My partner and I had a horrible experience with this agency. They never had cleaners come in before we moved there. We took pictures of how filthy the house was before we moved our stuff incase they tried doing what they've done to us. There were many things not working in that house and lots of damages to the house. We contacted them many times to get things fixed and we would have anyone come by for 2-3 months. We had a problem with our hot water taps not working once and they didnt get fixed for 2 months which is absolutely rediculous. We have a baby and had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. The back door lock was broken and never got fixed. We were told when moving out they would have to hire someone to do our gardening and remove some stuff that hard ribbish couldn't remove till a month later. We were completely fine with that money coming out our bond because we knew it wouldn't be much. They instead took our full bond back and never gave us a reason why. They never responded to any of our emails and now we have to go to the housing tribunal to get this crap sorted. This is a horrible realestate and i wouldn't reccomend them to anyone they treat their tennants like they're garbage and will avoid contact with you when you question them. Do not go through them. I suggest ray white they are lovely and make sure their tennants are always happy.

These were my previous real estate agents. After spending a week (with help) cleaning my property I fully expected to receive nearly all of my bond. So I was surprised when I got an email from them saying they were sending in the cleaners and deducting it from by bond. I replied to their email saying I wasn't happy and that we should discuss all deductions. They never replied. I waited and then after 2 weeks said I would claim my bond back myself. They never replied. I waited a week and sent another email. To which they never replied. So I lodged my bond. They waited 2 weeks - the last possible day - to dispute it. I believe M&M are deliberately making the process of receiving my bond back as difficult as possible. Rather than weigh in my opinion, I've decided instead to simply stick to the facts. My advice is to avoid Marshall and Marshall Real Estate.

This company is the best real estate agency I have ever dealt with. My experience was nothing but positive and I am happy to share that with others. People these days are always quick to criticise but not quick to praise. They were extremely friendly,approachable and always kept in touch all the way through the sales process. In fact they sold my house after the first open inspection for a price greater than what I expected. Their advice was professional and totally on the mark. No large advertising costs, just a no stress no fuss approach to getting the job done.Well done Marshall & Marshall I will tell all my friends and family.

I have had such a great experience renting with Marshall SA. As a single parent finding a rental can be a stressful and competitive time. Jo took great care reading my application and could see the property was in close proximity of childcare and my work place. I always detail my applications as much as possible letting property managers know about myself and that I take good care of the homes I rent. Moving interstate otherwise I would want to renew, definitely recommend Marshall SA services; what great bunch of people. Don't bother, simply don't bother, they treat people really poorly, they don't get back to you and deal with things when they say they will, they waste peoples time and the staff are generally unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Its all yes yes yes at first but then its we don't want to hear from you and very poor service. Staff turnover is high and you don't know who your dealing with from one week to the next.

I phoned Paul off the back of a ‘sold’ sign out the front of a block of units and after chatting sales strategy, went ahead with him as the listing agent for mine. After the first open, he was quick to follow up leads and had a full ask off in the same weekend. The process couldn’t have been easier and Paul was efficient and kept me informed through to settlement. Thank you - very pleased
