i had lunch on 10/05/23. I ordered scampi with chips. I wanted a hot meal, but I got a very cold meal. I was disgusted with the meal. I wish if I had gone to the MacDonald, I would have had a nice hot meal with lovely crispy hot chips. The standard had gone down. Meal was served without cutlery and sauces. I will not go there anymore.

Excellent products at good value. Staff were exceptionally helpful and informative about products. It's great to see M&S return to good old-fashioned customer service. Staff went above and beyond to answer my multiple queries. Especially the young Asian man in the menswear department. Thank you for helping me make the right choices.

Amarjeet and Dan really went above and beyond today to help me replace a broken plate set that was gifted to me (didn’t have a receipt)!! Dan even helped me carry the item to my car (due to my restricted physical ability)… can’t thank them enough for making the experience so easy and helpful! Huge thank you again to you both!

Good shopping experience in terms of choice, size, colours etc., but service in the cafe was so slow! We were given a "table tracker" that should have meant our hot food and drinks were delivered to our table, but it didn't work. After half an hour a harassed member of staff brought our order plus a complimentary hot drink.

Everything was laid out well. It was very easy to find what you were looking for. The displays were laid out lovely. Any problems finding what you wanted somebody would always be there to help you. The food hall had everything you could have wanted. Overall the whole shop looked lovely. Which tempted customers to go in.

The toilets in M&S are something out of this world. Every cubicle was dirty, no toilet roll, no hand soap... I mean for every pound spent in M&S, the bathrooms should have been upgraded years ago but they are the same to when i was a teenager and i am 32. Please sort them out. doesnt live upto the standards of M&S

M&S should now stand for miserable and souless. I went in this morning to purchase a belt. Could not find them, took 3 members of staff to tell me they are in the 'denim section' which they are not. Gave up and walked out. I also noticed that now the clothing sections are self check out, absolutely shameful.

It's about the café, the floor is always dirty full of tissues, and so are many tables....The girl at the till seemed fed up quite and a bit bossy, no smiling at all. I love m&s, but the café cleanliness&staff behaviour is not matching with m&s vibes. And it's really a pitty....

Extremely dissapointed. I bought two sets of pyjamas, both were meant to be long sleeves according to the description on packaging but after unpacking at home one turned out to be short sleeve. It also smells of chemicals and mildew.
