NB: I'd give them (9/10 - nobody's perfect) but rounded up because of the whole-number limit. The short of it: Excellent shop work and a crew that loves cycling The long of it: I'm a demanding, finicky customer. I bought a mid-range, carbon fibre, full-Ultegra bike at another shop. They were "wonderful" up front; cordial, friendly - but they ran the ship terribly. They could never solve my bike problems and things just got worse from there... (BB issues). After getting fed up, I went to Martin Swiss. The owner gave me some advice and I followed-it up by bringing my bike into the shop. It was ready sooner than they indicated and although there was some miscommunication here and there; they claimed to have solved my issue without needing to warranty my bike. Fat chance, I thought. I was a little taken aback when I got the bill; nearly $300 for a service/repair I didn't really want. Shell-shocked, I left. However, riding the bike I was dumbfounded. It was a brand new, problem-free machine. Just yesterday I did 160k and it was spectacular. So yeah, it was better that when I first bought it. Not only was it show-room clean (including parts that never get clean once it leaves the shop floor), but everything was tuned better than the original shop tuned it. If someone would have told me that I'd have been able to save myself a year of headaches by spending $300 I'd have done it - in 12 months the bike spent at least two full ones at the original shop, only to be repaired/fixed in a few days by Martin Swiss. The owner of Martin Swiss even called me a few weeks after the service to see how it was doing. I mean seriously - that's service. Can I understand some people being turned off by a boutique-high-end bike shop and apparent "holier than thou" attitude of serious cyclists - absolutely. But about 8 years ago we also bought a heavy, low-end Globe commuter bike and the store went out of their way to get my wife comfortable on the thing. She still rides it to this day. She would also say that when it came to choosing between the original shop and Martin Swiss, she would have picked Martin Swiss hands down (and really won't let me forget it.) So, yeah, maybe a few people have had some rough experiences (or interpreted them that way) - but I think you find that bikes shops come in all sorts, Where it matters; attention to detail and careful customer service - this one knocks it out of the park (or at least owns the Bike Store KOM for Montréal at the moment.)
Excellent stock. They carry some wonderful high-end products and their new staff is friendly and helpful. The owner though... I've never met someone more dismissive and seemingly disinterested in taking my money. I get that I'm not coming in for a $7,000+ Trek Madone but $1,700 + accessories is nothing to sneeze at and I kind of doubt that the ultra high-end are as much their bread and butter as he acts. He gave me inaccurate information and turned up his nose at the prospect of getting the bike into the configuration I prefer before turning it over. Had I not dealt with the owner I would have probably spent about $2,100 there today. As it stands I'm willing to go out of my way to not put money in his pockets. Which is too bad because they carry great stuff, everyone else there has been quite nice to me, and I'd usually say the more bike shops in the world the better, but I'm willing to make an exception here. Edit to add: On the positive side, they seem to take their time and include a lot in the basic fitting included with the purchase of a bike. Not that I know first hand, but this is the impression I get. Edit (7 years later): lol, bet you didn’t. Glad to see some things don’t change. [Okay, yeah, delete your reply. Fun times bud, I stand by the review.]
I brought my winter bike in for a 60$ tune up. They cleaned it, but didn't oil the parts afterwards, so now my bike squeaks a bunch. The worst part about the tune up is that they didn't attache the rear wheel properly!!! They forgot to tighten the bolt, and my wheel started flopping around as I rode it out of the store. This is not only extremely dangerous, but it shows their lack of attention to detail. I could have easily crashed my bike as a result of their crappy tune up. I also got my bottom bracket replaced there, they didn't install it properly, i had to go back to the shop and ask them to reinstall it again. A waste of my time and theirs. If you don't look like you're about to buy a 3000$ bike the staff will ignore you. They we're very uninterested in me and my bike despite the fact that i was a paying customer. Service was extremely slow and they we're unapologetic when i told them about my rear wheel issues. This bike shop takes advantage of the lack of bike knowledge of the people of Westmount and can charge whatever they want for any repairs. Save your money, go some place else.
I heard this is a bike repair shop, but well, to my surprise, what I found this to be was a good conman skit stage. Martin Swiss Cycles...? You mean Martin Swiss Skits? Anyways, the customer service is on a top-notch level of ill-mannered. They withhold certain information from you while offering you the required fix, and then charge your two or three times extra than what they originally mentioned. I have no idea what came over their mind when fixing the bike that they decided to completely cut a perfectly good chain into two, for absolutely no reason, and then replacing it with another one, and then charging extra for it, when in reality they showed that brake plates were damaged and that's what they would fix. If you ever go to this place to repair your bike, be ready to come back with a bike stripped of it's dignity, it's all upto you now, you decide, what do you want to do?
