Ma shah Allah, A great contribution from Syed Ahmed Rizwan Shah family for the Muslim community of Alberta especially South and West Edmonton Area. More than $16 Million are spent including land and construction. Four thousand people can offer prayer at one time. It will have a Library that will be opened for 24/7 under strict surveillance so that children, youth and ladies and gentleman can come and get benefit from the facilities like Islamic Jurisprudence, the Quran, the Hadees, Internet, Computers, general knowledge, all sciences, audio and video lectures on related topics. Food for poor people from all faith, color and cast will be served in a dignified manners. Complete Funeral system will be provided. Partly will be opened from First of Ramadan (May 16, 2018) lower area for five times prayers and Taraveeh salat. I am really impressed, the long life contribution from one family. We must come forward and donate by writing cheques or online through paypal etc for quick completion and operational expenses.

Recently visited under construction mosque. Portion of Masjid is likely to be open before Ramadan (May 16, 2018). Once completed this will be the largest mosque in Edmonton. Construction seems to be of high quality and have ample space for both brothers and sisters. Also it has arrangement for Ghusal. I have been informed that this mosque is being built without getting donation from anyone. Long term plans are quite ambitious which include starting islamic school from elementary to high school. May Allah make this dream a reality and provide means to sustain and even improve it further. Looking forward to offer first namaz in this mosque.

The masjid is fully operational. It has an appointed Imam (Mufti Ismail Shah), and "All 5 times obligatory and Juma prayers are being performed here , Alhamdulillah" here's the announcement by the Imam (when I went to offer my zuhr salah this weekend.

Everytime, I have been to Edmonton, I have attended various prayers et this mosque. I have been impressed by the facilities in and around the mosque and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this mosque and pray.

Visited here on Feb. 22nd, 2020. Beautiful mosque, still under construction but one can pray here. Not sure if they hold Jum'ah. Lots of parking available.

New mosque in town. Molana is from hydrabad in india. They belive in Allah and allah only and they also belive Mohammed S.W.A was the only prophet.
