.
Baru2 masuk terus mai tanya nak buat apa and tolong ambilkan nombor. Tak biar kan pelanggan terkapai2 sorang. Mungkin sebab datang awal.
Really bad..please change your starting operation hour to 9.30am instead of 8.30am. Wasting 1 hour to wait until they operate at 9.30am.

申请开银行户口 说什么3天后就会通知。5天之后打电话来说什么资料不能通过 然后说再看看之后联系,到现在一点消息都没有。联系客服也都是系统回复,已经2个星期了 我只是要一个小小的答案都那么难?需要什么也不会一次性说完 还要人家每天来回跑一趟