Very disappointed in their tune up service. Gave them my road bike for a full tune up this April, also bought a new saddle, new pedals, new shoes and bike computer from them. Took my bike for a first ride a few days later to realize even though the bike was riding, the new chain they installed had been mounted wrong and speeds could not be shifted properly. After a very painful 10 km ride, I took it back to the store, at 4 pm on a Saturday. They took it to service right away, gave it back to me at 5 pm and apologized for their mistake. Thanks for that. But if things are bad enough that the person doing the tune up and installing a new chain is so inexperienced or incompetent, then shouldn't someone control the quality before handing a bike back to the client to go on the road? Is this the way things work at that place? I tried writing to them about it but got no response.
Martin swiss had a different working hours and sell different components from another shop down in St Henri. Which gives me full options on what do I need from either shop. History wise this shop has been here for long time. They had someone speak American English, Canadian English, France French, Quebec French and even UK English. That is an incredible team which whoever you are, mostly you can't be the only one in the shop. They can talk you for hours on some of your doubts and even give you some of their data on what you are looking after. Mechanics spend hours on my bike to fix what I am encountered and it never happen again, that is already good enough, but a suggestion on how to prevent that from happen again is really something unique from this shop.
This is my second post only because I’ve been there two times and both times they’ve been amazing ! This is a great bike shop! Very friendly mechanics And very helpful! Before I brought my bike into them. I would be driving my e-bike, and one brake would go out, then the other. Going 40Km then , boom NO BRAKES! Scary! I went there. They completely fixed my brakes at a good price! And very quickly . It has been well over a month since I brought it in. The brakes still work like new. They told me it would be $200. It ended up being 100$. Both brake pad switched. New wires. brakes calibrated and completely fixed. They could’ve ripped me off, but they gave me a fair price. This is a bike store you can trust, and the mechanics know what they’re doing.
This is a great bike shop, a real bike shop, in existence for a long long time with history and reputation. I am not surprised to see negative reviews given the abundance of new bike shops that popped up all over the place, I don't want to accuse anyone of anything however some of the reviews below are simply ridiculous. Wheels not being attached properly, squeaking....give me a break your embarrassing yourself... If your looking to buy a decent bike or get great service/tips from very knowledgeable staff that are cyclists themselves, go to Martin Swiss. If you want to get a bike from Canadian Tire or get a repair done at Canadian Tire, well go to Canadian Tire, compare apples to apples.
It's been 3 to 5 years since I brought my bike in for service at this establishment, but I’m still feeling the ill effects of that unfortunate decision. I was having regular problems with the rear wheel on my Trek 800, so I had Martin Swiss set me up with a new wheel. When I picked up my bike I found they had installed a solid axle wheel instead of quick release one that is standard with that model. Now I cannot transport my bike in a trunk of a car or fix a jammed chain without a bloody wrench. Thank you Martin Swiss for removing one of my favourite features of my bike without my permission. I’m still bitter at this business and advise all customers to be weary of them.
Unfortunately I am very deceived by this bike shop which is super close to my place, dont think I will be going back unless I just need to quickly buy a specific part. The mechanic that served me was rather cold and somewhat condescending. I knew which part I was looking for and how it would only fit a certain diameter. He wrongfully told me that it would fit something else, and when I asked to measure it he retorted: you were given the part that fits with the brand you have... upon measuring it confirmed what I thought; not the right size. Unwelcoming attitude as well as blatantly wrong directions have effectively chased me away from that place.
I've been going there for many years now and I can assure you this shop is the place to go if you're looking for a bike shop. They've went many time out of their way to get my bikes ready on time or picking the pieces back up after a crash. As said in one of the previous comments, the mechanics are knowledgeable. After hearing more than my share of horror stories about poor work done on bikes or bad fittings done at other shops, this is definitely not something you'll find at any shop in Montreal. There's also a good variety of brands to choose from, which allows you to compare and not be pushed to one way without being offer any other option.
