Wow. Terrible customer service by a coordinator named Hanna!! I live around in Mahogany and always shop here. I bought $500 in art along with some utensils. I grabbed 2 identical boxes of utensils. Oddly, 1 box was markdown to $30 But the other one is the original price $39.99. Even same barcode. I asked if they can do both $30 for me. The casher was helpful and called Hanna, the "coordinator” to see if she could do this. Hanna said a hard NO. She explained because they are arrived 1 month differently so can't do a price match. Even I asked a few times they are exactly the same and they are both in the store right now, why they can’t be sold same price?? She didn’t care my concerns, no emotion, just said no “I can’t do”. What a terrible customer service I experienced on a beautiful Sunday in my neighborhood store!! I hope this store can bring back more good attitude and helpful staff in the future.

Well homesense, I was just there on Sunday with my fiance, and to be honest, the service I received was absolutely deplorable. Unless you consider being racially profiled and followed by what appeared to be managers of the place, good service, I certainly do not. Just to be absolutely clear, I am a visible minority and felt completely unwelcome in your store by your Sunday managers and staff. Is this how you get repeat customers, because its not working for me. But despite your staffs judgmental ways, we did purchase a piece of furniture from your store, but will we ever return? maybe, maybe not. That decision depends entirely on you, I certainly would not entertain going to this location ever again, because of my horrible mistreatment, and you know what, I hope people read this and reconsider going to this location.

Not a enjoyable shopping experiences coming from the changing room staff. I had more than a handful of clothes to try out, when I am done, I had 3 keepers, all are long dresses and jumpsuits. Upon exiting, I gave the clothes back to the grandma who was working there. She asked me:"Where are the hangers?" I said "They are in the room." Then she asked me : " Can you go get them for me?" Ok, what a weird request, you do realize I am not the one working there right? and plus my hands are full? So I replied politely:" Sorry, no, my hands are full!" Then she threw her hands in the air and scoffed at me, as if my refusal to do her job for her was something ridiculous. For the record, I am here to shop and spend money, I don't mind getting the hangers FOR YOU, but I definitely not with this kind of behavior and attitude.

Not a bad store! This place is always kept up! No issues with cleanliness that’s for sure. The bathrooms are in spectacular shaper and always clean. If you’re a larger guy there’s not a lot in the XXL sizing or size 12-14. The staff is great I have had any issues. When I was in line the one customer service rep paged to make sure I was through which was nice. Everyone’s happy and everyone smiles! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Terrible customer service experience. I walked in, no greeting of any sort (there were 4 people behind the counter). Looked around the store for candles, again no one came to assist me in any way for 10-15 minutes. Couldn't find what I was looking for and left, again without a thank you or goodbye. What are they paying these people for?! Awful experience overall, wouldn't return to this store even if I needed to!

Fairly good selection. Although some of their prices don't seem that good. My wife and I shop here occasionally and most recently we found pretty much the thing we went looking for. The staff is helpful and friendly. Access to the store can be difficult given the location way in the back of the shopping complex and driving through the shopping area on a weekend can be very busy.

I absolutely favour the staff and store at the Marshalls location attached to homesense! Marshall’s staff are top for customer service. They go above and beyond to help me in almost any capacity. The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. I cannot say the same for the Winners nearby or even the Homesense attached. The Marshalls management team shines out!

Honestly thought this place was decent until I found out how unfairly they treat their staff here. It's absolutely disgusting, the managers are extremely rude and not to mention that they underpay their own employees. I've personally voiced my concern to a manager about this and was told that 'they cant do anything about it'. The labour board definitely should be called.

This Homesense-Marshalls store side by side is my favourite. I love Homesense, they have fine selection of bed and bath & home décor, kitchen and furniture products at great prices. Style vary by store though. Marshalls has nice selection of clothes of all ages, shoes and so much more. Staff here are always nice and helpful. Downside is they get sold out pretty quickly!

I received a gift card for Christmas and it didn't even work because apparently was bought at a grocery store. So I have to be incovineced and had to pay when I had a gift card that should have worked fine. If no other cards work with your tills maybe don't let others sell or don't incovience customers. Will not shop here.

It can be highly worth it popping in and checking out the store if you are in the area, sometimes you will find a great deal. Lots of times you don't though, so don't spend your money on stuff that is just meh, Just check it out next time and get the deal on that thing you want if it's available then.

Amazing customer service I was there with my mom to buy a winter jacket … I couldn’t find what we needed and the service rep literally spent time with us digging through the collection till my my mom found what she was looking for Thank you guys for making it a pleasant and satisfying experience

Had an item posted for a sale price, only to be told at the counter a few seconds before I got to pay that the price was wrong and it was more expensive. Did not even consider price matching and it felt as if the cashier lady was accusing me of putting on the sale sticker. Super dissappointed.

Amazing place and great collection of products. The store is well maintained and easy to toggle within the store. HomeSense has quite variety of articles compared to other HomeSense in the city. The area has ample of parking space. Overall a great experience for shopping. Highly Recommended.

I really enjoy this store because staff is friendly and they have a better selection than most stores I have gone to I like the fact prices are pretty cheap for most dresses. Fitting rooms are huge and clean and location is awesome for parking.

This location generally has a great selection and prices are reasonable- a couple days ago they had quite a large clearance selection with good prices. Up to date styles and popular name brands. The location is clean and well merchandised.

Absolutely hate their closing sale. It really isn’t a sale yet at all. For a close out sale it is one of the worst I have ever seen. Liquidators have turned the store into a warehouse of clothes and other stuff from companies under the

My daughter & I were really pleased with our shopping experience today. The store greeter was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the Easter decor and couldn't resist purchasing the Easter cushion.

Love shipping here. I can get some of my home needs here. But I wish they had more space for variety. So I always have to check other stores to fulfill my needs. Overall,great shopping experience!

Had problems with a store bought gift card (I'm sure they're a scam). Had to wait 10 minutes to get a manager to get our replacement card. If you want good customer service try another store.

Found some great kicks, and stuff for the kids. Almost always a good find to be had in here, most people know this by now though. Nice stop to keep the mrs happy too, plenty to look at.

My cashier exclaimed “oh wow I’ve never seen a guy with a TJX card before!!”. Like what, men aren’t allowed to shop here? Men aren’t allowed an ‘extended’ return policy?

Clean store, the Lady who helped us, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We presume she was a Manager. Didn't get her name, but Kudos to her for great customer service.

This location always has excellent products, no matter when I visit! The shelves are always fully stocked and the displays are in point with great design ideas.

They have a little of everything in this store. Decor, home necesities, paints, furniture, some food, even pet items. Fun and affordable to shop here
