Horrible customer service, I have never been so embarrassed, and I will never set foot in this store again. I went in one day on my lunch break and bought a few things for my daughter in a hurry. When I got home I realized one of the items had a bit of dirt/dust on the sleeves but I didn't think it was a big deal, it would wash off... but unfortunately it didn't fit my daughter so I went back to the same store the next day to return it. Immediately the cashier looked at it, gave me a dirty look and literally threw it back at me telling me it was worn and they wouldn't take it back. She didn't even ask me any questions. I explained I had bought it that way, the tags were still on it and I was returning it less than 24hrs after I bought it. She called another female associate and a male Manager who were all yelling at me in front of a lineup of customers accusing me of trying to return used clothing, and saying who do I think they are, they're not Value Village they would never sell something like this. They refused to give me a refund and after arguing with them for 10 minutes in front of other people I was so embarrased I walked out of the store in tears. I called their customer service at head office and after an investigation they called me back and said they had "found the issue", appologized profusely for the store staff's behaviour and sent an email to the store manager forcing them to take back the merchandise they sold me. I went back to the store again, the cashier didn't even look me in the eye and didn't say a single word to me. Disgusting customer service. I will never shop there again. Buyer beware... inspect your items carefully before you pay for them because if it's damaged you won't be able to take it back.

Marshalls ,Home Sense, and Winner These three stores are working with the same mennagem ,but they have different approaches. Home Sense is famous for home decor items and bedding. Winner for clothing,handbags, jewelry, and other accessories. Marshalls for the brand name clothing for men and women,children clothing and shoes for women men and children. The most important thing their pricing, are vary reasonable and affordable for people . They have lots of other things, too . This store is vary famous for Men's clothing, shoes and accessories. The atmosphere inside the store is so friendly and comfortable. Marshalls is a great place to go and do the shopping.

Marshalls is a pretty good place when it comes to shopping for clothes. Clothes are the most abundant goods sold in Marshalls. But Marshalls also sells some other basic stuff such as chocolates, soft drinks, phone cases & chargers, cups & water bottles, baby stuff, shoes, couple of household stuff, comics, some toys, etc. The best thing I love about Marshalls is.. THEY SELL SOME RC CARS (Remote-controlled cars), and I LOVE LOVE RC Cars. I am a RC Hobbyist for a long time. So yeah, I really recommend this place, because it sells some unique things which other stores you guys are familiar with might not sell. But keep in mind, prices of shoes can be costly‼️

Went here to buy some luggage tags and check out the beauty products. I was pleasantly surprised by the stores increase in Korean beauty products! It's enough products to make a routine out of the products though not as excessive as the traditional so called Korean 10+ step beauty routine. The face masks are a little expensive as Amazon gives out a more competitive price than what Marshall offers. The store was neatly organized and easy to find products in the aisle or location they should be in. Overall, I would come again to shop for miscellaneous home goods and things I may need for traveling, clothes, or technology.

Terrible customer service shown by some of the cashiers and one of the assistant manager when it comes to interacting with clients and people looking for career opportunities. Again as said by others the stuff showcased is old,pricey and sometime even ripped. Pls don't get surprised if a cashier on the phone right in front of you addresses you as girl as opposed to "a client" while calling a manager. Highly unprofessional only go there because it falls in my neighbourhood, sorry went. I'm not giving business to these guys and also they should learn professionalism and courtesy from Winners right across the street.

I have never seen anything like this. I saw one customer she had a bottle in her hand and suddenly it broke. I felt bad, it create mess near the billing area. But workers inside the marshalls brings mop and stuff and they gave that to customer to clean the floor. Things happen I do understand but it doesn't mean u insult people like this. Is this customer service. I mean if its me I would simply go to the billing counter and paid for that damage. But seriously are you guys ask your clients to clean store. I'll will never go back to this place again. I work in mall as well but I have never seen anything like this.