I've been buying my bikes and getting service at Martin Swiss for at least 15 years. For casual bikers, going into a serious cycle store can be pretty intimidating. But I always find the sales staff to be extremely knowledgeable and I don't feel any pressure from them. The service staff take real pride in their work - sometimes it's not so obvious what's wrong, but they'll keep at it till it's fixed. When you buy a bike from a real bike shop you're also buying a relationship with that store. The more Martin Swiss gets to know your riding style, the more they will help you get the most out of your bike. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I went in during a ride whilst having a really minor issue with my front derailleur. They did an excellent job on fixing it, however they charged me 23$ for it which I find is very pricy especially when most bike shops do these really minor fixes for free especially if your in middle of a ride. To add to that turned out my chain is worn out which they only warned after I payed (had they warned me before the minor adjustment of the derailleur, it would have been a part of the chain replacement thus not having to pay 23$ for it plus the chain replacement). Over all great Mechanic but terrible service which pays off at times.
Couple of days ago I went there to adjust the brake. First I ask the mechanic to give me an price estimation. He told the at most cost is 30$ for both back and front brake . After a while he told me I can not fix the front brake and you should change all the component of front brake and he told me the price of the component is 100$ and the installation fee is 20$. I reject to replace the component but he charge me 23$ for only back brake!!!! He could not give me even a roughly estimation!!!! Then I check the Walmart and realized that the real price of the component is 35$ NOT 100$. I never recommend this shop!!!
Costa helped me iron out a bike trainer setup. I first checked stock on the phone with him for a trainer skewer and he had great questions and guidance to ensure compatibility. I appreciate how thorough and helpful he was. I picked up the item in store the same day and he helped with a couple of other accessories I was curious about and some troubleshooting questions. No upselling, just walked me through what I’d need, what’s optional, and some customization items that could be interesting in the future if the basic setup gets boring. Great customer service, very knowledgable, super friendly. Highly recommend!
Stopped by the store with a problem shifter (Ultegra 9 speed on a Lemond). Thought it needed to be replaced. Cha Ching $$$ - if you can find the part during this pandemic. Steve took an honest look at the shifter, sprayed it up with some lubricant, et voila...Good as New! McWinnie on Sherbrooke in NDG would not take 2 minutes to look at the bike, nor would GIANT on Sherbrooke in Westmount. It pays to talk to someone that is honest, willing to give a little bit of their time, and has the experience to fix the problem. Thank you Steve.
Terrible behavior with staff. I wanted to start my job there as bike technician. I assembled a new bike from its box. After finishing, they did not pay me and their behavior was like not respecting me. I also witnessed a client who came there to have her bike after being supposed to get serviced, but the manager after a week having the bike in his store, told her that I can not do anything with your bike! Although the woman wanted to go for a bike trip!!!! Not respectful. Not professional. Just looking nice!
I went to get my stuck pedals removed and to install new ones (Also for some minor tune ups like adjusting handlebars and saddle). The two mechanics on duty were super sweet and answered all my questions. My pedals were really stuck and they managed to free them after a lot of work. The service was super quick. When I went into the store , they had many customers, and clearly it is a popular place because of the quality of service! Definitely going back. Probably going to become my primary local bike shop :)
Went with my son to look for a bike yesterday, after checking out a few other stores prior. We has a very knowledgable and polite salesman in his 20's. He explained the different types of bikes, and showed us what was available in our price range, without trying to push more expensive bikes. My son ended up getting a bike (Cannondale) shoes, shorts, helmet, etc. They adjusted the bike while he waited. Quality products and service. The store looks small from the street but they have a lot of inventory.
I was riding on the Westmount Park bike path last evening when I rolled over a large stick. My fender was all bent and broken and I could not ride my bike anymore. The tools in the park were rusted and I could not adjust the wrench. I was with a friend and she told me that there was a bike shop a few blocks away on Victoria so I rolled my bike on its back wheel there just before closing. A very kind man helped me remove my fender and I was able to ride my bike home. Such good service! Thank you!
This is the nicest most efficient and fastest store/ repair shop. They always do an amazing job and are super kind. Just last week I had to get my seat fixed and just in an instant with almost no cost they fixed it. They are also super nice the employees always have a smile on their faces and they are all very passionate about their job. The tune ups are the perfect price for the amazing job they do. I recommend going to this bike store 100000/10 they are kind and do the best job out there.
I have bought five bikes there for my family over the last few years and am very happy with the quality of the service and their recommendations. Unlike another store close-by they are not trying to just sell you a bike that they have in stock. Trek and Cannondale are quality brands and in the long run will cost you less in service and repair than cheaper alternatives. Turnaround on service is also good with a free one year tune up on new bikes.
