THIS STORE RACIALLY PROFILES! First off, I love my Marshalls back home. I just moved into this area and was excited to see a decent sized one that was within walking distance. My husband and I spent about an hour in the store buying home essentials, two carts worth. The cashier was pleasant but decided she wanted to play with every item and comment on how good the quality of the items we picked were. Okay, new city new vibe... Maybe that's how people are out here. We pay, get a receipt (total: over $550). We order an Uber because we have so much stuff. As we wait, I literally pulled out the receipt in front of the security guard and check all the items before we leave the store. Uber arrives, my husband stars taking the bags out and the security guard says that I can't leave the store until he checks my receipt. I politely mentioned that I stood in front of him for 10 mins and he didn't say anything but now that we're leaving for our ride and the receipt is a random bag he wants to check it?!?!? I didn't look for it and refused. He then starts pressing my husband for a receipt. I had to point out that in the 10 mins we stood inside the store in front of him not once did he ask anyone else for a receipt. We walked out and I will never return to this store again!

When I got to the store the guy at the door he greeted me but did not say they are closing the store in less than 10 min and when the clerk did the announcement the store was closed I had one dress in my hand that I wanted to try on that costed $199.99 I went to the fitting room to try on they did not let me they said the store is closed so you can't try on but instead they made me wait in line for 20 min to pay for it now I got home the dress is a size large on me so now I have to waist another 15 min to drive there or any other Marshalls and another 20 min wait in line to return it. I'm never shopping at this location again such a poor Customer service. Yes I have worked retail manager for 10 years but I always let the Customer to try on 1 or 2 pieces clothing knowing I have to close my tills and this manager did not. I'm very upset due to waste of my time. I never wrote any bad comment about retail associate but this time I had too.

Horrible store!!! Stinky fitting room!!! Extremely hot I guess cheap, penny pinching management doesn't cear about customers and sweaty employees))) hey Marshalls overhead get a towel rack at the entrance so we can wipe the sweet and some air freshener for your sauna like fitting room with soaking sweat personal. There were young people and elderly couple in front of me in the line. ealder people got in there and run out tossing clothing on the floor shouting "go to hell Marshalls no hell I'm gonna spend another second there" and young guys with even worst wording expressed their hurt feelings. Fitting room employee was so embarrassed and apologies for. Everyone told that it is nothing that you can do about it........... screw you....... Worst location

Customer service is really bad here. They have countless falsely labeled colognes and they will blame YOU after you take the item home. Both Maureen and Syuziana at this store gave me the run around. Had to come back into the store 3 times to discuss a $30 issue, only for both of them to refuse. Syuziana couldn't even hold a conversation, kept referring to some sticker she found in the box, and trying to imply I put it there, not remembering her associate Maureen was the one who handled the box last - it was almost as if she didn't speak English. How is this incompetent person a manager? DON'T BUY cologne or perfume from this store. You will get ripped off!

*This review may only be applicable during Holiday season* I grew up next to a Marshalls and know of the ups and downs of the shopping experience there pretty well. This particular day I visited Marshalls was not the franchise's best. Despite having about a dozen registers, they had 3 of them open and the line was very long. People were very unhappy. (Some people were calling out to others to hurry up.) The organization of clothes and goods was almost nonexistent, but you can't quite blame the staff. They obviously needed more hands

This is a new location for me I'm glad my sweetiepie Daughter in law told me about it. Of course in this upscale neighborhood the quality of merchandise is 95% better than middle class or poor neighborhoods. I found beautiful gifts that weren't dirty , picked over or opened YAY ! That I say made my long journey on the bus to get there all the more better. My cashier was very efficient and helpful he has great customer service Skills and that was another plus all together it made for an enjoyable shopping experience

***Terrible experience *** Visited this store to return item both Fred and Jaleem would not do item return because I did not have a receipt. I asked for the company email rather than meet my request I was told to look it up on website. In 2023 why does Marshall NOT have the ability to look up transactions using your bank card that you purchased the item with. ***UPDATE *** I went to another Marshall store, where I received great customer service NO problem returning item received store credit against next purchase.

As far as Marshalls go, it is probably similar to most with maybe a little edge because it is clean, organized and seems to stock higher end clothing. The shoe department almost takes up 1/3 of the floorspace, so there's that. While I've noticed a chair or two, don't come planning to do any furniture shopping. However they do have a nice sampling of housewares, linen, beauty supplies and even a small amount of toys. As an FYI, there is a Michaels (arts & crafts supplies) located right above this Marshalls.

I love T.J. Maxx, but this store is the WORST. Their management is HORRIBLE. I've gone a few times at about quarter till closing to grab a few basic kitchen items and they wouldn't let me in the store, claiming the store was closed. Believe me, I've worked in retail, so I understand wanting to go home early, but you can't just close the store early! Absurd and unacceptable. Headquarters would do this location a grave service in bringing on new management as I am taking my business elsewhere.

Was in a hurry. Went in and found the things I wanted in the home section. There was a long line so they called for backup. I was the last person in line and when I got to the front 2 out of 3 cashiers decided to not help. One was scared of a cricket the other decided to do go backs. There was literally nobody behind me in line. After the second cashier decided I wasn't important enough to ring up I left my cart up front and left the store without purchasing anything.

