Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced. My family was shopping for clothes to wear to my sons wedding. My daughter left her purse in the fitting room on accident. She realized it when we were at the register and went back to the fitting room. The employee working at the fitting room said she had found it in the room my daughter used to try on a dress. This means it was the employee who handled the purse and nobody else (it was only a minute or two when she went back to get her purse). When we went next door to Ross my daughter realized her money was gone. This money was from her uncles for Christmas and she saved it to spend while we were in Vegas. It was $70.00 and the purse is obviously a child's purse. She decorated it with paint and put the first letter of her name on it. The manager refused to speak with the employee or even handle the situation at all. She was extremely rude. My daughter was so upset that her money was gone and it broke my heart to see her cry so hard. I don''t know what the code of ethics are for Marshalls as an organization but clearly their employee's and management do not follow the code of ethics.

I LOVE this place. I have visited 3 times now, it is 20 mns from where I live but it is worth the trip. Merchandise selection is the ususal, larger than the marshalls near my place (wich is by the way 5 mns), there's nothing spectacular about the store but their employees, the 3 times i have visited I've received a wonderful customer service, they make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I say this with a cause, the marshalls near me sure is a nice store, but it is half the quality of customer service. For the record: i don't work at this marshalls i am just telling my experiences shopping here, nor they pay me ( I WISH!!!!) for anything. About the store: it has larger merchandise areas than other stores. I was looking for a sweater but they were kind of repetitive.

I went there today and my son felt sick and started throwing up, I know it can be a disgusting but all the associates started making faces and even one of them made the impression as if she had to throw up. Not one single employee came to help I had to get a trash can myself and clean with my wipes and a roll of paper towels they basically threw at me because they were so disgusted. At the end, when I had cleaned the whole area a young man came and said, "it's okay I got". They were all very unprofessional, not because they didn't help but because they all made faces as if we had done it on purpose.

very rude...the lady at the fitting room snatched the shoes from hand saying ”you cant take these in”. After i was done trying on my clothes, i was heading out and she rushed to me to count my items as if i was stealing something. (I'm hispanic) . . . the cashier was also rude, i told her i had exact change and she went ahead and closed her drawer when I had the money in my hand...she just made a face and called somebody very disappointing, not coming here for a long time.

It was alright. Selection for what we were looking for was good. Honestly this place runs on a skeleton crew. 9 or 10 registers and only 2 or 3 open with a long line. Probably due to Marshalls' staffing and less to do with the individual store. Store was good, cashier made good recommendation on saving money with a card. This is more of a suggestion to Marshalls as a company: Focus on more staffing to help out this store because they are actually good.

This is a great place to shop if your looking for good deals. The downside is that if you're looking for something specific, you may not find it here because there have been times that the selection has been very picked over. Come here for basic necessities that you're not picky about- like socks, and workout shirts. You can often get a deal rather than paying full price at a mainstream department store.

THIS LOCATION is well stocked in makeup & skincare(prestige brands) as well as shoes handbags and clothing for the most part. Shoe selection is small. Employees are nice and not smuthering. Can find good clearance here surprisingly and they have the best furniture I’ve seen in a Marshall’s but really I think they overprice their furniture tbh.

I have to hold myself back from buying stuff at Marshalls. So, if it's like a $1 I'll get it but otherwise I just have too much cute, irresistible stuff. Today's haul only $12 + 0.99 tax for son's hanes underwear [$10/3pcs], $1 dryer balls (2 units) $1 for a pineapple balloon on a stick for someone's 25th birthday who looooves pineapples.

Not as many options clothing wise as I would prefer for taller, larger men, but the fact that this location has some is acceptable. Finding shirts for a guy 6' with wide shoulders, or dress slacks for 34 length without a huge waist size isn't the easiest task in many retail outlets. The prices are fair as well.

I pretty much love this Marshall's as my "go to for little gems". I especially appreciate the speedy and friendly check-out's. I was able to buy toys for the fur babes, small gifts for neighbors, and high end cologne for a male relative and gift cards. Forgot to mention the nice TJMX $$ off coupons!

One thing about Marshall's. No matter what state you are in, they all look alike. The store was clen, organized and fully stocked. The cashiers were very nice. The woman in front of us was very ... needy, but the cashier did everything she could to please the very demanding senior.

Giving this place five stars because I found a certain brand of really high quality basketball socks here for a discounted price. Hint: Just do it.... okay, I'll just tell you: nike elite socks. Last two visits they had some in stock and I got some on both trips. Sweet deal

This is a place you need to check regularly because things move out pretty fast. You need to compare prices too, since prices are not always the lowest. Ross is next door at this location, so a quick check there should be in order.

No idea how this Marshall’s was or is. Maps is imprecise. I was simply in a taxi passing by. I can say this: the Las Vegas, Nevada landscape natural and man made is fascinating and not only along the Strip.

Shelves were stocked and fairly organized. Lots of good deals. Great selection of small items at affordable prices - great for stocking stuffers. Plenty of cashiers to keep the line moving. Friendly staff.

This Marshall’s is well organized and clean. The store manager, Kim, is a very kind person. She’s also extremely friendly and professional. She’s always walking throughout the store to help people.

One of tbe better quality discount stores. Marshall is designer wear at low prices. Its not uncommin to ses Ann Taylor, Guess or designer men shirts Calbin Klien and defintely O'sk for kids.

I usually like shopping at Marshall's. However, this store is not very organized. The men's department is reduced to shorts and t-shirts. There was not much to entice me return to the store.

Pretty stocked in all areas. Had decent womens shoes /boots. Purses were low stock. Housewares had a lot of new. Lots of sweaters n light jackets. Holiday items were aplenty.

There are some good funds here at great prices. Not a huge selection or maybe not even the latest styles but there is always something I pick up every time I am in here.

Clothing is ok shoes are pretty good but good luck on finding your size. lines are fast but very slow when you get to the cashiers. they have nick knacks fun to browse.

They have pretty good clothes here for the price. They have both men's and women's areas, and none of their clothes are damaged. Overall 8/10 experience.

Employees were very friendly. Only complaint I have is that the racks of clothing are too close together. It is hard for people to pass each other.

Hit and miss here. Found a couple items of clothing a couple years ago and haven’t seen much that fits my taste lately.

The store put the wrong price and did not honor and give the customer attitude. Unacceptable and never come back again.