I was gonna write this review two weeks ago but i completely forgot. went there to get the brake on my bike fixed after i got on it one day and realized it just wasnt working at all. the person who fixed it (who i'm assuming is the owner) was super nice and got it done for me right away so i could go about my day. i'd gone there a couple of times before as well and each time they were nice and did a good job with my bike. very professional!
Martin Swiss has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff! I give them 3 big thumbs up. The mechanics know their stuff, I brought my bike into the shop in pieces and they had it up and running in no time. The best part was that they were very upfront about the cost of everything and performed a thorough inspection of my bike so that I knew exactly what was going to be done to it without any surprises. A special thanks to everyone there!
Was looking for a new fat bike (an almost impossible task). I called the store to see if they had anything in a large, expecting same answer as everywhere else, "we have no fat bikes and won't until fall." To my surprise he said he just got a medium in, and invited me to the store to see if it would fit. An hour later I had a new Trek Farley 9.6, quick efficient service, super polite and easy to talk to.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and fantastic service. Recently I had my whole rear derailleur explode on me, damaging the chain and rear gears. I took it to Martin Swiss, figuring it would take weeks to fix. To my surprise they had all the parts in stock, and the boys jumped on it like a Formula One pit crew. I had my bike back better than new in less than half an hour! Amazing!
Kudos to the Martin Swiss Team for saving my race at the Montreal World Triathlon! My heartfelt thanks to Steve for going the extra mile past midnight after an already busy day to grab a replacement of my broken seat mast at the store and Eric to install it perfectly on my bike just before the early start of my race the very next day. Outstanding service, you guys rock!
This bike shop is very nice atmosphere, with friendly service and knowledgeable staff, thank you Mr. Steve to tune up's the bike and Kris the mechanic, Excellent! I am so happy indeed we just purchase two Trek bike, Emonda SL6 and Domane SL5 we Love it so much. And we wanted to get Accessories and helmet for a good choice of product. Definitely Recommend.
The best cycling shop in Westmount. Expert service will help you find the perfect bike for you. It specializes in Trek, Cannondale, Kona, and even more elite brands. I bought a Trek and a Kona there for my daughter and myself. Both of us totally content with our purchases. It's not a discount store. But you will thank yourself over again for choosing the best.
Great service! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I find it can be a bit pricey, but they can cater to different price ranges and also have some good quality older stock on sale. I went to purchase my first road bike shoes and got an amazing deal, plus they set me up on a trainer to try them out. I'll definitely be going back!
I went there to get my bike checked for the season. Even though they were 2 weeks behind, they took some time to pump my tires and grease my chain, for FREE. Also wanted to mention that they took social distancing seriously. You wait outside while they work on your bike inside. Will come back if I need my bike fixed!
Just went in for a new tire and tube that I planned to replace myself. Told the mechanic I would do it myself but the owner told him to put it on. I assumed it was a nicety because I expressed that I wanted to do it myself. Turned out that 3 minutes of labor cost me 20$ ridiculous! You just lost a regular customer.
Horrible customer service in sales, horrible service in repairs. You ever see shops that just can't keep staff for any decent amount of time? That should be your warning to stay away from Martin Swiss. Go to Giant or Neron or really any other store. There are so many better choices within a couple kilometers.
Would definitely come here again!! I don't know anything about bikes but a super helpful employee (young guy with dark blond hair, I'm sorry I didn't get your name) found me the perfect one! He was very friendly and knowledgable which made for a great shopping experience. Thanks so much, I love my new bike :)
Amazing professional service, and very experienced staff. You will he well taken care of. I came in with a recurring problem with my bike that was really frustrating me. It was maybe one hour away from closing. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found solution and fixed it. Very much appreciated the help!
Steve Dennis was so awesome! He went out of his way to help an athlete who really needed a bike box at a critical time, and totally made it happen! Thanks so much for helping make my World Championship triathlon experience an amazing one - merci beaucoup to Steve and the amazing Martin Swiss team!!! …
Always a great service, I went to repair my front derailleur that was not working and the mechanic went out of his shop to do it for me in less than 5 minutes, for free! I recommend this place to anyone living in the Westmount area. They also have a great selection of clothes for every types of cyclist.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always try to do what they can to accommodate what I've needed (like odd lengths of cables and housing). They also spend many, many hours volunteering at cancer rides, triathlons, etc., to help out the athletes at these events. Hats off to you guys!
