The Masjid E Syedna Bilal Radiallahu Tala'anhu is run by Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunnat Shaikhpet , which is a Sunni Muslim organization officially registered with the Government of Telangana. The organization aims to connect all mosques and madrasas in the state of Telangana and make them centers for helping the community in various needs. They also organize educational, cultural, and spiritual seminars to educate and train Muslim youths.