Nice location but very busy and crowded. Good collection. You might not find your shoe size every time. Can find good deals for less and for that you have to frequent the store. Really nice purses and handbags. Nice clothing items if you dig well in the aisles and if you find something somewhat nice; DO NOT put it back, hang on to it till you find something better because someone else will take it. The only downside is that you won't find something right away, you might have to spend at least an hour there to buy what you came for and also buy something else that you didn't come for but liked it as well.

The store itself is not bad but the service here sucks. We picked up a sweater that was on clearance from $50 to $26 but the manager (or whoever was in charge) said they've put a wrong tag on that sweater because it doesn't match the description and it is supposed to be $39.99. Usually the store will honour the price they had marked on their product but she refused to do that even though it was their fault to put the wrong tag on it. I didn't catch the name of the lady who I believe was the manager at this location today Dec. 14, 2022 at around 4:20pm.

Nice location. Organized and tidy. (Sometimes Marshall's and winners can be a mess). No complaint other than the 3 ladies behind the counter going on about how bad the lady that went over the PA to do the closing announcements did. Sounded like it was the lady's first time doing it (and perhaps someone was coaching her). Either way, not really nice to put someone down like that, and I don't think the customers in line thought it was bad until they heard the 3 women bashing her. Not going to hold that against the store tho, will still come back :)

This is my favorite location and favorite store. I never leave here without spending over $100. However the amount of products you get makes it worth it. Quality is more important to me than anything and the clothes sold here are quality brands priced down. They last for years. I also love the skincare, hair products and home products here. There is endless options of things to buy and I have never had a bad experience here because the staff is extremely friendly and make the experience pleasant.

Old white male with glasses at cashier was beyond rude. I had some socks and he just yelled "THIS IS FINAL SALE" , when I asked why, he just said because it is. I had no intent on returning them but was curious as to why he decided to single me out so I asked for him to clarify (AKA a policy on reciept ect) but he just ignored. The item were still sealed in package so I have no clue. On top of that some tall bald guy working as undercover kept following me around creeping me and my daughter out.

Marshalls is another shopping store I enjoy going to. They have items for men, women, kids, home decors, kitchen stuff. I love browsing in this store and usually end up buying something or going back for it another day.  The risk though is that the item might no longer be available. They have brand items that are almost half of its original price. I have bought items that I normally would not find in other stores.  I always find gifts to give family and friends at an affordable price.

I literally walked into this store hoping to find a fall jacket that was water repellent because my other fleece jacket, the zipper broke and I needed a new one. Not only did I find what I was looking for, it was a Jessica Simpson jacket which had fleece inside and was water repellent! The price was a bit much, but having owned a Jessica Simpson winter coat, the quality is made to last a long time. I still have my winter coat and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon.

I just went to this place and didnt know that they are closing. I saw people inside the shop and thought it’s open. When we entered the shop, the cashier woman shouted in a very rode way and said” we are closing”. She fired us in an indirect way. She could have said; “ we are sorry but we are closing”. Marshalls should have hired better people to keep its reputation. Will never come again and never recommend it to a single person

Manager was easy to talk to regarding returns but the staff don't know how to please me as if they won't accept my returns since the code are missing. They can't think outside the box. And don't know there products or supplier. Because she said ,"we dont have this in our system". Thank God the manager said she manager said just make 19.99 ticket coz that what on her receipt. End of story. It took a while but it's solved.

One of my favorite places to get to on the weekends if I am In the mood to look for good deals some odd ball fashion items and shoes, toiletteries etc. You might want to spend some good time to go through deals on clothing. I recommend trying the stuff out as some of it might have weird fit as these might be old season clothes of brands landing there. Otherwise the products are good though and quality is good too.

Went to find winter boots for boots but not much selection. Since OK items as was able to find wore coats for a lucky family member that doesn't easily find stuff they like. It's a hit and miss this location. They seem to have a lot of great things thar I like but then not since stuff that I need. I went right at opening and the store was empty however there were 2 cashiers open and I don't have to wait long.