Great team with the best bikes and advice one could ask for. I’ve been following their advice to a tee regarding my son’s intro to biking and he has now taken off without ever having to put training wheels. He is so happy which means they made the whole process stress free and pure fun! Thank you!!
Such a friendly and helpful staff. I know nothing about bikes and had to bring my son's bike in for a fast, last minute tune up before sending it to him. They were not in the least bit condescending about my lack of knowledge and did the work faster than I even expected. I will definitely be back.
These guys saved the day! They had a tent set up at the Montreal Esprit triathlon, and were quick to help me out when I needed a last minute bike repair just an hour before my race was due to start! They were incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Thanks again for fixing me up!
Friendly service. The staff are genuinely passionate about cycling. When it comes to repairs, they've always got the job done at a reasonable price. When I had a warranty issue with some wheels I bought, they were quite understanding and helped me get a replacement from the manufacturer.
I bought my first road bike at Martin Swiss and never regret it. They provide excellent service and are also patient with my (noob) questions. Even though I live in the Plateau, I still cycle there whenever I run into issues with my bike or whenever High recommend this store!
Amazing bike shop and wonderful service. I got my new Cannondale there and I could not live it more. They fit the bike to me down to the millameater. Awsome shop, would highly recommend to everyone, especially your high end rider looking for a shop that knows there stuff
40$ to change a flat seems like a lot. Plus I got a flat a week later - they didn't check my tires when they changed the flat. A piece of glass was lodged in the tire. 40$ down the drain. Plus my gears started skipping after they changed the flat... not going back.
My bicycle broke at the Demi Esprit triathlon. Although they could not fix it because of its age, the mechanics at Martin Swiss went above and beyond by loaning me a bike so that I could finish my race. The mechanics were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I purchased a chain for my Trek ALR4 Checkpoint and asked them to cut it to size. There was a miscommunication as to how many links to remove and it came up short. The issue was resolved with another new chain fitted without charge. Customer service was very good.
Outstanding service and experience! They fixed my bike in less than 5 minutes. Staff and manager were friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back. I have also bought a few accessories in the past and it was good quality and great price. Highly recommend!
Came here at the last minute due to some issues on my bike. They checked it out immediately, found the issue and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend coming here if you have any issues with your bike!
Brought my bike in for some minor adjustments thinking it'd maybe take a couple of days and got my bike back within 20mins. The mechanic asked me to ride around to see how it felt and I pretty much almost cried tears of joy. Amazing staff and service!
Always EXCELLENT service - whether in the shop - best fitting on my bike that has allowed me to ride with no pain and much faster, and at races and charity rides where the on site service goes above and beyond what is expected. All with a smile.
They were fantastic!!! Did a professional triathlon in Montreal and had a mechanical issue with my di2 cables coming detached during the first race. They fixed my bike and helped me to be able to race in the second race less than an hour later!
I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Martin-Swiss, the bike repair shop that has become my ultimate sanctuary for all things cycling-related. This hidden gem has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, offering
Expert, friendly service and advice (not to mention solid music in the workshop area) made for a superb and cost effective bike repair experience. I was back on the road in no time and can’t recall when my ride has been better. A big thanks!
Try to avoid Martin Swiss at any cost! I bought a seat there, asked for something durable and they advised me to buy one that was pretty expensive, but they were confident it would last long. It broke after one week... I asked them for a
I had been going to this store for a long time. I think the mechanics are very good ,polite and friendly. However, the last time I was there (and I had just spent some money) I asked the man there I think is the owner, to help me fill a
The folks at Martin Swiss are the most friendly, helpful, reliable and knowledgeable around when it comes to all things cycling. Whether it’s for a repair on my decades-old city commuter or on my road bike, I know I can count on MS!
I highly recommend this shop. People are friendly in there plus they can help you in any bike problem you have. Shout out to the bike mechanic (Kris) He knows very well what was my bike problem in the first place. Thanks a lot!
Poor customer service. I walked in to get a bike tube on my way home I had never been there before. The staff didn't care, was rude, never looked me in the eyes. I felt un welcomed. Too bad cuz the shop and the bikes were cool.
They did great work here in tuning up and repairing my bike. Very knowledgeable and friendly, very clearly not trying to gouge you and will call you before doing anything additional. I will absolutely go back in the future.
