It's impossible to shop in there because it's so hot. It must be at least +30°C in there all year around. Its awful. You can feel the hot air blowing down on you. Also the food hall have very limited organic products and always long queues.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at m and s. This is a good sized store and the cafe is decent. Just a shame they close at 5pm. Would be good if they're open a bit later. Toilets also available but sometimes not very clean.

Very belpful and friendly staff. If you want something that's not in stock, they will order it for you. Cafe is nice. Would prefer toasties on regular bread and not sour dough. But they have a good selection of things to eat.
