My Mazda cx5 diesel suffered from a serious power issue, the engine started running rough intermittently, then the car stopped twice on the freeway. I brought the car to Mazda twice, the first time they didn't find any faults, the second time Mazda diagnosed the issue to a faulty high pressure fuel pump and provided an eye watering quote to replace it. I brought the car to Master for a second opinion and accepted Kaz's recommendation to do a full diagnostic which found the issue to be with the common fuel rail and not the fuel pump. Kaz and the team at Master are true professional and persevered to find the root cause to the problem, they kept me in updated with progress, fixed the issue and saved me thousands. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone in need of a car mechanic.

Husband brought my car in for a service as it was repeatedly stalling. The team diagnosed the issue, cleaned out the engine, fixed the RPMs. My car now drives very smoothly, acceleration has improved significantly, gear shifts are the smoothest they’ve ever been and it no longer stalls! I’m also really impressed with the service. They kept the car an extra day to do a cold start to make sure the stalling didn’t occur again. They’re also very communicative and explained everything to my husband, including what needed to be done and then afterwards, about what had been done. We will be back for our regular car services and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Master Automobiles to others.

Needed some repairs done on a dodgy DPF and Kaz and the team here sorted out the issues that were causing it to block, gave it a clean and it's been running well ever since. Had my father's car serviced here too and it's now running better than ever! Many mechanics just change the oil and send you on your way, but from my experience here, they are very thorough and detailed. They also take the time to explain the issues. Couldn’t thank Kaz and his team enough for their work on my wife’s car recently. Took the car to the manufacturer to have it looked at thinking they could make the necessary repairs. The service they provided couldn’t have been further from what was required.. Kaz then took on the job on providing his thoughts and a ballpark figure and he couldn’t have been more accurate! Fixed the problem, engine light has now stayed off since he completed his work. Highly recommended!!

Very professional. They helped me over the phone in relation to burning sulphur smell in my car exhaust system. They had advised me to use unleaded 98 octane fuel and run the car for about 5 minutes until the sulphur smell diasppeared. The idea worked thanks guys. Will probably get my car serviced with you in the future :) very happy car is running smooth and clean. Love my mazda 2 MAZDASPEED.