Horrible service, you can have a line of 10 customers waiting and only one cashier serving and was taking her sweet time. Other cashiers would pass by and totally ignore the customers. 20 minutes wait is the least you could expect. Never going back to that store again unless managment does something about their staffing enough, well trained associates to serve their customers in timely manners.

Wonderful selections of shoes, clothes, toys, accessories bags for men, women and kids. Housewares,Kitchenware and what not! Spacious store with comfortable aisles. Feels like a treasure hunt where you can find things beyond expectations somedays and somedays what you were exactly looking for at fantastic prices. Ample parking right outside the store with friendly and helpful staff inside.

Clean. Gets crowded and a little chaotic with bargain hunters. Got a couple of good deals at Christmas time for kids toys that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere (hatchlings). Fitting rooms were a mess. Could use a better selection of women's outerwear, being in Canada. The men's side was massive with tons of nice winter coats.

There are loads of great homewares at Homesense, at really reasonable prices. The main things I bought was lamps, cushions and throws. You can’t guarantee the stock they’ll have, but the product is lovely. For someone who doesn’t usually shop at outlets for clothing, I was really impressed and will go back.

Super bad customer service. They just wanna be stubborn and not help a customer with a simple exchange. The manager didn’t even come out to talk on request. Said NO over there intercom. Dated 6 April afternoon. The lady at the counter just looked away and refused to even acknowledge anything. Ruined my day.

Huge space, well placed. Floor staff is cooperative and friendly. Brand names at fractional price compared to their own stores. Huge variety of clothing for all ages, home items, kitchen necessities, shoes and what not under one roof. Premium quality brands and products at fair price.

It is a nice store. Some times they have very nice collection of gifts items. Unfortunately we didn’t get shoes from this store they don’t have my sizeusually hand bags and purses available in variety and low to high prices. Affordable kid’s clothes and toys are also there. …

Very good store. Has clothes and shoes for every age. Clients, can easy find things they needed. Everything nicely stored. No mess. Service in this store nice. I like to make shopping in this place. I live in Cooksville. That place is little bit, too far for me.

I recently visited Marshall’s at Heartland Town Centre and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I found the center to be clean and well-maintained. The variety of stores available was impressive and I was able to find everything I needed.

I like shopping at this store. It is well organized and clean. I can easily locate the departments. The associates are polite, friendly and helpful. On many occasions they answered my questions regarding the products and helped me choose clothes. Thank you.

Very well Organized and clean store. Went there to buy some work shoes even though I ended up buying them at the Sportchek store next door but this Marshalls had big variety and reasonable prices on some branded and designer shoes. The store was very clean

I spent couple of hours to find the right fit at the store, and then at the payment counter to my surprise, all tags on the shirts were labelled incorrectly. Sales person Marina could not resolve and honour the tag price. Just a waste of time.

Among some of the cleaness stores and nicest management and staff you would ever come across. It is very spacious and has a wide array of goods, new items are always coming in and are always displayed with you in mind …

Wow this place is big and full of great brands and products. The staff are doing a great job at keeping the store clear as per COVID, and they have a great selection on women's footwear and winter jackets. Perfect for Xmas shopping.

Very wide and open space with a very large selection of niche products. Items on the shelf may be out of place but that's what you get when you have a wide variety of goods. Would recommend for getting uncommon skin care products.

I like this place! There's really great finds here at great prices. I only wish that they had a bigger men's section as the women's section is large and I'd love to find more great name brands for less for my son.

I like this location , I seem to get good finds here ! Lots of free parking . I like the shoe section. Lots of fitting rooms , never have to wait. But there always seems to be a line at the cash out .

Its a hit or miss like all other TJX stores , however I find this location very neat and tidy no matter how busy it gets as compared to both neighboring winners stores which is completley messy
