After a long flight to London I was desperate for a massage and found Marylebone Thai Spa on a friend’s recommendation. I ordered a 60-min Thai combo massage to help with the tension all over my body. Booking was extremely easy: simply call or complete their online form and you can get a same-day appointment. The therapist asked how I liked the pressure, to which I obviously replied “very strong please,” and she walked on my back — she was pretty much body-surfing, really, it was quite impressive — while managing to dig into every knot that needed to be released. It was a brilliant experience and I knew I had to go back at least one more time. During my second time here, I decided to go all out and asked for the 90 min massage with the body scrub and Thai compress ball. This was an incredible decision. Upon my arrival they gave me a nice bottle of water and led me to a personal massage room with a shower area in the corner (for rinsing off the body scrub). The scrub was awesome and made my skin feel smooth and polished. Again the massage had the perfect amount of pressure. Really deep tissue and digging into all the knots and tightness on my back and legs as a result of over 10 days of nonstop walking. I HIGHLY recommend getting a massage with the Thai compress ball addition. It smells terrific and is the perfect way to seal in all the soothing effects of the massage. All this to say… love this place. It has a great atmosphere that is super clean and feels very luxurious and premium. The staff is phenomenally friendly and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough! It will be on my list of must-visit London experiences from now on.

Professional service, excellent treatments. I have visited Marylebone Thai Spa with a friend couple of weeks ago. Very ideal location, the spa offers a great range of treatments, from body scrubs to deep tissue massages. Beautiful interior, calm atmosphere as soon as you enter the spa. After a short consultation, the therapist advised the most suitable treatments for us. The massage was absolutely perfect. One of the best and most effective deep tissue. The therapist managed to get rid of all the tension and hard parts of my lower back and advised appropriate aftercare. Every room is equipped with its own shower and a towel warmer, a big plus to the spa. Thank you for a lovely experience and treatments. Cant wait for my next session.

Absolutely terrible experience, unpleasant customer service and by the time I got there I did not feel welcome for the massage. Any mood I had was created by the appalling reception over the phone after giving notice that I was on route but running late. Furthermore, arriving 10 minutes late for a pre-booked £135 appointment does not excuse the rude dismissal received. With no remorse, the appointment was immediately given away and it is sad to see the focus of this "spa" is that money comes first. What a disappointing end to my night, I truly have never been so disrespected at a place that is supposed to generate "peace".

Just because the place is looking poor, you should not call it "a true Thai massage experience".This place is nowhere close to masaages you get in Thaiĺand. Massage table with no hole for the face, no blanket to cover the body so it felt cold, no music or ambience and all you hear is - Thai ladies chatting nexdoor. The lady who massaged me tried hard because I kept pointing where I felt tension, but she had no idea about human body anatomy and kept rubbing the body in any direction she felt like. The place needs to send their masseuses to Thailand to learn about massage. I wouldn't come back

Beautiful place, great range of treatments. I got a voucher to the spa for my bday, used one of the treatments yesterday. Extremely happy about the service! Very intuitive with a great attention to detail. The therapist advised me on which type of body scrub and massage I should go for. The treatment lasted 90mins and I felt extremely relaxed after. The place is finished to a high standard, very clean, calm and relaxed atmosphere. Look forward to use more of my voucher and next amazing treatments. I had a scrub & Thai oil massage today with Yaya and I just had to leave a review. What a lovely place! If you want a professional Thai massage with an experienced masseuse, then this is for you. I had a lovely relaxing time from the moment I stepped in- the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was also late due to train strikes and the staff were very accommodating. Yaya was absolutely amazing- you can tell she is highly skilled and did exactly what I asked for. Wonderful experience, I’ll definitely be back! My skin is smooth and my back pain is gone. Very bad reception, we called twice at eleven and two to confirm the time and change the time, at the appointed time the receptionist said we did not change the time, only the number of people. They also said they called to confirm with us, but the truth is my phone didn't have any missed calls at all. I don't know what happened, but her attitude was very offensive. I've been here a few times before and the massage therapist was good, but the receptionist was very irresponsible and will not come back or recommend anyone who needs massage services to come.

Had such a great experience here! We were able to get last minute appointments by emailing a day or two before and was able to book two 90min massages with scrubs. This was my first experience getting a Thai massage and it was all I could ever ask for! The scrub left me feeling extremely soft and the massage was perfect for me (not too hard or soft). I left feeling extremely relaxed after traveling for the past week and a half. Highly recommend!

A true Thai experience I had shoulder pain for a few week's and I was told by a colleague of mine to try this place I came for an hour and left thinking that didn't help much next day the pain had gone away so something obviously worked nice and clean environment and was told the shower's were recently upgraded staff were friendly so I would recommend and I would definitely be using again if I get anymore back pains 4 out of 5 stars for me

I have been there few times and they are always welcoming and do a really nice job. It is the perfect place to disconnect to the busy and stressful time and come back to the reality brand new. JJ is my favourite one cause she know exactly what she is doing. Very well trained, , pleasant, great technique and also knows how to do reflexology. 90mins is a must to me. Didn’t pay £50 to get rushed by the masseuse. I arrived on the spot, waited for the room to be prepared, got told the first second i entered the room it was already 5mins in and we need to rush. The massage was good but can clearly feel she’s rushing it. When i was getting dressed, she entered with the cleaner saying ‘this is london you need to rush and leace’ WHAT KIND OF MASSAGE GIVES THIS VIBE???

It's clean, friendly, professional and knows how to release the cranks and knots. I went for Thai yoga stretch and hubby deep tissue. Finishing with a lovely ginger tea. I tried it at Marylebone Thai Spa and I can say that it is the best body scrub and massage I have ever had. The place is clean, tidy, cosy with individual shower room which is convenient for me. Went there for a couples massage and it was amazing!! The reception lady was really lovely since the phone call. Our therapist were very professional and had really good skills and techniques. Today was my self-care day so massage was essential I was recommended this place and it meet the expectations I must say that the therapist Lina was amazing! I can absolutely recommend this Thai Spa. I called during lunch time and was lucky to get an appointment at 6 pm. The receptionist is not good. I called to change my appointment time but she might misunderstand. When I arrived she didn't try to explain the situation to me to solve the problem and spoke to me with a bad attitude. I have been here many times and was very disappointed. Do not come unless you want to be upset.

I always really enjoy the Marylebone Thai spa. Their rooms are clean and have shower facilities in the room. All the massueses I've encountered have been professional, thorough and effective always leave feeling satisfied. Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend if you're in London and want a massage.
