The modernized layout and welcoming atmosphere caught my attention right away. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent customer service. What stood out to me the most was the wide range of competitively priced stationary available. It made choosing the perfect items a breeze. Additionally, the staff's knowledge and explanations of the different mailing services helped me make an informed decision, ultimately opting for special delivery. Overall, this post office offers a fantastic experience. The modernization, friendly staff, and extensive selection of stationary make it a top-notch choice for mailing needs. Highly recommended! Worst postal service I ever came across. Absolutely clueless when things go wrong. I sent an item worth almost £300 to a reputable online company and the guy DIDN'T put a postage on it thinking it's 'pre-paid'!!!. After 6 weeks of searching l, calling post office and email correspondence I found it and was held in a depot somewhere because there was an unpaid surcharge!! So I had to pay that and return postage totalling £18, all because the guy didn't put a postage label on it as he SHOUID! Don't bother wasting your time arguing with them cause they'll give you dumb-face and keep saying 'Idon't know' and 'fill this complain forms'. Totally useles shop.

I was delighted with this post office! The staff made me feel valued with their friendly and attentive service. Adding sophistication to the atmosphere was the modern layout. I was blown away by the vast selection of stationary available, far surpassing anything I had seen at the previous post office. I appreciated the convenience of online purchasing. You'll find exceptional service, a modern layout, and a wide variety of stationary here!. Additionally, there is a photo copier so we won't have to go far.

Went into the branch as my travel card hadn't arrived after 4 days of ordering it online. Ravi explained all of my options to me and was very empathetic as I had to fly out on Monday (Bank holiday) and chances are, I still wouldn't have had my card by then. For future reference the travel card takes longer than 5 days to arrive so get it at the branch and it's really quick and easy. Good experience in the branch and great service by Ravi.

Very happy with this post office since I moved to the area in the summer. I run a small business where I often use the post office and I’ve never once had any problems. The staff are helpful and friendly, and generally the queues are short too. I use the drop & go service especially in the lead up to Christmas and it has been very reliable including collecting my receipts which I’ve had problems with in other branches.

Absolutely love going there run by these 2 sisters, no matter it was the queue in lockdown, they just carried on smiling, no moaning, no frowns ever, no stupid questions as elsewhere v often, very very lovely ladies, fast service and helpful, thank you so much for making posting my zillion items so smooth, going to miss these ladies x

Very bad staff I call them if they can check my tracking number to see if my package is there and the lady told me sorry I’m busy you can come and check here ! I’m 1 hour hair way and she is so rude

Returned two amazon items to this post office. Received refund confirmation emails from Amazon within hours of returning items. Friendly service, plus fast and efficient too.

Not many post offices left in town but this one has easy access in terms of parking nearby is easy to find.