Had issue with back wheel break on my bike and stopped by Martin Swiss. Despite being swamped with other repairs, gentleman took time to check it out. He adjusted on the spot. Great service from a neighborhood business.
Best repair shop in MTL. Kind people, great service and super reasonable prices. I was quoted $120 for new rubbers elsewhere but MSC did it for $60. I constantly recommend my friends to get their bikes fixed here!
Eric’s the best mechanic in town, Steve and his team are very knowledgeable, experienced and provide great service! Awesome little store with a surprisingly large selection.. I always find what I need there.
I've had good interactions over the years for my kids bikes. They are always easy going and the sales guys put up with my bike indecisions. There is a decent selection of accessories for such a small store.
They changed more parts and charged me more than what we had agreed on without notice (although I specifically asked to call me if there were changes). Twice. On the bright side, they did a farely good job.
I’ve been into road cycling for about 5 years now and tried a few cycling shops on the island of Montreal and this one is the best thus far with great customer service and expert advice. Highly recommend!
Amazing service Steve is a genius when it comes to bikes and accessories He was extremely helpful posent funny and gave me exactly the bike that I needed along with my two kids and better half Thank you
Very satisfied with the service. Came in earlier today with a busted bottom bracket. Went home with a new bottom bracket and a brand new pedal installed. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommended
I've been in twice recently for little tweaks on my bike - mirror tightening and putting air in my tires. Both times the gentlemen were lovely and super helpful! I really appreciated their assistance.
Staff is friendly. However, the owner could take a lesson or two from his employees on how to address clients. Secondly, and the reason why I will never step foot in this shop again is the
I bought my bike a number of years ago from Martin Swiss and return for service annually. Friendly and professional every tme I visit. Have thrown in a few freebies..much appreciated.
I came in all shaken up because I thought they gave me the wrong size tire. Turns out i was wrong and then then decided to install it for free! Great people, will come back for sure
I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped guide me with my bike purchase based on what I needed, and I didn't feel any pressured to buy. Would recommend highly.
I’ve started going to this shop this year and had amazing service every time. The owner, Steve, is very knowledgeable and generous with his time. I recommend 110%. Great service!!!
Being new to the sport, Steve along with his team have taken great care of me. They are extremely insightful and always provide me with their honest opinion and premium service.
I’ve been coming here for 30 years, and that’s the best possible thing I can say about the joint. Thank excellent service, quick, honest, and they always have the best bikes.
Great shop. Very friendly and helpful. They were closing today and my brakes gave out and they fixed them for free!! Thanks Chris!! Always had a great experience there!
Customer service can be better. If you have the misfortune to speak to their mechanic, you start wondering if this the store for you. Good selection of bike though.
Amazing bike and bike repair shop. Helped me bring my bike stroller in and out of the shop and repaired my flat in under 20 minutes. Fair price and great service.
look no further, Steve and his crew are exactly the type of people you want serving you....passionate, confident and friendly, their service is second to none.
Excellent customer service, Steve and his staff helped me to find the perfect bike and accessories for my needs. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend!
These guys are great! Needed a bike part and really felt like these guys went out of there way to help me. So thank you and I strongly recommend this shop !
Great selection of bikes, & excellent staff, focused on bringing great customer service. Love the cannondale bike selections. Looking forward to returning.
Always helpful in a pinch, will do small fixes on the spot if they can. Have kept my junky 20 year old Norco in better shape than when I bought it!
Amazing service and high-end expertise! No where better in Montreal! The team there helped us resolve an issue with our bike rack in no time
Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Always have great tips to offer!! Overall great experience with Martin Swiss as my local bike shop
Excellent service, incredible staff!! I especially appreciate the handsome arabic gentleman with light eyes, would visit again just for him
Great customer service, low prices. I've been going here for a few years now, after trying some of the other bike shops in NDG/Westmount.
I showed up with an issue on my commute. They helped me on the spot and I was back on the road! Great service and highly recommend!
Bought a downhill helmet from here. Amazing service. Very helpful staff all around. Exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend.
Very nice people. Had a small issue with my nephews bike and they fixed it a few minutes before closing. Would highly recommend
Martin Swiss Made our Vacation and our Summer I have been dealing with Steve at Martin Swiss for quite a few years now, ever
Excellent service. The owner and staff are very accommodating. Highly recommended to fellow cyclists in Montreal and beyond!
Great service ! My bike came back working beautifully. Respect of appointment time. Fair prices. I highly recommend it !