One of the cashier's came up to us as we walked in the door. She saw my husband was walking with his cane. And he was doing it with quite a lot of difficulty today. She told us to SKIP the lane! For the first time EVER, I saw a register that had a handicap sign on it. NO ONE HAS EVER OFFERED US THIS SERVICE BEFORE! We have waited in a lane with 20 people IN FRONT OF US...MORE THAN ONCE! I am now sorry I didn't get her name. She is to be APPLAUDED for her KINDNESS.

I walked in and I saw a pan that was unboxed and had a sales tag. I walked to the cashier and she told us that the pan was not on sale and brought a different brand of a pan. I said that the pan should be on sale because that’s false advertisement if it had a sales tag. The cashier started making fun of us speaking a different language and that was rude customer service. These people should not be working in customer service. Never go to this marshals.

How come they allow dogs in the carts where customers put there clothes, including underwear. If this is a service small dog , customer must hold it in there hands . If it’s large dog it has to be on the floor . I using this particular Marshall’s location many years. Same situation almost all the time. I called manager few times . It’s against the law and and will report to the Health Department

Do NOT shop here if you have a weakened immune system, or take care of someone with a weakened immune system. More than 4 people inside without a mask (not on their face or even neck) Store manager (Don) does NOT enforce mask policy. Comment was we try to tell people to wear a mask. How about having a policy that if you're caught not wearing a mask you're not allowed to buy anything.

What a delight of a Marshalls to find, as the buyer for the store is right on ! ..I asked your employee Nadya last night a quick question... She went far beyond to not only HELP me but to find EXACTLY what I was looking for !! WOW its refreshing to experience such excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Nadya is a true addirion to your store!!!! Great merchandise at a fair price. Staff is very friendly, but there is limited parking. I regularly visit the store, I'm so cheap it took me almost five years to find the red leather high-back chairs for $49- rather than spend $299 from a retailer. They carry some great Jerry Garcia ties, high quality Oxford shirts, Nice selection of suits and sportcoats.

I Love to shop here. I love to just browse too, but I always buy something. They have so many items and are of good quality too. Today I bought a new lighted makeup mirror. There were many to choose from. The store is super clean and organized. The staff greets you and speak to you as they pass you throughout the store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased two dog beds there a week ago. They didn’t even last 1 day before they fell apart. The manager refused to return them saying it was my dogs fault. Really?? I’ve had dog beds from Costco and from them that have lasted months ! I will never come back to this store

Right clothes right price. whether I'm on a budget or not, Marshalls is the right place for me to shop because if it's divers clothing selection and knick-knacks that I can also pick up. My kids love shopping hereas well because the labels are acceptable in their clickie social environment in school goings.

Rude Rude manager. Yelled at me for entering store about 10 min to closing, to meet friend. The store security followed my African-American friend at first foot in the door. He was so uncomfortable. He was not able to shop. One of the most uncomfortable, jolting, embarrassing moments of my life.

What a great Marshall’s store! The manager was so helpful and Dotty too, who was back in the fitting room area when I was trying on clothes. And even Michael my clerk. This is a really nice store. I spent a bundle on 5 blouses and slacks. (But less than I’d spend elsewhere) Good store!! …

Love when December comes around because retail stores start their early holiday hours, you get no crowds and there is plenty of parking available (underground parking). This Marshalls has a nice selection of holiday decor, gift wrapping and a huge selection of gift items available.

The staff is always so welcoming! ( I did get yelled at once by the woman in the fitting rooms, but it wasn't horrible) I always come back, hahaha! Perfect for last min gifts or if you need to upgrade anything. Parking is free, and there are places to eat!

The prices are good. The manager refused to give me Store credit for something I did buy there. I didn’t have my receipt, which I can’t expect much if I don’t have one. But she actually had the nerve to tell me that the item did not come from her store.

I had been looking for an item forever and I was so excited to finally have found it. Upon l checking out , all the ladies in the checkout area this morning were nothing but sweet and happy for me! They truly made my day 10x better.

Always busy, but never know if they are going to be stocked or out of everything. They literally watch everyone as if they are a thief and they are quick to want to socially profile and ask to see into your backpack/purse/bag.

My favorite place for cosmetic lotions etc so many good. Deals. You just have to look a lil but it's worth it. I fi d so many good deals in the clearance section. Love this store always clean great customer service

awesome store to get name brands and cool stuff for very cheap. their prices are amazing and they never fail to have whatever you need and want. i find myself buying 5 or more pairs of shoes whenever i come here.

Homeless everywhere. Quickly becoming a blight in the neighborhood. Lots of Homeless around by the loading dock and in the bushes on the sidewalk. No grass and human waste on the ground. Beware after dark.

Arrived at this location at 9:10 and was told they close in two minutes when their website says they close at 9:30. Pretty sure they wanted to leave early . Not fair to the customers.

Charged me for a blouse that I did not select and did not have in my bag. But didn't realize it until a few days later so too late to go back and have a conversation about that

As with any Marshalls this one is kind of a mess. The clothes are spread out and seem to have sizes in every place possible. But, the prices are good and the staff is nice.

I love this store. The manager Susie was so helpful, I'll be going back for her great costumer service. Plus, the store is well organized and things are easy to fine.

This Marshalls had a very good selection. It was a full service store with a Home Goods in the same plaza.

Alot of clothing and etc but lacks the amount in each size, only about 50 clothes, 20 shoes per every size
